DO NOT USE. I am a Facilities Director. I work with plumbers almost weekly. We had a tenant call Elite Rooter out. They said we needed to jet/high pressure flush out our pipes. We decided we would have them finish the job. Not only did they not finish the job, left the toilet off without a plan to finish and flooded one property and into the next, they charged us 3x as much as almost any plumber. $1500 for a $450 job. I tried to talk with them about it and they just argued and basically told us that we were lying about the lack of communication from the plumber. With in a week we needed to have someone out because they did not fix anything and our regular plumbers said it doesn't even look like they actually jetted. There should be marks in the still clogged pipes and are there are none on the new videos. DO NOT use Elite Rooter. They're prices are highway robbery. After we used them I have read review after review of their over priced cost and subpar work. There are great reputable companies out there. This is not one. read more

Elite Rooter has a genuine interest in putting your house in good service. They are professional and take every effort to be transparent. I've been using them for over two years, and they do quality work backed w/ a warranty. I've had issues w/ pipe bursts, blockage in pipes, and resleeving an old clay line. Elite Rooter was able to come out same day I requested service to unclog my kitchen sink. Our technician Grayson arrived, put on booties and was pleasant & professional. He offered an estimate to hydrojet rather than just snake the lines. We opted to snake lines for now. He was prepared with tools to remove the front wood panel to reach the clean access. He cleared the drain efficiently and reinstalled the wood panel and put our window planters all back! We were satisfied with the service and will use Elite Rooter again in the future. read more

A representative from this agency came out to give us a quote on the repair of a broken sewer line underneath our home. Upon entering the dwelling he proclaimed, "It smells like shit in here," which was an evident symptom of the broken sewer line but poor taste in the presentation of the organization as a whole. Upon additional implicit and expressed judgments, we unsurpisignly went with the plumbing agency that maintained a professional demeanor while simultaneously completing the job in a more relatable and less expensive manner, aka not this one. read more

Excellent response to our call for a blocked kitchen drain. Carlos was here within the hour and was friendly, courteous and very effective and hard working. Cleared the blockage but he noticed a problem far down the line. He called a colleague, Greg, to bring a camera probe in order to investigate - at no extra cost! Highly recommend Kyle Patch with Elite Rooter. We had a seized bolt in our kitchen sink that we couldn't get off to change the faucet. I sent out a request to Elite Rooter and they answered super quickly and got someone out a couple of hours later! Kyle came out and he was able to diagnose the issue, cut off the seized faucet, and install our new one in less than an hour. He was super friendly and efficient, and pointed out a couple of other things he noticed that may need attention in the future. We'll definitely call him for issues we have in the future. He was early, assessed the problem quickly, and then suggested that I reach out to the contractor for assistance before I pay him for the repair. I had a new water heater replaced by this company. When my house was inspected during escrow code violations were found. I called them to fix the issues and they charged me $200 for parts and labor. They did not stand behind their initial repair and still charged for a repair that should have been done right the first time. I will not be calling them again for a repair. read more

I will not use these guys again. After showing up 2 hours late, they said they could not honor the $79 drain clog special since I didn't have a "clean out" installed. So the charge was going to be $350 to fix the clog....than they wanted another $315 to replace a corroded p-trap pipe. I said forget it and called another plumber who came 2 hours later and had no problem snaking the drain (they did 65 feet even though the clog was found at 10 feet) and replaced the p-trap all for only $250. read more

I hired Elite Rooter to come in and replace the pipe from the foundation of the house to the city connect. The contract was written very clearly "Elite Rooter will install CIPP (cured in place pipefrom clean outs to city connection". When the contract was agreed upon, I was out of town and a tenant who lived on site was coordinating with me through the duration of the repairs. The project cost a total of $12,000.00 with a 25-year warranty on all materials. Invoice was paid and work was completed. Less than a year later I had issues again with sewage coming up in a bathtub. When I called Elite rooter they sent someone out the same day. When the technician arrived he ran a camera on the pipe and came to the conclusion that roots were growing into the 45-degree elbow before the city connection. After a long phone call the technician informed me that this was a new issue and was not related to the original contract, therefore not covered. They gave me a new estimate for $4,700.00 to replace the pipe over the phone. I requested a written contract for the work via email or in person but never received one. I called them and asked to speak with the manager, the manager then told me he would look into the issue and call me back. I never heard back after three weeks. I called three times thereafter in a two-week period with no response. I hired a different plumber who showed me that the work was never completed. Bottom line, they said the work was complete and the issue fixed and it was not. Yet they charged me and pretended like the work was done and screened my phone calls after. I feel like they intentionally did not send me a written contract for the second repair because it would directly contradict the first contract making them liable. I will never use this company again and I will make sure that anyone I know will never trust this company. read more

We called Elite Rooter when we had a sewage backup. When they came out they said we needed to epoxy-line our entire sewer line and gave us a price of over $20,000. We called another company (Easy Flow, which also gets good reviews on Yelp) to get a second opinion and their estimate was LESS THAN HALF of what Elite Rooter wanted to charge (for exactly the same work). They used scare tactics to try to pressure us into making a decision and push us to over-spend on the project. Definitely not a trustworthy company. read more

My kitchen sink was backed up on both sides, the water would eventually go down, but needed to be cleared. James and Steven came on Saturday and said the pipe needed to be replaced. I admit, my house is old and I don't think it has ever been replaced. They quoted me a price and came back on Monday.
