David went in attic and took apart the vent to find the problem. The previous homeowners used nails to secure the dryer vent pipe and these nail penetrated the pipe. The lint was clinging and building up on the nails. He removed the nails covered holes with HVAC tape and secured the pipe without using nails. They were on time, courteous, informative, friendly and very helpful. I recommend this company and plan to use them every year for my maintenance.

I would not recommend any business that partners with a cold call agency, especially when they do not bother to check the do not call registry. I can only hope that a negative review will cause the owners to reconsider using a cold call agency in the future.
