This location is new to the other ones and hopefully they all work for the same company brand ! I'm so happy they are expanding their brand into different cities. I have visited here three times with my most recent visit being today. The first two visits were a mess, so I gave them one star. Today was better so they get one more star. The food tastes really good so they get one more star. Upon my first visit I ordered the fajita platter at the drive thru. After I arrived home, they forgot my tortillas. On my second visit I ordered the fajita platter and extra tortillas. I asked at the window if they are sure there are extra tortillas in my bag and the girl said yes. I drove forward 10 feet checked my order and sure enough, they forgot my tortillas again. At this point I'm seriously doubting if anyone checks the orders here. On my third and last visit today they finally got my complete order correct. I hope to go back again and not have to deal with another wrong order again. El Pollo Loco needs to have ongoing training and quality checks at this new location. I love the food but not worth the visit if the orders are not checked and rechecked. read more

Ever since I have tried Pollo Loco I loved it. I have not ran into any issues with the restaurant so far. Thus I can only say good things about this establishment. The food is excellent and well prepared. They have GREAT PRICES! Which will always brings me back. I rather eat this than any of the other nasty fast food chains out there. At this particular new location I ordered the Chicken avocado taco combo. Great taste and flavors. I was satisfied after finishing my meal and did not feel that bloating feeling you get when you eat other fast foods. I can honestly say probably their whole menu is most likely good. I'd never eaten at a Pollo Loco before and after today, I probably won't again. I waited 30 minutes for one taco and one plate of nachos, while a woman who had ordered before I'd even entered the restaurant was STILL waiting for her food. There were five people working in the kitchen, none of them acknowledged us or explained why it was taking so long. The food was okay aside from my chicken street taco being more like a cilantro and onion taco, and the chicken nachos had exactly one bite of chicken while the rest was queso and tomatoes slathered on top of chips. It was surprisingly pretty cheap. For the price I really can't complain. Although, I will say the chicken was a little salty. Their sauces weren't bad but I do like El Pollo Regio hot sauces better. Not a big fan of the salsa selection, the creamy guacomale whatever is actually the best choice to me. If you want a drink with a twist, do half horchata with half unsweetened black tea...very tasty. This place reminds me of a pollo regio, but very americanized and for a bonus, the employees speak english and are friendly. I will be back again. Great service and great food. At the time of this review this location just opened. I became a big fan of the brand when I lived in Hollywood but that was years ago. When I walked into the restaurant I was greeted by the staff even though the place was very busy and had a long line. The wait in line was quick and when I ordered my family meal to go the process was quick. From the time I paid to the time I got my meal was under 6 minutes. To me this was fast as the dine in and drive thru lines were very long. As I walked out I was told to have a great weekend and come back. Little touches like that want me to come back to a business and as I said they were slammed with business but they took the time out to say thank-you. The food quality was great. Everything was very hot and fresh. I am a big fan of KFC but I feel with the family meals I get a better value and way more food then I do with the normal 12 piece KFC meal.
