The "kabob" roll is a Pakistani street food staple perfected over eons of toil by Pakistani chefs slaving over hot stoves and grills {even though the country is only 73 years old as of this writing and was once part of the British empire's Indian colony [so technically it's a British dish then? (Another thing they stole from us!)]} ... anyway I digress. Kabob roll typically made with kabob (beef, or Lamb by our Indian cousins) but almost as popularly and arguably more often made with Chicken.
