**DO NOT USE** Very unprofessional! Rips you off! Lies to you! Had a guy (Cameron who no longer works for the company, fired or quit under pressure not sure) come out for water backing up. First they tell us its a main line back up and it will be 7 thousand to fix. Give the green light to break open concrete, fix it and put a clean out. Then Travis (supposed manager thats impossible to get ahold of and is currently "on leave") informs us that there is cast iron that needs to be swapped to plastic, 2 broken pipes and a broken flange but they can't do the pipes until contractor opens wall and they can't do flange until contractor opens up floor and total will now be 16 thousand. Okay bite the bullet and they do all the work. I call Cameron who comes back and fixes the pipes in wall, no problem. Then after flange is ready to be fixed, they claim Cameron is no longer with the company and Travis is on leave and no one has anything about fixing a flange. So now im 16 thousand in all for a non working toilet and they are trying to quote 1,100 to come and fix flange LOL. Impossible to get ahold of anyone other than their little call center. They won't give you any of the managements names or numbers because they claim "thats not how they do it" GL talking to anyone if you have an issue. BBB definitely needs to hear about these guys... Should of stuck with Anderson Also, kinda small but, the guy they had doing all the work, consistently chewing and spitting all over our backyard and front yard etc lol. A++ We recently had the "opportunity" to work with Elite Rooter for the first time and were extremely happy with the service they provided. We'd had a number of plumbers out recently because our drains kept backing up. Saw Elite Rooter on Yelp and asked them to come out. Due to the frequency of plumber calls, Anthony and Travis suggested we take a closer look at the sewer line via camera and we discovered that the main line to the city hookup had disintegrated over its sixty year life and was actually missing pieces along the run. Additionally, we had plumbing from the kitchen and washing machine that had never been right in the way that it connected to the main line and asked them about taking care of that at the same time. Travis laid out the options and was able to put together a plan that combined the two projects, saving us money in the end. Anthony, our lead technician, and his crew started just 2 days later and were amazing. They communicated thoroughly and were quick, thorough and met every deadline. Surprisingly, the entire project only took about 10 days with little disturbance. The replaced all of the sewer lines under the driveway without having to damage any of the stamped concrete! There was only minimal disturbance to the landscaping which will all grow back in no time. The garage work for the washer/kitchen required that they cut a trench through the concrete, but they recommended a concrete guy (Sergio 619-207-2726) who was equally amazing and done in one day. On December 6, 2022, Elite Rooter came out to clear a drain in the bathroom sink of an upstairs unit (A). The technician stated there was a clogged line. He also found a connection issue with the plumbing under the sink and the pipes in the wall. He said he needed to clear the line and repair the connection. I authorized him to do the work, and it was done on December 6, 2021. On January 3, 2022 I called your company back out to the property because the tenant downstairs noticed moisture on the bathroom wall and in the medicine cabinet of the unit (B). I was told by the Elite Rooter technician that the problem was the drain pipe that connected the upstairs and downstairs units (A&B). The technician belived it was cracked and that was what was causing the leak. He gave me a verbal eastimate of almost $4,000 to remove and replace this pipe; however, I never received a formal quote. I told the technician I needed to confer with others and that I would call him if it was decided to move forward with his recommendation. I called another plumber for a second opinion on January 3, 2022. This plumber came out to the property and could not find anything wrong with the connecting pipe that was identified by your technician. This plumber believed the problem was with the initial work that Elite Rooter performed on 12/6/22 stating that the fitting was installed incorrectly. He corrected the work your technician performed and properly cleared the line. On January 6, 2022. I reached out to your group and let them know all of the above information. I asked for a refund for the work performed on 12/6/22. In addition, I asked for a gift card for the tenant for all the trouble they went through and for replacement of the medicine cabinet due to the water damage. I spoke with Gayson and he let me know he would authorize a refund check to offset the incured costs. The issue with the leak was resolved; however, there was damage to the drywall in unit B by the leaking water. The drywall needed to be replaced and the bathroom painted. I called your office several times, but my calls were never returned. A decision was made to no longer inconvenience the tenant and the work was authorized. I forwarded the invoice for the drywall repair ($360.00) and painting ($275.00) to Summer and Annette. In January, when I forwarded the invoice to Elite Rooter employees, I still had not received the refund/gift card/medicine cabinet check that was approved by Gayson; however, the check was received on 2/23/22 but dated 1/23/22. I have made several attemps to resolve this issue both by phone and email. The outcome has been the same "still working on it" or "waiting for a decision" from someone else. This has gone on for three months. Finally, last week I was told the owner is not taking responsibilty for the damage, much to my dismay. I expect Elite Rooter to review the facts as presented here and agree that the damage caused by the leaking pipe is one hundred percent Elite Rooter's responsibility. read more

Our toilet was clogged late night, and I called Elite Rooter early morning, and they were able to respond and schedule an appointment promptly in the morning. Technicians Kailib, Travis, and Mark came by and they were very helpful in assessing the situation. It turned out to be a deeper issue than I had thought. They were professional and knowledgeable, and not only offered an immediate fix to the situation but also proposed long-term situation with a detailed plan of the solution. Yesterday I was scheduled to have a technician come out from 12-1pm. The technician did not show or call. I called the company at 1:30 and was told the new time would be between 2-4pm. Again, no one showed. Finally, at 5pm I called and was told that the technician was in route. He finally showed close to 6pm. After telling the technician that water was coming up and overflowing from the sink, he spent about 7 minutes assessing the problem. He provided an estimate of $400 to clean the pipe. I asked if the work is guaranteed and he said yes but that's just going to put a bandaid on the problem and that will not fix the issue. He said they would need to put a camera up the pipe. But he couldn't do it until tomorrow. I said ok, then and asked for the estimate. I told him will talk it over and reach out tomorrow. This morning I woke up to a huge flood. Upon investigating, I saw that the pipe under the sink was detached from the pipe in the wall. The water had went straight from the main pipe and flooded under my sink and onto the bathroom floor and into the hallway. I immediately called to ask them to please have someone put the pipe back together that the technician had took apart. They scheduled a tech to come 4 hours later. But then I received a call from the dispatcher Melissa who said they needed to change the time to tonight to fit Brandon's schedule. I said, I want a different person please because Brandon is the one who messed it up. She put me on hold and then told me that she read Brandon's report and he didn't do any work otherwise he would of charged me. I told her that he did something under the sink( took about 7 mins) before telling me the estimate. She continued to argue with me until I told her that I am putting in a complaint. Then she hung up on me. By the way, I checked the estimate that Brandon sent me by email only to find that he put no estimate and only gave me a blank invoice that said $0. I called these guys out to remove a soft clog in my toilet. Without taking proper precautions, tech Matt caused flooding in my bathroom, hallway, and bedroom. They informed me that this was a category 4 flooding (involving sewage) and would require reconstruction. They handed me off to a reconstruction company and I never heard from them again. I've been living in a hotel for over a month now due to this mess. I spoke to manager Grayson on the phone, who promptly denied any responsibility despite my timestamped photos of before and after their arrival. I've submitted a formal complaint and never received a response. Seems like they're playing this like it never happened. Hard for me to forget when I have plastic tarps barricading the hallway, as well as flooring ripped up in half of my condo. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. I do not recommend. read more

I called this morning due to a leak we have in our garage. Within 30 minutes someone was at my house to evaluate the situation. They worked all afternoon and stopped the leak in our garage and did a great job. I would not hesitate to call them again. Salvador was very nice, polite, and was kind to my dogs. I am always so scared to call any business for a quote because I swear they take one look and see dollar signs. I'm not an expert but my dad taught me enough to know when I'm being ripped off. I called this company for a quote to repair my toilet at like 10pm on a Monday night and I had someone scheduled to come take a look at 2pm on Tuesday. Devan Elson showed up, on time, and was so respectful and honest. I told him that I had actually already taken the toilet apart and I just didnt have the right tools to loosen some of the bolts. Before Devan showed up, I had another company come by and they quoted me $357 to repair. All I needed was to loosen the bolts. I would have paid too, not $357, but would have paid for the help. Devan loosened the bolts for me and told me the parts I had were too small and I needed to get bigger parts for the repair. I know he didnt actually get to do a job but next time I have a plumbing job, I'm calling these folks.
