The car was able to be fixed, but I feel like the overall work wasn't as great as I would like. The car was inspected the same day I sent a request and worked on the day after. Rick was really knowledgeable and give me a a reasonable quote compared to other places I had contacted. When discussing paint, I let him know I had paint on hand and asked if he could test it prior to putting it on the car to see if it was a good match. We tested it on a piece of cardboard, and he said that the paint was good to use. After the car was painted, we found out the match was not great and that I was liable since we used my paint. We were able to fade in the middle after I requested it so you can't tell too much from the back, but the color difference is noticeable from the side. Aside from poor color match, there was residual paint on my fog lights and the car that was difficult to remove afterwards. The overall experience was quick but a little rushed. Rick said that he would repaint the bumper if I buy another can of paint, however he did not give me a quote for how much. When I asked if he could buy the paint to avoid a color mismatch, he just said that I could buy it, and to contact him if I want it repainted.

Joe was referred to us and provided a thorough and quick response. He quoted us the option to repair what was there as well as the option to fully switch it out. His explanations sounded knowledgeable and to-the-point. So I felt I could trust him to fix what was there. The price sounded very reasonable, so we agreed and dropped the car off. Long story short, the person in the first picture, Andrew (new owner/manager/snake) agreed to fix my 22 Nissan Sentra within a month at most. That 1 month promise transformed into a painful 4 months and the car was still not complete. I finally had enough of the run-around and decided to take my car elsewhere. At the time I went to retrieve my car, I asked Andrew to return my deposit but he refused to return it. His reasoning was that the vehicle had already been worked on. Eventually, the situation deteriorated to the point of him threatening me and telling me to "get the fuck out of here". Do not trust him! He is a snake and will give you every excuse under the sun about his failure to fulfill his obligations. He will never take any accountability or responsibility for his inadequacies. It is a huge shame to see Joe's lifetime of hard work to build his store's reputation get ruined by someone of such a weak character.

Autocraft will also go an extra mile to fix the car after a year for any parts or defects when it comes to the car. We had the back lift gate trunk not working and we came the same day and they took 1 hour after business hours to diagnose and fix our issue.
