I first booked my appointment with Mariam, who happens to be Karine's daughter. She was super friendly and walked me through the entire process. She listened to my concerns and customized the deep cleansing facial for my skin. I was left with hydrated and clean skin. I knew I loved their service when I received multiple compliments on the second week from having my facial. Recently, I saw Sasha for the same deep cleansing facial as I was in desperate need of extractions. She took care of me and was gentle throughout the entire process. I truly feel like their is magic in these ladies hands and they are definitely worth checking out for anyone who wants to be pampered with good skin care products.

Instead of answering my question, the staff repeatedly tried to sell me a six-session package. I asked the same question multiple times, but they kept avoiding it and continued pushing the package. I had already booked an appointment for the next day. However, they canceled my appointment today, claiming there was a "communication issue." When I called to understand why, they refused to discuss it and simply hung up on me. I found the customer service to be unprofessional and disrespectful. If a business chooses to cancel a confirmed appointment, the least they can do is explain the reason politely instead of refusing to communicate. Unfortunately, this experience left me with no confidence in their service.
