Still my absolute favorite! I want to take this place to Utah with me so bad. Plus, they're gluten friendly and fast! There's no where to sit inside so you have to sit outside. I don't care where I eat it though. It's SO good. It almost has the consistency of moonsand snd it's the trippiest and yummiest thing ever!

A nice refreshing treat on a hot day! The shaved ice is made with a creamier base, and it reminded me of Taiwanese shaved ice that I've had in the past. The texture just melts in your mouth, and I prefer it over normal shaved ice, which tends to get a little icy and watered down. We tried the strawberry cheesecake, which was a little too sweet, but the strawberry added a nice tartness. Service was excellent, it wasn't crowded so our shaved ice came out quickly. We were also able to get ours to go, but I would suggest eating it within 5-10 minutes since it melts fast. It's located in the Historic Yucaipa neighborhood with lots of local shops nearby to walk around.

This is a nice place in downtown Yucaipa. They have very limited hours. They have plenty of nice refreshing options. They set up some tables outside to eat at.

This was my first time going here without having to share 99% of my dessert with my children. The tuxedo literally tasted like chocolate dipped strawberries. The ice is so soft and smooth. The flavor hits just right. Overall great staff and a great place to stop by for dessert, especially during hot summers.

We got the Morning Berry, Lemon Bar and Chocolate Fudge Brownie. All were absolutely delicious! The ladies working were also very nice and helpful in deciding flavors to pick out. 10/10, I highly recommend

My partner found this place on tik tok and it looked good so we decided to check it out. It did not disappoint! I tried the cinnamon delight and it was delicious! The staff was amazing, friendly and offered suggestions. We sat outside since it was a cozy night which was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a sweet treat.

Tasty and fun! First time at element and we enjoyed the flavors so much! I did see a lot of comments in the reviews regarding price but when I compare the $7 here to a likeit size (small) at coldstone it's less expensive and a lot more flavorful. Only downside is the parking/ no seating inside. Customer service is great, the person making our treats was very kind.

Cute shop next to the bookstore. Promising flavors and combinations. For $7 you get a tiny snow mound on a small paper plate. Service was prompt and quick. No indoor seating. We had to eat outside in the 90 degree heat. The chocolate flavor on this was as if someone diluted chocolate pudding mix with more water, froze it, and used it for shaved ice. It was not as strong on the chocolate flavor plus it had a strange almost gummy texture too. As a lover of Korean shaved snow, Hawaiian shaved ice, and Taiwanese shaved show, this style and flavor of snow just didn't appeal to me. Appreciate the artistry but I will probably visit a proper snow place next time.

You have to try this place!! Such a fun experience trying their flavored ice and my daughter said it best, "it's like eating yummy kinetic sand" but it really was a great treat and light and refreshing. We can't wait to go back to try more.

Glad I stopped during the winter festival. The girl at the front desk was very lovely and helpful. I got the strawberry cheesecake which to me it tasted more like strawberry shortcake but either way it was delicious. Grabbed a seat outside and they brought it to us which was very sweet. I'll be coming again!

Our grandson had a great week back at school, so we took him for a hike in oak Glen and some bomb.com ( that's what he said) ice cream. Haven't been here in a while so glad we were able to visit. I wish you were closer to my house lol. I'd be there everyday. read more

Small place with outdoor seating only. Very different. I've never had milk based shaved ice. The two young girls working behind the counter were attentive and nice. I thought it was a bit pricey for a small serving. We purchased two and it was about $17.50. Taste was very good and fresh. We probably won't return given there are so many local options that cost less. read more

Cute little place with friendly employees. The shaved creamery though, was just that. It tasted a bit like melted ice cream that was put back in the freezer. I'd go again to try a different flavor, but the ones I tried were okay. We got the Kona coffee and pineapple dole whip flavors. read more

Tasty but not sure how often I'll return though. Visited on two different occasions. Tried the dole whip and lemon bar. Both were refreshing and light, with lots of flavor. My only hesitation is the amount of product versus the price. If the serving sizes were larger, I would recommend them without hesitation. Another option, provide multiple sizes with appropriate pricing so customers don't feel gouged. Makes it more likely to become a regular dessert place. read more

HIDDEN GEM ALERT!!!! This place is tucked away in old town Yucaipa. The service is impeccable and the shaved ice is to die for!!! I love the creative flavors as well as the way they choose to plate everything. Very convenient and pleasing to the eye. I tried the Dole Whip and my boyfriend tried the strawberry cheesecake. Very tasty/cool snack, unlike what you think of when you think of shaved ice- it's softer and yummier. The people are super kind and helpful. One of my daughters has celiac, and while they don't have a gluten free menu- they took the time to go through everything with us and make sure we were good to go- above and beyond what we normally see places. read more

We've been here 3 times now and the shaved ice cream (it's not what you think) the flavors are great and the taste is amazing! The servers are super nice and efficient. OKAYYYYYYY!!! I was not expecting this place to be as great as it is! It's shaved ice but so finely shaved it makes it so fluffy!! The consistency of the shaved is so soft and light you won't even think it's shaved ice. The service was quick and the worker explained things without any issues. They have so many options; some sound sweet however they're not as sweet!! The flavors are great! You can sit outside and enjoy your shaved ice they have tables. I could totally recommend! read more

Ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake and Kona Mocha. The Strawberry Cheesecake has no cheesecake pieces, it's just a strawberry snow with some graham cracker crumbs so misleading but still tasty! The Kona Mocha had a great coffee flavor, and the brownie bits were good. Only real con is that they use one machine at a time even though there are 2 so my friend's Kona Mocha significantly melted while waiting for my Strawberry Cheesecake to be made. However, they don't skimp on the condensed milk/sauces and their snow is delicious! read more

Tried it out today absolutely loved it, really love the flavor creations you guys created. But I would love for you guys to give us the option of letting us create our own Creations, by choosing are own flavors of ice cream, syrups and toppings. Overall, Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend it to anybody. Keep up the good work. Also, It would be more awesome if you make some more flavor creations, that are based off the Matterhorn ride, the Almond Joy Candy Bar and a Tropical Drink called the Painkiller. Finally made it here. My friend, my daughter and two grandsons. We all had something different. It was absolutely unique and all were delicious! Can't wait to come again. Even the ambiance of our little town of Yucaipa sitting at the table outside. Their are only two four seat tables outside. We just grabbed a seat from the other table. It was a perfect after don't get together and dessert. read more

So glad to have this fun shaved ice place in our small town! We tried the coffee flavor and the cotton candy and both were delicious. It's different and unique. They freeze in the flavor to the block that they shave which keeps the flavor throughout the dessert and then add yummy toppings and sauces. A little pricey as there are $6.00 or $6.50 options but I think it's a great treat and well worth the price. The customer service was friendly and the store was clean and modern. read more

I moved to Yucaipa two years ago and I have seen this place but never stopped by because I thought it was a typical shaved ice place but no, it isn't. I do like regular shaved but this is delicious and creamy. I ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor and brought it home. It was so light, fluffy and so delicous. My daughter and I shared it and decided that we would love to try some more flavors so we went back the same day. We ordered Churro, Lemon Bar and Pineapple Dole Whip and brought them home to share with the family. They were all yummy but we decided the Strawberry Cheesecake was best, then Dole Whip, then Churro, but they are all A+. It is a small store where you just order at the counter. There is nowhere to eat inside or outside so you take your treasure and find somewhere to enjoy it. The people working the counter were very pleasant and turn around time is about 5 minutes. I'll be back soon. read more

Other drinks that were enjoyed were; Red velvet latte Dubai latte Strawberry matcha Smores latte and we went in to full on try the Cookie Monster waffle. Everything was amazing so much that I'll be back with the guys!

But we make it a tradition to come every Friday night and get their caramel apples. By far the BEST caramel/candy apples you will ever have. Make sure to ask to have them cut up, and they will be in perfect bite size pieces. If you're not into the chocolate or caramel apple delights, they offer a wiiiide range of vintage themed candy and taffy's. You must stop by here, you won't regret it. The apple cider was good, but I would've preferred it to be colder and not served in a Styrofoam cup. I'm assuming that's because it was the end of the day and it looked like they were running out of apple cider and other materials. I also got the apple cider popsicle for $2 which was a good deal. It was good, but I didn't like how the juice separated from the water during the freezing so it tasted like regular ice by the time I got to the core of the popsicle. For food, I tried their Strawberry Banana Sweet Bread and that was my favorite thing! It was not too sweet and moist. It was $6.50, but not too bad for a whole loaf. The interior was fun and rustic. There are several things to shop for from different baked goods to nic nacs. The service here was pretty good and the staff seemed nice and personable. There's some parking out front as well as some picnic benches and tables with nice views of the mountains and foliage while you enjoy your treats. Overall, a good stop for some casual shopping and to enjoy a sweet treat if you're ever in the Oak Glen area.

I was worried they weren't going to have winesap apples since it wasn't apple season but I was so happy they had them. I was able to bring back a bag to Hawai'i with me in my carry one. If you like varieties of apples this is the place to go to. They give you slices to try and it's so hard to pick which one because they all taste so good. Mahalo and A Hui Hou.

I ended up getting the Peppermint Cheesecake Hot Chocolate with no whipped cream. Once again pretty sweet, but not as much as my friend's drink. I couldn't taste any hint of the cheesecake and it just tasted like a regular peppermint hot chocolate. Overall just okay, not a place I'd make a trip all the way out here for, but if your options are limited, boba's still boba!
