Tasted like regular ball park nachos and cheese. We ordered the chicken fajitas for two - I'll begin with their overly sized tortillas. I don't see the reason behind this and they don't provide enough meat and onions for the use of all 6-8 tortillas provided. Ideally you and another person will eat 3 total before the meat is gone. Now - WHERE THE HECK are the onions. We were provided with such a small amount that we had to proportion it so we each got some. Ideally, it would only serve one fajita with the size of their tortillas. They should really figure out the portions here. Review is for large Group- Couple of days before you have 18 people arrive at a restaurant you call and ask... do you take reservations for large parties? They reply... no. We will seat you when you arrive. You arrive on a Saturday at 4:30pm and let the hostess know your name and you have a party of 18. The hostess gives you a strange look and asks if you made a Reservation? Now, standing there in the moment... that voice in my head is screaming oh my, really. The Bar- What do you call a 20ft long by 8 ft deep rectangular bar with two bar tenders and very limited bar back help? A freakin... Dry Bar. People were pleading to pay good money for drinks, and then waiting forever... Friends had shown up to drink and have snacks and said- Never Again. So after waiting 45 minutes we were seated on two regular tables. How do you know it should have been three tables because we had two people at each end. These tables should have held six and that means three tables. What the heck... I have to give major props to our waitstaff, barbacks, and the kitchen. The waitress did a great job. The food arrived hot and very tasty and she was on her game. Drinks were spot on from the back and the bar. Restaurant management needs to be seriously reviewed. Whoever things that they have the staff to demand aligned, needs their head looking at. There needs to be a serious addition to the staff. Bartenders should be three and a bar back or two for table orders. That is just one example. Long term the staff will burn out or the customers will go someplace else for BETTER service experience. What you need to think about- I would keep my future parties to six or even four. I will never do a large party here again. That statement should not be taken away from the staff. They are amazing. I would recommend going early, eating and getting out before the crazy started. Food and drink- Platinum Margarita was excellent and had a good amount of alcohol. I would rather pay more and enjoy the drink. So the drink was more than dinner. Vodka Soda with Lime- my wife's drink. She said it was good. Food- The food was good- avacado with crab, off the appetizer, I had tacos and they were good. Compared to the gold standard of Joe T's I would say 8 out of 10. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we left at 6:50 the waiting area was packed to the front door. It was very loud between the front door and the bar. The hostesses were holding down the fort, but people could not be seated fast enough. The restaurant is too small for the Saturday night crush. Both experiences were good, but there were quite a few mistakes made with our very simple dinner order. Overall, I would still give them another try. For brunch I had the Praline Pancakes and a Mimosa-Rita! Both were delicious and I work highly recommend! For dinner, I had the veggie enchiladas and the tres leches cakes. The cake was not as wet as I would have expected. The enchiladas were just okay. 09/25/2025 - My friend Jen took me here for my 64th birthday. The steak fajitas, charro beans & salsa are phenomenal. The steak is so tender, no knife required. The salsa is flavorful & the perfect amount of spice. I had 2 servings of charro beans & took some to go. Oh yeah, homemade corn & flour tortillas which brought back some childhood memories. Be cautious with the margaritas cause they creep up on ya . Rebecca our server was one of the BEST!!!! She made my birthday celebration one to remember. Her aura, her smile & overall, just a genuine human being. She surprised me with some yummy flan . I want to also compliment Management. 2 of the managers came to my table to wish me a happy birthday . They too, were extremely nice & professional. First timers are treated like royalty. If I could give 3.5 stars I would. Large place with plenty of parking. Indoor & outdoor seating available. Good fast service. We were quickly seated and brought chips, salsa & charro beans. It was awhile before we got our water which is one of my pet peeves. The charro beans are confusing because they don't bring one per person so I guess you're supposed to eat them by dipping your chip in them. They had good flavor and were slightly spicy. The salsa was also good with a slight smoky flavor and medium heat level. Menu is large and overall kind of pricey. We got a bowl of QUESO ($8) which was average. My Mom enjoyed it because it had zero spice. They serve it with pickled jalapeno peppers on the side. I got CHICKEN QUESADILLAS ($17.95) which were good but nothing special. I was able to bring half home for another meal. My Dad ordered COMBO FAJITAS ($33) and enjoyed them but wished they had more onions with the fajitas. They did come with two peppers he was able to cut up. A neat thing is they serve them with corn and flour tortillas. The corn was tasty and a little thicker than the average corn tortillas. The flour tortilla is massive, seriously the size of a large dinner plate, and more typical size for a big burrito than fajitas but they were enjoyed. My Mom enjoyed her chicken FLAUTAS and also had half to take home for another meal. They have a vegetarian menu and ask you if you'd like to do fresh veggies as a side instead of your rice and beans. They veggies yesterday were green beans and spaghetti squash. Refried beans were bland. Rice was decent. Guacamole served with meals tasted like it came out of a bag. We made reservations for three on Mother's Day last Sunday. This place is busy and even with 4:30 reservations we still had to wait 30 minutes when we got there. They lost a star for the confusion at the hostess stand. Three girls working it and they told us we had the next table coming up but forgot us and kept giving tables away to people walking in after us. Our server Terrence (or TJ) almost made up for it all with his outstanding service. This guy was perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable, checked on us and on top of his game. He should be commended! Our food was exceptional. That queso was really good. My salmon tacos were excellent. My only criticism is that the tacos were thin and got mushy pretty quickly. I ordered the combo fajitas, and they were very good. They served plenty of tortillas right off the bat, which I appreciated, as I didn't have to ask for more. The only thing I would have liked was a bit more peppers and onions on the plate, but overall, it was a solid fajita meal.
