    Mango habenero Wings

Came here for lunch. Service was good, food was mediocre. I got mango habenero wings and chips and queso with a side of salsa. Salsa is chunky style with no spice and very mild in flavor. Queso was also thick. Wings were saucy but generic mango habenero flavor. Maybe better if requested well done for a little caramelized crisp.

I had high expectations for this place, the name and menu gave me hope it would be great. This not table service. Your order your meal and drinks at the cashier window and they bring it to your table when it's ready. The staff was polite, but distracted with personal issues. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. The food was decent, but nothing to get excited about. The service was little slow. The prices were a little high for the quality. A plus was the margaritas, not too shabby.

Unfortunately this is probably the worst food I've had. My wife and I were in the area and she wanted Mexican. I wanted to go to Oliva's which is connected to this place and always has EXCELLENT food. My wife and I both had the chicken enchiladas (hard to mess up, right?). Meat was dry, sauce was bland. Worst part is we placed our order and finally after 30 minutes went to cashier to just get refund. Our food had been in warmer. Waitress didn't bring food to table nor ever asked us if we were waiting. Only redeeming thing is manager comped the meal, which was nice seeing how the food was terrible anyway.

Reminds me of the valley! Country music, Mexican food, cheap beer... we came on a Tuesday at 4 during $2 beer and free chips and salsa happy hour. I loved the ambiance! The food was good, fairly inexpensive. Actually it was Tuesday so kids eat free and we only paid for me and my husband. Felt like we were out on a date for the first time in a long time that's 3 $2 beers talking I was hoping for street corn on the cob with all the fixin's but I'll take the $2 beer and free kids meals! Looking forward to coming back next Tuesday.

My family really enjoys eating here. It is so easy to place your online order and they will bring it to your car when you get there. This is really helpful when you don't want to get kids out of the car! My husband decided to try something new tonight. The Andres special is chicken breast covered in either mushroom sauce or fajita peppers and onions. We asked for both and got both. He really enjoyed it. The chicken was a touch dry but not too bad. I got the trio sampler which has a taco, enchilada and two taquitos. We also ordered chips and queso and salsa. The salsa is always so fresh! I love that delivery here is an option too!

Let me start off by saying we went to this place on a whim and was pleasantly surprised with the outcomes. We initially thought it was more of a sit down restaurant but it was a little weird with the booths and such. However, as we started to order our food we came to the realization that this restaurant was not a chain and were supper excited to taste the food. The food was really good, my daughter devoured her enchiladas whilst my wife and I ate the street tacos as well as the Elote. The Elote was good and in one of my pictures you can see what looks like a black substance. This was I believe called crazy chillis, it's a must try. We added it to our chips, Elote and queso. My wife plans to go back on Monday as they have half priced margaritas all day on Monday. We even got to meet the owner, he was super nice and shared the vision of some changes coming to the restaurant. He plans to put a full bar in a change some of the seating, I think once he does that he will for sure get a 5 from me. Keep up the great work Jason, we will be back!

So, I've eaten at this place before. The enchiladas are to die for, especially the chicken ones. I havent tried anything else so I'm not able to speak on more, but guess what I can speak on, .... the margaritas!!! Did you know they do this thing called Margarita Mondays and you can get them every Monday for 1/2 off? Yes..every single Monday. These margaritas are special, I mean they look like juice, but not at all taste that way. They're amazing and this is coming from a professional margarita drinker. Did you also kn know these owners are the same owners of the location across the street " Olivas"? They are 2 amazing food restaurants. Great staff, great customer service, great owners. I really enjoy visiting their establishments.

While I don't care for chunky salsa, I would want it to be a little thicker and more flavorful. It came with two other salsas, which I did not care for. I did have to ask for a refill of salsa. I always get excited seeing mole and spicy options on the menu, so I got the cheese enchilada with mole and spicy chipotle sauce. I wasn't warned about the spice level, and it was very spicy with a strong chipotle taste that I couldn't eat. I also wasn't checked on to make sure I enjoyed the food, and I had to flag the server down for my check. I was expecting this place to be better.

This was frustrating, can you imagine how long it took us to order the meal. Once done when the chicken & steak fajitas came out fresh and sizzling. Chicken was tender and seasoned perfectly where the steak was tough & bland. The wrong beans were brought, but OH Well, no big deal They have a variety of dishes to select from. This time I had the lettuce wrap that has chili garlic chicken bites, black beans & rice ($15). It was good and lighter so I wasn't too full to get back out in the heat for the evening. Good flavor. The lettuce leaves provided were too big/mush for the amount of meat given - only needed two leaves since they were quite large. Queso was good. Others enjoyed taco salad, brisket tacos, kids quesadillas, taquitos. Margarita was decent. For $15, I thought it would come in a nice glass or a plastic cup that hadn't already been used. I don't see the reason behind this and they don't provide enough meat and onions for the use of all 6-8 tortillas provided. Ideally you and another person will eat 3 total before the meat is gone. Now - WHERE THE HECK are the onions. We were provided with such a small amount that we had to proportion it so we each got some. I got catering from here for a party of 25 and everything was so so SO good. And I used all the leftover beans and salsa (and sides of shredded cheese) to make with eggs for a week. And THAT was so delicious I started stopping in to get quarts of beans just for the purpose. On the other hand. The quarts of beans and rice are $15 each. Um. That's kind of ridiculous. I finally forced myself to break away from them because that's just too much. And on the other OTHER hand... after the catering thing, I was so enamored with the fajitas, I ordered the plates for dinner delivery a couple of times for me and my husband and... you guys. The menu says Fajiitas for 2 is 1 lb of fajitas. Wrong. The first time I got them I weighed out the meat and it came to 10-5/8 oz. I actually complained and the restaurant gave me a gift card as an apology. So I decided to order again. Omg. See photo. 9-1/8 ounces of meat for 2 people. Are you kidding me?? When I complained again, the manager tried to tell me that 1 lb was precooked weight. No. Even if that were true, beef yield across all cuts is 75-80%. It would be more than 9-1/8 ounces. But it shouldn't even be precooked weight. Everywhere else I order fajitas where they say "1 lb" I actually get 1 lb. So why Fresco's thinks it can get away with this utter nonsense - twice - and probably on a daily basis with other customers, is beyond me. I hate that Fresco's has such great food. Because I can't bring myself to go back and pay for two plates just to have enough meat for my husband and I to have a proper meal.
