This is one my favorite coffee shop. Their coffee menu is unique and consistently good. I'm also not an avocado toast person and usually if I'm craving avocado toast, I'll just make it myself. But their avocado toasts are so good that it's worth spending the money for. They are generous with the amount of avocado and egg that they give you. The ambience at this location is awesome. They have really set the bar pretty high for a local coffee shop. It's nice to either hang out or work at. The customer service is always great also. They make the coffees fast and they always have a good attitude. Everyone they've hired has been awesome! I've been going there for years now. I live far but drive on the weekend every now and then just to get coffee and food. read more

Nothing terrible about this place. It was fine enough. I'm always on the lookout for great coffee shops. I look for space, how comfortable it is, menu options, if it's conducive for working. This place hit most of the marks; it just isn't very big if you're looking for a place to work. Also I remember seeing mostly stools for sitting; as a pose to chairs with a back. Went here on a busy, busy Monday evening (around 6.40pm) but was still greeted with smiles and great service! The barista who helped me out was a doll, she gave me great tips on what would taste better with what. I got an iced Miel latte with oat meal and it was so BOMB! Definitely a favorite for me and my friend. We live in la habra, and I discovered this gem when I was running errands one day. No matter what time I go, I always have friendly service! The menu is relatively small, but my favorite would have to be the "New Orleans" which has a sweet cream topping and is brewed with a bit of chicory. Enchanted is my new go to coffee shop! The staff is very friendly and the environment is quaint. It is small inside, but there are lots of seats and places to work if need be. There is a great meal selection as well. Pastries, bagels, sandwiches, salads- and all for a great price. My go to drink is a simple iced latte. The espresso is perfect, not too strong and not too watery. My significant other gets the enchanted shake. It is delicious! It is hard to find an ice cream based coffee beverage at your local coffee shop. This espresso chips really make the drink. I also recommend the New London is also a really good drink if you like cold brew! The foam on top is delicious. I want to try the avocado toast as well as the poor boy sandwich. I work in La Habra and today at 8:00am, I ordered a coffee and the avocado cream cheese bagel from Enchanted on my break. When I got back to work, I took a bite into my bagel, and noticed that it tasted funky. My friend mentioned that every time she specifically gets avocado from Enchanted, it induces an allergic reaction as it would if she came into contact with fish. Unfortunately, my friend and I both have an allergy to fish and therefore experienced an itchy throat. After discovering this, I decided to call Enchanted and ask whether or not they use the same board for avocado and salmon, which is against FDA Guidelines. A male answered the phone and proceeded to answer my questions and informed me that they indeed use the same board for both avocado and seafood. He also went on to tell me that they do have another cutting board and would use it if they were informed of an allergy. Therefore, they do have another cutting board that is unused and could easily avoid issues like this, by following FDA Guidelines and using one cutting board for produce, and the other for raw meat, poultry, and seafood. How are customers who are unaware of what is going on in the kitchen supposed to catch the issue when they are the ones not being informed? It was extremely disappointing having to throw away a $12 bagel since I had to go back to work and couldn't go back for a refund. FDA GUIDELINE IN QUESTION: Enchanted is violating the FDA Guidelines stating that you must use one cutting board for fresh produce and a separate one for raw meat, poultry, and seafood. read more

Stopped by with my buddy who apparently comes here multiple times a week, and I found out why. The drinks are so underrated! Been here a few times and I've had a pleasant experience each time. It seems like Saturdays they get really full but weekdays are not too bad. I've had the New London, Lavender New London and the Spanish latte. All are good. My favorite so far is the New London. It's kind of like Vietnamese coffee, but better. read more

Wow, just wow. I'm not even close to local but I wish I was! I had quick meetings there Sunday and Monday as I t was convenient for the client. I got there early and ordered an oat milk latte, it was perfect. Today was the Enchanted cold brew which had a really smooth flavor. I didn't try any of the pastries but they looked yum. The shop itself has a relaxing vibe with good music playing, books near the back, and cool hand painted cups on display. This place sucks! They don't have any drip coffee ready to serve and go! So they had to do a single individual drip where they have to grind then poor hot water and it took literally 13 minutes to serve. And it was 4.50 cents!! Enchanted changed their name from ARC possibly under new management? It doesn't matter because the aesthetics are still pleasing and the coffee is still good! The decor is switched up a lot but remains cute and appealing. I love the contrast of the tables and the flooring. The lighting is also a plus. If you go during an on time, it may be difficult to get seating. The baristas are extremely friendly and easy going. I always order an iced almond milk lavender latte and a bacon cheddar scone if I'm hungry and both are delicious and satisfies my cravings. If you come here often, I recommend getting a stamp card! Shame on you, working staff. I ordered Ice Americano and Ice hazelnut latte here today.(09/09/2022). I was waiting for the coffee I ordered, and I was surprised to see an employee's behavior. The employee dropped an espresso coffee cup into the beaker. If he recognized the mistake, he had to make the coffee again. But he looked around and just put ice in the coffee and gave it to me. The employee thought I didn't see it, but I was watching it all. It's not just a matter of a cup of coffee. It's very unconscionable behavior as a person who provides services to customers. This comment is absolutely true. Enchanted's owner must watch video recorded around 12:50pm. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to argue. I will never go there again. never coming back. I used to love coming here, but today as I stood in line, michelle (the barista) ran into me and did not care. I almost stumbled over but was able to catch myself. No apology was given, just a blank stare. She then proceeded to flirt with the guest in front of me. I waited almost ten minutes while she talked endlessly to him. I ended up leaving and just going to the starbucks. I could've cared less about the flirting, but the fact that she ran into me, obviously felt it, and still did not care is beyond unprofessional. As someone who works in customer service, an apology goes a long way. Hire better baristas. If you want good coffee, and GREAT, NICE baristas, definitely go to AT230 Cars & Coffee.
