I know a lot of people like the pork and I think it's okay but I'm not the biggest fan just due to the tortilla that's used. The carne asada uses a freshly made tortilla which makes it taste way better. I first visited 4 years ago and have returned to it every time I'm in town in Vegas or in San Diego since that's where they have another location. These are literally the best tacos I've had because there's no other place that has the same char on their asada. The only thing that is missing that would have made it the all time best is if they had a red onion/habenero mix that I tend to mainly just see at taco stands on the street. Seating is self-serve after you pay. There's limes & radishes as well. Hacks are: If you have multiple friends going and the lines are long just split up and have people order the amount as a group so that no everyone needs to wait in line together You can ask for onions & jalapenos when ordering at the grills You can ask for salsas when you're paying at the counter ~~Return: Always.
