I haven't been here in years, so when my coworkers suggested it for lunch I was looking forward to it. The best thing about the lunch buffet was our server, Jose- he was polite and attentive. Oh and you can't go wrong with the salad dressing!! So good! The 2 stars are for the salad dressing! I tried the cheese enchiladas and chilaquiles first, the sauce was not very flavorful. Woof. Straight to a doggie bag. 45 minutes to get our food and when it did arrive it was nasty. Maybe our kid will eat it. We knew better. We really did. We could see that this place is far too big and run down for this century. Most of the restaurant went dormant long ago. They don't build salad bars like this any more. What is the useful lifespan of a sunroom? What lies beneath all the teal paint? Someday the last person to think they had a decent meal here will die. There will be no more baskets of chips to refill. When it rains, the skylight in the atrium will leak on the hostess station and the cantina will run dry. read more

We went here for Mother's Day had to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time to be sat. We only got sat because I spoke with the manager. Meanwhile I spoke with the manager and she said it was due to Open Table allowing for more reservations than they had capacity for. Which I have a hard time believing because I make reservations all the time with Open Table & if there aren't tables available, then it won't show availability. They could have had at least cups of water for us outside while we waited in 90 degree weather. On top of that, we had to ask them to turn on the fans both inside and outside. Lastly, the buffet was pretty good but several things were out by the time we got sat. We won't be going here again. But our waiter was nice and very helpful. The floors were dirty too. read more

We visited this location on Saturday 5/30 for a family event. My mother in law made sure that reservations were secured 3 weeks in advance as we had a large party. Our reservation time was 11:30 we arrived about 40 minutes early but waited at the bar area until our designated time. We were seated and orders placed. It took about an hour for us to receive our food, not even hot and my mother in law who the event was being held for did not get her food until after 1pm. We sat down around 11:30. The servers didn't ask if we wanted refills on our drinks or the chips they had brought out in the beginning. Some of us had stepped away from the table to go grab drinks at the bar and the girl took the order for the 4 of us and then proceeded to leave the bar area, same back closed out 2 other parties and took another groups order before swinging back over to us. We were irritated but didn't say anything. She asked us if we still wanted the drinks. We waited in total about 25-30 minutes for her to provide us with the drinks and the quality was terrible. The restaurant had maybe 2 or three other fairly large parties and while I understand being understaffed the servers were rude and unprofessional. At the bar the two girls were talking about their coworkers calling out and other customers they were serving and how they could wait and other statements that shouldn't have been made in front of guests. We didn't get any apologies or any acknowledgment for the long waits that we received at the bar or at the table. We will not be visiting again. read more

Authentic Mexican food, delicately seasoned. Their Cadillac Margarita is what they are known for and for good reason. Pricey but worth it. Their table-side freshly made guacamole can use a bit more salt but it may just be a matter of preference. I would prefer their enchiladas made with shredded chicken rather than the "chicken bits" I've found upon opening it but the flavors are fine. Their new breakfast fare I enjoyed. Churro pancakes were fluffy served with fresh strawberries and strawberry butter. It was delicious. I enjoyed it with bacon, eggs and roasted potatoes mixed with sweet green & red pepper and onion, all delightfully seasoned. Their Cafe Olla flavored with Abuelita chocolate topped with real whipped cream dusted with chocolate was delicious; definitely will order that again. I am intrigued by their Bloody Mary and their vast and creative offerings for toppings but haven't tried it yet. Host and waiter were very friendly. Nice family-friendly ambience with natural lighting, plants, and pleasant amount of water features. There is a "cantina" section apart from the restaurant if you just want to sit at the bar and enjoy cocktails with a companion. Portions are large so you may have to ask for a to go container. read more

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants on Hospitality Lane, The Thanksgiving Buffet was great! Howevet, my last two recent visits have left me uneasy. While in the Cantina having Happy Hour, I sent my cup of salsa back after finding a strand of hair in it. Today I visited again with my family, and my husband and I discovered two strands of gray hair in the salsa. We showed our waiter, and he said it was "hair from the onions". There is no such thing! I am posting this in the hopes that management will see this and require hair caps or nets for the food preparers. read more

Came yesterday for Mother's Day with a 12:45 reservation. We waited a hour before finally being sat. It was busy but we thought that's why we had a reservation. By time we got sat most of the food was already empty or questionable how long it was sitting out. A little after 2 it seemed like they were done with the brunch as nothing was being refilled so it felt wrong to pay for a brunch buffet to get half a plate. As the workers were bringing out more plates there was obvious left over food on some of them so it made me think they weren't even cleaned just rinsed off. $140ish for two adults and two kids to barely eat a plate of food. I ordered the Macho Combo and The Chile Relleno that came with the meal was served cold with the cheese not melted at all. Stephanie took it back and returned with a freshly hot cooked one. Had brunch this morning and was a bit disappointed to see they got rid of the huevos rancheros that were my favorite, but the service from Noemi was wonderful!
