I don't understand how people have rated the best nail spa terribly! They have friendly staff ALWAYS unlike other similiar businesses (which I have tried many nail places). Tina is the BESTEST With nails and pedicure! I ALWAYS get compliments on the nail designs she creates! YVonne is the bestest in waxing! She takes her time and triple checks her work! Ms Lynn also hooks it up with her threading skills! Love the owner ANNIE as well! This place isnt running this long because.of bad service! People need to be patient and calm and let the staff know exactly what is needed! read more

I went to elegant nails with my daughter on Tuesday, worse experience ever I asked for gel and acrylic nails and for I kept getting told I did not need acrylic. However I am the one paying so they should have applied acrylic. My nails look like I done them at home. I spent 65.00 for me and my daughter. I went back Wednesday evening for them to try again. They added acrylic and my nails looks thick and uneven. I also got charged an additional $10.00 for elegant nails to make a mess of my nails. The manicurist was rough and cut my cuticle. I will never spend my money at this nail salon. They are far from elegant. read more

I wish I would have waited just one day to go to my regular place, but no since this place is open a little later I thought I'd give it a shot. I got a mani and pedi, two different people working on them. I wish I would have gotten names. My pedi came out great but the lady doing my mani was terrible. I was looking to my left and she needed me to move my hand a bit so she slapped my wrist. Uhh that definitely got my attention. When she was "done" I kept looking at my thumb trying to figure out if my thumb had a black line on the nail or it was hair from the brush. The lady looks and it and says what's wrong? I showed her and she says oh that's part of your nail. Really? When you first started that wasn't there and I know because I came in with no polish. She takes it off and sure enough it's a bristle from the brush, but she got upset at me for having something on my nail. I asked for a square cut and it came out so crooked. I have to go tomorrow somewhere else just to get my mani fixed. Super disappointed and will never be coming back. read more

This place sucks they are super old school, they need to up to date the designs they have and get new workers because they couldn't do anything I wanted I usually go somewhere else but I was in a hurry and it's across the street. I told the lady to put a heart on my daughters fingernail and they looked bothered by it started talking in their language and laughing and ended up putting one of there boring old 1990s flowers on it. My lady was rude and didn't want to do what I wanted and forgot the design on my second nail I had to tell her she was mad tried to charge me extra HELLO it's 2014 one nail design is outdated oh yea her name was Mary, I def won't be coming back here. read more

Not a great place. I asked how much for pedicure and the lady said $15. I than asked how much for French pedicure and lady said same. When I was done and went to different lady in front to pay, she said $20. I than said, well the lady that did my pedicure said $15. The lady who did my pedicure comes to front and says no I didn't say that. I said yes you did. So I had to pay the $20. This place will rip you off. When you tip make sure you find out the cost first and than tip. Your nails will end up costing you a fortune. read more

I used to come here for years only for Yvonne and its close to my house so it's convenient Until now. their customer service is HORRIBLE I went in the other day only for a pedicure & it completely sucked first the lady was too concerned with another worker that was napping on the chair next to me! Which I feel is unprofessional customers don't Wana see workers napping Second it was rushed and it was not busy at all! the lady doin my nails rushed my nails as soon as she seen another customer (I'm guessing her regular) then she asks me if I want a massage on my feet when that should be included and when I say yes she literally massaged my feet for less than a minute and was done! When I got home I realized how Uneven my nails were So i cut them myself to even them out. it's only been 3 days and my nails chipped!! this place is unprofessional I was the last one left in my fam that still came here and after this horrible experience I will drive further for better work and customer service read more

I don't usually go to this nail salon, but i went with my roommate so we could have some girl time (she is a regular here). She likes it, although she has some gripes about it herself. But i will speak for my one time experience. First i paid $15 for a spa pedicure. the massage chair really wasn't that fantastic. the buttons didn't work so i could only get a "roll" setting on my upper back and i didn't even get a leg or foot massage from the lady... granted i told her to not massage my left foot because i have a injury but that didn't mean don't massage me at all!!!! Second, the lady hurt my foot with the cuticle cuter. BUT...she was very nice about it. I think we both were taken back because i screeched and snatched my foot back and she didn't realize what she did. This place is pretty small also...not much wiggle room. One thing i do have to say that is positive is the ladies here are soo friendly and actually speak decent english so i can understand what they are saying (that's a bonus in my book anyday!). read more

This place is horrible. I stopped by bc I needed a quick pedi. The girl ripped half of my skin off claiming she was trying to do an "angle." No apologies and didn't even take any measures and I had to specifically ask for Neosporin!! I will definitely be avoiding this place from now on. read more

It was my first visit there, and the lady who did pedicure for me was very rude and got me very upset. I ordered regular pedicure + calluses+massage chair. Since it was my first time there, I didn't know that massage chair was included with pedicure, which is usually $10 extra. I thought I had to pay $30 all together(that's all I had except for the tip), so I rejected do the sea salt exfoliating when the lady asked me. Ever since then, she got so mad at me!! She didn't say anything and treated my feet so tough. When everything was done, she didn't even put on my flip flops, so I had to wear it myself. I still wanted to be a loyal customer, left 20% tip, but she never bother to say thank you and come out to say bye. (She was busy playing her phone, and when she saw me leaving she still sat at her chair and bother to say thank you. ) Even though she has a good skill, I would never go back!!! Came to this salon just BC its close by but the service is horrible nothing you would expect from regular salon visit walk in they said it a 15 min wait for a fill which I said no problem well I waited 20min no big deal another lady came in ask for full set w/no appt they help her instantly as if I haven't been waiting I spoke up they just chuckled & replied Mary don't do fill only full set which I know is a lie she helped me before fill or full set so another lady step in to help me out saying she only does fill she don't know how to do full which is upsetting thinking how could she do my nails then but just settle since I already been waiting so when she started she didn't even take all the polish off she started to fill w/the acrylic when I point it out she gets upset then starts sanding it w/the machine &hurts my finger where I had jolt &pulled my hand back then she just grabs my hand to continue um excuse me youre hurting me idk how she didn't notice I said something but she still doesn't apologize wth I'm po at this point she continues w/my nails through the whole time I had to continue point out everything that needs improvement s she gets upset has attitude &of course talking in Vietnamese w/the other associates that not the worst part she then gets up &leaves me there she doesn't finish my nails I question after waiting a few min they said I have to wait for Mary when she done helping the other lady she would fix mine now I have to wait longer when she could have done my nails from the beginning instead helping the other lady when I came first ugh the whole experience was just awful read more

This place is friendly but if you want good service then you need to ask for Kim. She gives the best service compared to the other ladies. It turned out just as I wanted it to. I also tried the waxing done by Kim, and she does it really well. Definitely going to come again! read more
