I can't say enough wonderful things about this location. The staff is all fantastic warm welcoming. They know you by name fun to talk to very accommodating to any dietary needs. The shop is immaculately clean and their customer service is unlike any other I've ever seen. I've gone to a lot of Jersey Mikes. I'm from Philadelphia. This location knows how to get it right. From the managers to the employees to the customers, everybody is a big family at this location. I love going somewhere where I feel welcome and remembered. Very poor service. One guy tries to charge me correctly , but the cook comes over and has him change it to a different priced item. When I said something, they changed it back, and the cashier went and told the cook I had complained. He shook his head, and then added cheese to the sandwich I had explicitly asked to have without cheese, rendering it inedible. Awful, vindictive. Stay away. read more

My son and I ordered sandwiches from here. The girl taking our initial party off our order made us feel like we were putting her out. And our meat and cheese had to be repacked into the actual sandwich instead of in the paper when we got home. The guy on the toppings was apparently in a hurry to get somewhere because he wasn't paying attention as he put just mayo, mustard and pickle on my son's sandwich. He also tried to put a much mayo on mine as to drown the other toppings. I caught it to get him to scrape most of it off. And then my side oil and vinegar wasn't given, or a receipt. I would give a zero rating if I could considering I had to throw the whole sandwich away. Ok so here's the scoop, I ordered a Sandwich which from Jersey Mike's, via DoorDash. A number 7 (turkey and provolone) gluten free bread, (it's an allergy) mikes way, with Mayo, jalapeño and banana peppers. Please look at the atrocity that I received. I literally laughed when I opened the wrapping. Not only was it on plain white bread, which did I mention I'm allergic to..... BUT it only has turkey, tomato and a bunch of Mayo. Oh! Did I mention gluten free bread is an additional $2??? SMH There were two receipts in my bag, one with my correction order on it and another receipt with a different name and different order. read more

Received a coupon to try any of their subs as it looks to be a new store and I guess they are trying to let people near by to come and try their sub. And as you can expect, once they see a coupon, they became extremely rude and snatched a coupon and threw it into a trash can. For those of you that don't know, I am a BIG fan of Jersey Mike's. Have been ever since I first tried them back when I still lived in North Carolina. But I gotta talk very quickly about this particular Jersey Mike's because....there's this one, itty bitty little annoying idiosyncrasy that's keeping me from giving them a perfect rating. And that is..their location. If you're an out-of-towner like I am, you're GPSing your way across the great place known as (you thought I was gonna say Fort Hood, didn't you? Pfft!!) Copperas Cove. Ergo, it's logical to assume one would do the same for this place. What if I told you it's totally impossible to find this Jersey Mike's on a GPS? Because it's true. I must have driven by this place 3 times before I finally found its physical location. Why did it take me so long to find my favorite sandwich shop? Take a guess. Take a wild frickin' guess! Their sign. Oh, wait....there IS no sign! At least, not one that's visible from the highway. Nooo...you gotta somehow know that Jersey Mike's is surreptitiously located somewhere inside the vicinity of its surrounding outlet shopping mall type configuration. Even then, you still gotta carefully scope out the plain white lettering for a lack of sign which sits in its stead. Besides, it doesn't help that the GPS claims you've arrived at your destination amidst the highway itself. Like, wtf is that?! So there you have it. The ostensibly well hidden location of this delicious sandwich shop SUCKS! However, the sandwiches themselves taste better than Brown Bag, Subway, Jimmy John's AAAAANNND Wich Which...COMBINED!!! I went in and ordered a regular chipotle Chicken on rosemary bread. They were just cleaning up after lunch rush. No one was in line when I ordered my sandwich. Then this black man comes in and orders his sub. I figured that I would go use the restroom while they were making my sub. The restroom did not have hand soap. And an employee just finished using it. When I got back to the counter, they just finished fixing the person behind me his sandwich and haven't even started on mine. So he left and then they started working on my chicken chipotle sub. The guy behind the counter pulled out 4 slices of cheese. The female told him that it only needed 3 so she threw away the 4th slice. They asked me if I would pay for the sub before they started it. I paid and they finally handed me my sub. 1. This was the worst customer service I have experienced at that location. I look white, the woman was Hispanic and the man was black. I felt this was reverse discrimination. I am not a racist nor do I discriminate based on color but I sure felt it today. 2. I found the place unsanitary after discovering that there was no hand soap in the restroom. 3. Instead of throwing away the extra slice of cheese, they should put it on the sub. read more

Everytime I come here, the tables are all dirty. Their was three people in the store sitting there doing nothing but talking and all of the tables were dirty, chairs weren't pushed in looking presentable, and their was a desperate need to sweep. And yet none of them did anything. I don't enjoy having to go out and pay for a meal and having to clean off my own table. When my boyfriend went you to the counter to ask for some lettuce they didn't put on the sandwich, they told me him to bring the already bitten into sand-which back to the counter and they added lettuce to it. I'm no health inspector but I can't imagine that would be up to sanitation standards. Definitely hesitant on coming back to this location especially along with the unpleasant attitude all the employees have. read more

I've been going to this location since they opened. Always fresh food and always made to my specifications. My issue is that I went in to get a sandwich today and they have raised prices 25% since July 1, 2019!! Examples: they raised a "Giant" Turkey sub from $12.95 to $15.05 and a "Giant" Tuna from $13.50 to $19.50. Who can afford that?? I just ran into HEB and bought the fixings for a Turkey sub- and only spent $8. read more

This was my first visit to Jersey Mike's Subs, in fact this was the first I'd heard of them, my wife had noticed the location and wanted to give it a try and I'm always willing to support local businesses, that and I like food. LOCATION: It works for me, right along Highway 190 and near a USAA bank branch office, my preferred grocery store/service station and even my dentist. ATMOSHPERE: This was our first visit and the staff made us feel like long-time regulars! The employees seemed to enjoy their jobs which was a plus. APPEARANCE/CLEANILESSNESS: Very clean and neat, no issues here although I didn't check out the restroom. QUALITY: Everything was made to order, my wife had sliced turkey and provolone (#7) and the flavor was great although it was a bit salty for her, I should note that she is on a sodium-restricted diet and she admitted that it would not have been too salty for me; I had the Philly cheesesteak (#17) and the sandwich was great. SELECTION: The selection was not as large as that of Subway, but then again, Jersey Mike's didn't appear to have attempted to copy Subway, there are plenty of Subways in the area, JM's was different. DISCOUNTS: I received a 10% military discount, and note, I'm retired, and therefore not in uniform but I didn't even have to ask if they offered a discount, they asked ME! I also joined the Jersey Mike's discount club (free) and earned 24 points during this first visit, I forget the point reward criteria but what the heck, they were free. I'm currently downloading the Jersey Mike's app on my phone, I'm sure I'll find a use for it since this will not be the last time we visit this location. I wanted a philly cheesesteak but they don't offer that in the small sandwich size (annoying) so I changed my order to a California Club (I don't see it listed on their online menu)-- turkey, avocado, veggies. This place has really good food... I you like hot sandwiches especially. Upon arriving we had to wait about 5 mins for someone to free up to take our order because everyone was in the back except for one employee clearing tables. For that reason I took a star away. However, once ordered, the food came out perfectly and tasted great! I think this place is a great alternative to the boring subways of the world. Turns out I won't be returning to spend 8 dollars or wait 45 minutes for a 'reuben' or what turned out to be essentially a hoagie roll with thousand island dressing again.
