The Saltado is shredded rotisserie chicken grilled w/ onions, tomatos, french fries and is served with garlic rice. I know, I know french fries & rice but believe me it works so wonderfully. And you must drench it in the Aji sauce, it's a magical thing and I put it on everything! The staff is friendly and the store is very neat and clean.
