They didn't carry what we need but referred us to APD Appliance Parts Distributor. When I dropped by, I was really impressed by Jim, who when I showed him a video of our dryer and the model number, he was completely familiar with our dryer model, and knew what was wrong. He found the kit we need with all the pieces we need to repair and priced very reasonably. He also told me exactly where I can find more info for how to repair, and was super patient to explain all the details until I felt comfortable. Because we were also experiencing another issue with the dryer needing several cycles to dry (even after servicing our dryer with a dryer vent cleaner company), he also explained how to clean the lint from inside the machine.
