Still my absolute favorite! I want to take this place to Utah with me so bad. Plus, they're gluten friendly and fast! There's no where to sit inside so you have to sit outside. I don't care where I eat it though. It's SO good. It almost has the consistency of moonsand snd it's the trippiest and yummiest thing ever!

A nice refreshing treat on a hot day! The shaved ice is made with a creamier base, and it reminded me of Taiwanese shaved ice that I've had in the past. The texture just melts in your mouth, and I prefer it over normal shaved ice, which tends to get a little icy and watered down. We tried the strawberry cheesecake, which was a little too sweet, but the strawberry added a nice tartness. Service was excellent, it wasn't crowded so our shaved ice came out quickly. We were also able to get ours to go, but I would suggest eating it within 5-10 minutes since it melts fast. It's located in the Historic Yucaipa neighborhood with lots of local shops nearby to walk around.

This is a nice place in downtown Yucaipa. They have very limited hours. They have plenty of nice refreshing options. They set up some tables outside to eat at.

This was my first time going here without having to share 99% of my dessert with my children. The tuxedo literally tasted like chocolate dipped strawberries. The ice is so soft and smooth. The flavor hits just right. Overall great staff and a great place to stop by for dessert, especially during hot summers.

We got the Morning Berry, Lemon Bar and Chocolate Fudge Brownie. All were absolutely delicious! The ladies working were also very nice and helpful in deciding flavors to pick out. 10/10, I highly recommend

My partner found this place on tik tok and it looked good so we decided to check it out. It did not disappoint! I tried the cinnamon delight and it was delicious! The staff was amazing, friendly and offered suggestions. We sat outside since it was a cozy night which was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a sweet treat.

Tasty and fun! First time at element and we enjoyed the flavors so much! I did see a lot of comments in the reviews regarding price but when I compare the $7 here to a likeit size (small) at coldstone it's less expensive and a lot more flavorful. Only downside is the parking/ no seating inside. Customer service is great, the person making our treats was very kind.

Cute shop next to the bookstore. Promising flavors and combinations. For $7 you get a tiny snow mound on a small paper plate. Service was prompt and quick. No indoor seating. We had to eat outside in the 90 degree heat. The chocolate flavor on this was as if someone diluted chocolate pudding mix with more water, froze it, and used it for shaved ice. It was not as strong on the chocolate flavor plus it had a strange almost gummy texture too. As a lover of Korean shaved snow, Hawaiian shaved ice, and Taiwanese shaved show, this style and flavor of snow just didn't appeal to me. Appreciate the artistry but I will probably visit a proper snow place next time.

You have to try this place!! Such a fun experience trying their flavored ice and my daughter said it best, "it's like eating yummy kinetic sand" but it really was a great treat and light and refreshing. We can't wait to go back to try more.

Glad I stopped during the winter festival. The girl at the front desk was very lovely and helpful. I got the strawberry cheesecake which to me it tasted more like strawberry shortcake but either way it was delicious. Grabbed a seat outside and they brought it to us which was very sweet. I'll be coming again!

Do you like sugar added to sugar with sugar on the side and topped with sugar? If so, this is the place for you. My kids liked it, but it was probably the sweetest thing I have ever eaten. We walked in with no line and it took 20 minutes to receive 4 orders. If they have any line at all I'm sure you may wait for 45 minutes. No plans on coming back. FYI we did drop our shaved ice sugar thing and they made us another one for free. So the service was good. read more

Good place to bring the kids! Hard to explain this ice cream, it's like shaved ice but creamy! This ice cream is very different, it's fluffy and cold. Perfect if you want a "light" dessert, not heavy at all. We got the churro, s'mores and strawberry cheesecake, all had the same vanilla bean base and flavors put on top. Very tasty! They are closed Monday's and Tuesday's and open from 10 or 11 until 9pm. read more

This was our first time there and we were happy we went! We went in and first thing I noticed is the place was very clean. The girls working were sweet and helpful. We placed our order. I got the Yucaipa sunrise and my daughter got the sour gummy. We sat outside on one of their tables. The treats came out quickly and we didn't have to sit very long. It was absolutely delicious! This is the best shaved ice I've ever had. I have a sweet tooth coupled with a dairy allergy so when it comes to dessert not many places have options for me. The staff was super friendly and helpful when it came to this. I've been a few times now and always get the strawberry with mixed berries on top and no additional toppings. My mother in law sent me a video on instagram reels of this place so we decided to try it with some friends. Needless to say, this place is awesome! Not only is it in a cute location, the flavors are delicious, and the ice cream is presented quickly and beautifully. I don't have a sweet tooth so I was a bit hesitant because most places think more sweets=better results but I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered the berry flavor and it was so good we actually ordered another one right after. Not too sweet, not too bland and the chopped fruit were delicious as well. The staff working were so nice and offered to bring our orders out to us. After everything, the owner was kind enough to bring us out another flavor to try with no extra charge! My only complaint was that there was no indoor seating but it's such a small space that I can understand why. Overall, this was definitely a crowd pleaser and an incredible hole in the wall for some yummy ice cream! Definitely stop by and try them out read more

It's in a business plaza that's not too busy since the donut shop was already out of donuts and closed at the time. Parking should not be a problem. More so than most regular horchata. Seeing that most of the menu were standard items that can be get at any boba place, I opted to try something off of their seasonal holiday menu. I ended up getting the Peppermint Cheesecake Hot Chocolate with no whipped cream. Once again pretty sweet, but not as much as my friend's drink. I couldn't taste any hint of the cheesecake and it just tasted like a regular peppermint hot chocolate. Overall just okay, not a place I'd make a trip all the way out here for, but if your options are limited, boba's still boba!
