Don't bother going to this location. Just spent $19 and threw out the food. Frirst we tried to order two items on tje menu qhich tjey said they did not have. We then ordered a chicken tostada, no rice and not only were they not generous with the beans, I could count the number of beans that were in it. The lettuce was wilted, and the few pieces of chicken were cold. My daughter ordered a burrito and found bones in it and we ended up throwing out the food. Great customer service. I am extremely satisfied with my visit here at this location. Management has improved, employees are well trained and fast paced which is great. I asked the young lady for salsa, onions, fresh cilantro, lemons and Serranos and she politely grabbed them all for my order. Food was fresh and tasty! The customer service is not there. half of the staff are trying to get it done the other half chill check there phones not concerned that the line is backed up people waiting for food. 2 out of the 5 people working are willing to help. Customer service lacks and need more training. This seems like a fast paced environment with slow workers. Had to walk in for a my curbside order to be just sitting there and to have my shrimp tacos too over cooked to eat. Very disappointed, had to come back to remake my food and still waiting. I don't know what's going on with some of these workers and their personal life, but the attitude at this store is ridiculous and annoying. Went through the drive-thru and ordered the double chicken tostada bowl. Didn't think much of it until the lady that handed me my food was mad beautiful . Asked for extra napkins and she gave me one more extra sauce and made my food so much better ! The guac, chicken and the tostada hit extra different that day. With the green salsa on top ! DROWN IT ! This place is always hit or miss... lately miss. Last few times the chicken was dried out or burned beyond recognition! If I wanted to eat chicken jerky then this would be perfect, however i don't. The drive thru can sometimes take up to twenty minutes to get through and then the order is wrong or the chicken is so dried out it takes forever to try to chew. For what they charge, the chicken should be at least edible. I tried one of their other options a chicken avocado burrito, thinking they used different chicken for that... NOPE! It seems if they were the dry burned out leftover ends. Who wants a chicken burrito that's to difficult to swallow? Do you even know what it's supposed to taste like? This is the worst Pollo Loco in the nation! They never get your order right, drive thru patrons beware. If you call and let them know, they will offer a credit but guarantee you they will just screw up your replacement order. This is the only consistent attribute of this location, their inconsistency. Management has to take a look at this and if management will not the the district manager should, if franchised the Pollo Loco Corp. should be embarrassed to be represented by this location. Horrific experience at this location. The staff was so rude. The person ahead of me asked for no cilantro on her bowl and the lady cashier took the bowl to the back and threw on a glove and started picking it out. She gave it back to the customer and didn't even wash her hands after dealing with money. She wears a mask to slow the spread of Covid but didn't even have it on correctly. Always check your order!! I use to like coming to this El pollo loco however they 100% lost me as a customer. I've order delivery from this twice and twice my order was in complete. But now when I actually go in, my order is STILLLL incomplete, even after I was reassured everything was there. (Should have just opened the bag for myself). This location always runs out of chicken, especially dinner time. Had to wait 15 minutes for my food. The manager Nancy does not pay any attention to cuatomers and it seems that all the staff is not focusing on getting the order correctly. I order the $20 meal and they gave me the 8 pc meal.
