He had quite a job ahead of him, our old faucet was heavily coated with calcium from a persistent leak. But he assessed the problem, made plans to take apart the faucet as far as he possibly could, and from that point forward it was a matter of Joseph taking the calcified pieces and separating them in a manner that worked, but did no harm to our granite countertops. I was impressed with his ability to pivot away from what would not have worked, and use his skills to figure out the way to succeed. It is good to find creative tradesmen these days, we would love to have him come to our home if we need further help with the plumbing.

They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

TEFLON tape?! hahaha i ain't stupid. once they snaked and was not able to get through, they said that the next step was to find the clog in the wall open the wall cut out the pipe and replace (a 1.5k+ job) i asked if there were any other options like hydro-jetting or such and they said hydro jetting would spew out everywhere not able to be done second floor i did my due diligence and called a few contractors that knew plumbers that werent on yelp a guy came in the next day, hydro-jetted the clog out in 30 minutes without needed to do any of the above, and only charged me $60 lol beware of the upsell! + though, since they did not get the clog out they did not charge me, just off putting on the blatant upsell. the owner seemed nice though.

Wow! Brayan really saved the day! Brayan was very responsive when I called him and we were able to set up an appointment right away. He was able to take care of everything on my list- from smoke detectors to window latches and including the kitchen sink. Brayan had to to do some trouble-shooting to replace the smoke detectors and did not hesitate to pick up the phone and call the manufacturer to get to the bottom of the problem. Add another - as he was leaving, he remarked that we didn't have a pressure regulator on our incoming water line - I told him we did have one but we had it removed - and then he started low-key arguing with me saying he didn't see any evidence one ever existed. How they even make money is a mystery to me they are so reasonable and efficient and professional. Carter came out, looked at the home, has a world of experience and was confident this would be a 2 day job. One day to run all the pipes in the house, the next to tackle the holes in the wall. We had a repiping and we talked to a few companies and they were all pretty honest, and Carter was a plumber and believed in things being done right. Could we have gotten it done cheaper, pretty sure that was possible. But you know that you are going to get what you pay for, and pipes over my head with water doesn't seem like something you want to skimp on. On vacation and come back to a swamp with water pouring in from the ceiling, thanks but no thanks, I will pay a little more for quality work with quality material that is high grade not Home Depot stuff. He was not nearly the most expensive, but he was extremely fair and quality work. On time, professional, cost effective, went the extra mile, was generous in his efforts, accommodating and expeditious. Not sure what else you need to hear, I can confidently say you will not be disappointed. Why do you think they have 5 stars, because of scummy business practices, being late, over charging, shoddy work ripping people off? That isn't who they are and they deserve your money and time - don't mess around with plumbing and save your money. I will have them handle the new mains when we have the cash for it.
