Tammy was my nail tech and very friendly too and felt like we knew each other for years. I was impressed by the service and got a Gel X fill. Other places gave me a fill with powder or acrylic which Tammy said isn't correct. They also have an esthetician who does lashes, hair removal, skin tag removal and facials. They also have one lady who cuts hair. She literally cut this guys hair in less than 15min and he was out the door and it looked good. Parking lot is conveniently available at the shopping center it's in. There's also street parking available if needed. I came in with two broken gel x, needed a fill plus French tip and a nail polish pedicure for $76 which is a great deal. Gel pedicures are $29.

Before my appointment, my hair was approximately 22-24 inches long. After the damage from this service, I lost so much hair that it left me with severe breakage and dramatically shorter hair. In my experience, the chemicals were left on my hair for far too long while you continued taking additional clients, even though you were working alone. I believe that trying to manage multiple clients at once compromised the quality and safety of the service I received. I have no reason to make false claims or misrepresent what happened. I shared my experience so others can make informed decisions, not to attack your business. You may disagree with my account, but that does not make it untrue. This review reflects my honest experience and the lasting impact it had on my hair and mental health!

I normally come every two weeks for a basic Gel-X fill, usually just one solid color, so I'd consider myself a regular. One thing that has always annoyed me is the opening time. The hours posted online and on the windows aren't always consistent with when they actually open. Every time I've come right at opening, it's already pretty busy, so it would be nice if the hours were more accurate so customers know what to expect. This last visit was especially frustrating. I was told the wait would be around 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting closer to 45 minutes. There was one customer ahead of me who was already being pretty rude and difficult, and once it was finally my turn, the nail tech told me to take a seat. Literally seconds later, another customer's family walked in. They didn't have an appointment--they were apparently just coming in after breakfast--and they wanted to get their nails done too. Instead of letting me go since I had already been waiting and was clearly next, the nail tech allowed them to go ahead of me. The customer even said, "No, she's not next. My family wants to get their nails done too," and the staff basically went along with it. I was then told I would have to wait again, even though I had already been there for almost 45 minutes. At that point, I was so frustrated that I just left. I understand that walk-ins happen and that things can get busy, but I don't think it's fair for someone who has already been waiting to suddenly get pushed back because a group of people walked in without an appointment. It's disappointing because I genuinely liked coming here and had never had an issue before. Unfortunately, this experience really changed my opinion, and I probably won't be coming back. I just wish the staff had handled the situation differently and been fair about who was next.

The guy comes up and says are you ready to pay I say yeah just a min I don't want reach in my pockets yet since I don't get gel I like to wait he then says you paying cash or card I say cash and say how much is it I knew my pedi was 28 but didn't know how much fill was didn't think it would be to high being my nails are not that long he thinks and then says 17 I was a little shocked but was like ok I guess I wait a min then the Owner comes out from where she was working very perfessional and ask if I'm ok I say yes I was just a little taken by the price she looks and says I'm sorry just pay 15 I say no if it's 17 i'll pay 17 she said no it's ok so they charge me I'm still in the chair waiting to make sure my toes are dry since they where still open n no one waiting why not relax right well the guy starts walking around and then gets his stuff and walks over to make sure I see he's leaving he also grabs his chair I give him a $2 tip and then he leaves for the night. I will definitely go back again but I will not have him work on my nails I come home and look closer he left acrilic on my finger smh
