I brought my own, and they crafted a custom sandwich for me with a smile. My friend had the Reuben with just mustard and mayo, and he said it was perfect a great picnic lunch by the waterfront. The guys there are so sweet, funny, and have top-notch service. Plus, some of them are pretty cute! They were also super patient helping three little old ladies before us, so kind. After eating half (they are two meals in size), we started to talk about our day. Interestingly, our conversation drifted into psychological subjects, shared emotions, and early life experiences. Both sandwiches were $21 which is pretty expensive even for Bay Area standards and I didn't even know how much it would cost since there are no prices listed anywhere in the store. I haven't been to all the sandwich places in the area but for the same sizes, Little Lucca in Burlingame is $5-8 cheaper for similar sandwiches and they have a lot more meat. Unfortunately there are too many better sandwich places in the Bay Area to come back here.
