Being that my wife and I have been in the industry for over 18 years together, we can be a tough crowd to please. We happened to be in the area, and google mapped local restaurants. We came across Enchiladas, and thought " let's try something new"... We're so glad we did. They did not disappoint. The service and food was on point. So having just moved here, this was my first time at this restaurant, and actually my first Mexican dining experience in Dallas. Had a great experience! They are taking their Covid precautions seriously, and I appreciated being able to scan a code at my table to be able to view the menu on my phone. The service was just outstanding, and very attentive. I ordered the avocadolada enchiladas, and they were delicious. I completely cleaned my plate! I am definitely one of those people that only reviews when I've had a memorable experience, and so they are few and far between, but I give five starts when a place has made an impression on me. Tried this place out for the first time on a Friday evening. Ordered delivery via UberEats around 5:15 PM. The driver got there to pick it up & they didn't even start making it yet. It took 30 minutes for them to make it & when the order was delivered, it was a wrong order. Whatever they did give us was the most burnt & soggy food I'd ever seen. Everything tasted burnt, even after scraping all the black off. The salsa was super bland. The quesadilla was dry. The chicken the dry. The spinach tasted dirty. I can't imagine a worse Tex-Mex experience. I ended up throwing everything away & making instant ramen instead. They tasted better. read more

Terrible. It was terrible. Saturday night at 5. Not that busy. Service was fine but the food was awful. Cheese and onion enchilada's tasted like fake cheese. The "sirloin" tamales tasted the same as the chile on top. Both tasted like dog food smells. Beans straight from a can. The rice was the only thing that wasn't an assault on the taste buds. Tonight as he has done so many times over the 23 years that I've known him, Esteban noticed me entering the restaurant and soon arrived at my table to bump fists, say hello and inquire about my family. There are a lot of restaurants in Dallas and I have eaten at more than a few over the years but Enchilada's will always be home for me and my family because of people like Esteban and the other incredible staff members at Enchilada's on N. Went there after the pool with some friends Parking: plenty of parking. It's right next to a gas station. Atmosphere: there are TVs and overall it's a chill place. Not too loud or crazy so to speak but more of a family oriented establishment Food: mediocre at best- really nothing special about this place. The food was ok. It's your typical tex mex where if you've never had true mexican food you'll think this is a good place. Honestly if you're looking for authentic mexican go somewhere else. The enchiladas were ehhh. Was just here for lunch. Wouldn't really notice it unless you're familiar with the Greenville ave area. I thought the food was amazing! Each item had a unique flavor that I haven't experienced at chain mexican restaurants. I ordered the Plato de Maria and was not disappointed. The service was prompt and they seem to really care about their customers with greeting you at the door and saying bye to you on the way out. It gives you a family feel like a mom and pop restaurant. Mother's Day Brunch--it was packed! I was expecting a 30 minute wait and $40 per person price tag, I mean bottomless mimosas. It was a 10 minute wait and $24 per person price tag with any flavor champagne cocktail you want. My daughter is allergic to orange and peach so we were cranberried up for no extra charge. The tamales were my favorite--they were spicy and moist. I had a few, along with chicken jalapeno enchiladas, potato enchiladas, cheese enchilada, bacon, eggs, chilie relleno casserole, blackened tilapia, beef fajita, key lime pie and more poinsettias (actual name of champagne and cranberry juice). The buffet was kept full and fresh. Food quality was delish. I didn't make it to the pancake and omelette station. I was too full. Highly recommend. Parking is tight. There will be a wait. Had Sunday brunch buffet 2 days ago. Enjoyed the food but there was a problem. We asked, before we were even seated, if drinks were included with the buffet. We were told yes. I said okay as long as it is included. More head nods yes it is included. I did not really even want to drink and only drink a few sips out of mine. The bill came and they charged us $5 each for those drinks. The manager came, presumably tony, and explain to us that it's not the case and no matter what we told him about what we were told, he would not remove the charges. Normally any restaurant manager would remove the charges in a case like that so we were highly disappointed in him. read more

Nothing like a authentic mexican restaurant for lunch. From the amazing service at the bar from Esteban who made perfect top shelf margaritas and provided outstanding customer service. Started with the chips and Queso which is better than the average chips and Queso appetizer. Then I ordered the chicken fajitas which came out steaming and were cooked to perfection. The entire meal was ideal with the Mexican rice and grilled veggies pairing. I ordered half flour and half corn tortillas but I recommend going with the corn next time. I give this meal a solid 8.5/10 but the overall dinning experience a 10. Also, I kept hearing about the brunch here. I'll definitely be back to check that out too. read more
