But how often do you feel they really appreciate your being a client of theirs, that you are welcomed to be there? Well at Elite they are an exemplary auto repair facility that you can trust so enough about that. What I want you to know is that people who have had their cars repaired at Elite frequently just stop back in to say hello. They bring donuts to the guys, they get some coffee and just chat about cars, and just stop to say "Hey I referred my neighbor to you." or "Hey I am sending my daughter here to get her car worked on, let me know if she needs anything?" We have three cars, and a tractor they work on and all of them have lots of dependable miles on them. They got me 300,000 miles on my last Tahoe before the main bearings just wore out. I just had a GREAT experience here!!! I'm new to AZ and was looking for a good place to take my truck for some routine maintenance. So many places have tried to tell me I needed work that I knew I didn't need so I've always been skeptical of auto shops because I've had mostly bad experiences. Happily I can say this place totally won me over with their great customer service and honesty. They drove me back to work after dropping off my truck, picked me up when I got off and even washed my car!!! I only give five stars for consistently great experiences and I have only been here once for an oil change. They were polite, and $35 for an oil change and a free car wash is a completely fair price. They have a good waiting room with TV and coffee. No kids were there on a Friday afternoon but there was stuff for kids to play with. You can book an appointment on their website which is great. You can also request a loaner car. I don't know how much it costs, but it's a great service to offer. I don't know about anything else they do but my experience for an oil change was good. They need to swap out the Diet Coke in their fridge though; it was expired and tasted like seltzer. read more

Hmmmmmmm well I dropped Mustang on Friday at 5:40 p.m. I sat in lobby for 5-7 minutes and no one came up front. Decided to go out to service bays! Got acknowledged.........5 more minutes later after no one came up front I called the phone # and 2 people darted up front. I got acknowledged FINALLY! Look I get it....it's Friday but really??! Fast forward to Monday and they were communicative about problems but couldn't find SPECIFIC problem I informed them of. They give me an estimate .....wait for it......$1200 for front struts and mounts. Picked up paper copy of estimate and shopped around!!! Wait for it......got quoted $650 for same job from 7 equally qualified and Yelp'd repair shops in area and afar????!!!Then I get email saying "they can rewrite" estimate????? Wait a minute.....really? Please... you tried to f*ck me in my sphincter AND kiss me in my mouth after I question wtf was going on???? NO THANK you! All I can ask is WHY try to f*ck me??? Granted the people were pleasant but pricing was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy offf!!!! By double?! Why? I don't waste people's time and I appreciate when mine is valued as well!! I came in just for an alignment and they were so helpful with everything and very friendly! The service was done in a very timely manner and they offer a shuttle service to take me home and back when the vehicle was all done. These guys go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. We had some trouble with a PT Cruiser and they were able to get it up and running again quickly... with a few other hick-ups not caused by them but they fixed them anyway. I've been going to this auto repair shop for over a year now and the service and prices have been excellent. I've never been to such a clean shop. they have a great waiting area with free computer access and Wi-Fi. I own my own business and I don't have a lot of time to sit around and wait for oil changes or repairs but with Elite they give me a loaner car so I can go about my day. I had a great experience bringing my car to these guys! Everyone I dealt with, whether over the phone or in person, was friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. I recently signed up to do Uber and needed to get a full inspection of my vehicle. I spent an entire day trying to get this done at various other establishments with no luck. Another car place who shall remain nameless could not have seemed more annoyed when I asked if they could take care of the inspection for me and even told me I had to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance and pay $25. I called Elite Napa Auto Repair and they set me up with a time the following morning and took care of everything for free. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need work done on my car in the future. read more

5 stars and I'm a tough customer. I also run my own service company and I know great service when I experience it. Points you need to know: They did not try to up-sell me on anything. Even though they did not get our noise fixed the first time (one of two issues), they fixed the first issue on the first trip and they fixed the noise at no charge the second time because we had to make a second trip back. That's what I call aiming to please and wanting to win our business. The price was reasonable too. Everyone there is super nice and easy going. No pressure or fast talking. I've been there a couple times for engine codes and repairs. Nice waiting area and free WiFi if you stay, even offered to drive and get lunch or they offer to give you a ride home. Did a nice job pin pointing the code reasons. A little on the expensive side for parts but labor is 110/hr. They send coupons and a thank you letter after each servicing which is nice. I am very impressed by Elite Auto Repair's service. I had a great experience. Although it is never fun to pay for car repairs, the way my brakes when I drove it home was well worth it! Everyone was courteous and very friendly. I was offered a ride to work and was picked up in a timely manner as well making it very convenient. Not having to rearrange my families schedule to drop off my car is a valuable added bonus. I felt very comfortable making a decision on the repairs needed for my car. I started taking my car there a couple of months back. First for an oil change. They did such a great thorough job that I brought it back 2 weeks later for new brakes. My fiancée needed brakes so I brought her car in as well. They were so friendly and Gianna is very helpful. They even arranged a loaner car so I could work while my car was getting fixed. Isn't that what readers are here for, to avoid what someone else endured? So I upped the rating because they offered compensation for the problem we paid for, which was not the problem as they diagnosed. I just discovered a month or so later, that the offer was made, yet I was not in the loop, thus the late discovery. Called, didn't receive a call back, so I called once again. Great customer service, what can I say I needed some help because I messed my lighting up in my car and kind of knew I needed a fuse so I went to them and it was a blown fuse they replaced it at no charge! They made my day after all the hassle and worry I got from thinking I have done more damage to a simple solution. Even tried looking for a lost socket under the battery for me but no luck but to not charge me anything I was so happy! I am so impressed with this shop! I was traveling to Tempe in order to catch a flight to attend my sister's wedding. On my way to the airport, I got a flat tire in an area I was completely unfamiliar with. It just so happened that Elite Auto Repair was the closest repair shop to me and I am so thankful it was. Not only did they replace my tire at a very reasonable rate, they also did the job in an impressively timely fashion. While I waited, their customer service rep took me up the road to pick up breakfast. Everyone I encountered was very welcoming and they completed the job in enough time to where I was able to catch my flight! I could not recommend this shop more. This is not the first time I have used these guys for repairs or the first time I have reviewed them, but I feel the need to mention again that they have impressed me again. I always feel like I have been treated fairly and honestly with pricing and the repairs have been great! This time I had ALOT done, front end suspension work, brakes, brake sensors, check engine light was on (turned out to be a vacuum hose), new tires, alignment and my air conditioning was not working (again turned out to be just a filter). The repairs were a little more than I anticipated but not because they were over priced I just had them do a lot at once. I am totally happy with my truck again! As a result, they have earned my complete trust - great service, solid integrity, convenient hours, shuttle and loaner available - and most importantly; the very best advice on what is needed and what is not. Recently, Bruce at Elite went way above and beyond when I brought in a car just off warranty for a second opinion. The dealership had quoted $1500 for needed repair. Bruce took the car back to the dealership, had them take a second look, and found that the initial diagnosis was wrong, and fix could be done at no charge. Lots of time and effort invested by Elite on my behalf for which they did not charge anything - only the gratification of having saved me $1500.
