BUT, I watched the guy making pizza and NEVER ONCE IN THE 1.5 hr did he change the gloves....something was picked up Off of the floor w the gloves and he resumed food prep, doors handles, greeting people, then sprinkle cheese on a pizza. First off, I never review a place until I have had it three times. So much can go wrong, but this place has earned it. I had a burger and a cookie. The burger was beyond outstanding. I do a burger crawl, visit to the best burger spots throughout Texas, and this play was far better than anything I have ever had. This is not a burger spot, but, man, the burger is a must have. The cookie was ok, but the Ice Cream was phenomenal. I don't know if they make it in house or if it's just a smaller producer, but it was delicious. I had a chance to meet a guy, it may have been an Owner, and he was extremely pleasant. He was absolutely phenomenal to his staff, and all of them were fantastic as well. The only complaint that I had was that the burger was well done, and I never get a burger well done. It didn't even matter here. It was that good. This was a new place that we tried an fell in love with. We were just browsing around Yelp and we found this gem! It's in the same parking lot as the Buffalo Wild Wings right next to FiveBelow. We ordered the Siracha Cauliflower Bites and the Maman Shookouh's Samosas which were both to die for. They both were fresh, came with amazing side sauces and fresh veggies, and the breading and seasoning was on point! For the main entrees we ordered the Blackened Salmon w/ Avocado Sala and the Creamy Roasted Jalapeño pata. Food is fresh, vibrant and hands down delicious! Food looks like an exact replica of the pictures and the flavors were phenomenal! Our waiter was very observant, fast, and had a great attitude! We will definitely be back soon for more! A mother and son (Iman) manage this restaurant, and Iman was super personable. He knew one of our friends and went around learning our names not just once, but twice. You could tell he really values his customers and deeply respects their feedback as well as tantalized our taste buds with talk of an expiremental slow cooked ribs that's not yet on the menu. I was sold before he finished his sentence. The food was plated cleanly and beautifully. Between the five of us, we ordered the quinoa bowl - a hearty veggie fest packed with fresh ingredients, the pasta , E&G chicken wrap, the salmon (wow), and I got the omnivore flatbread. The flatbread came out last (and the wait time was not bad at all) and it was met with hungry envious eyes. The taste was incredible, with kale, fresh mushrooms, pepperoni, and jalapeños to top it off. The natural saltiness and the freshly baked flatbread paired perfectly with the burst of jalapeños. Loved every bite of it. It's that type you don't want to stop until everything is devoured. The staff were incredibly attentive and you can tell they've been trained well.
