What I didn't expect was the level of service that followed. Every question was answered to my satisfaction, and every effort was made to help me qualify for rebates and financing. Zack was also respectful of the fact that I needed time to make my decision. There was no pressure, just professionalism. Once I committed to the project, Scott and Mark came out to take measurements. Meeting them only increased my confidence. We spoke the same contractor language, and by the time they left I felt certain I had made the right decision. And I absolutely did. The custom windows were ready exactly when promised, and the installation team showed up on time. The work was done even better than I expected and finished faster than I had planned for. The crew was polite, respectful of both my home and my tenants, and they stayed focused and professional during the three days it took to complete the installation. The real kicker: the agreement was that the replaced wood window surrounds would be left primed and ready for paint. These guys went the extra mile and painted them. Energy core construction came to my home to measure the house for new windows, Energy efficient and top shelf windows, I was in a program where I got help with the cost. Energy core initially contacted me. Their professional Tobias came to my home and measured the windows. I requested a quote on only the bottom floor of my home as I am aware of how much this could cost. After Tobias measured he contacted his team and surprisingly great price for what I wanted, also financing for the project. I was surprised and went ahead with the project. They told me about 4 to 6 weeks as they make the windows custom. Approximately 5 weeks I recieved a call from Daniel saying my windows and scheduled the install a few days later at my convenience. The guys showed up about 11am as scheduled and had my old 9 old windows out of my house in an hour. Another 2 hrs and all windows were installed, sealed and finished. It was a very professional, thorough job. I was very surprised. They left the house clean and looking beautiful. The windows are made by Anlin and the Belmar series. The new view out of the windows is impressive. For the first 4 days every time I walked through the living room I stopped and looked out the windows. I love everything about my new windows! The white clean look, the double glass, the soft rolling sound it makes when I open or close them without any effort. Our house is quiet now at night and in the mornings because the sound insulation is so good. Our AC/central heating doesn't work as much on and off anymore because of the excellent thermal insulation our new windows provide. The teams who were working with us were wonderful too. Starting with Dean who did the initial presentation and pricing, spent several hours with us explaining every detail. The installation team (Kim and his son Louis) next was professional, courteous and fast. They cleaned up nicely afterwards and put all the blinds back just as the general contractor (Kyle) has promised. I was referred to Energy Core Construction by a friend and I'm very glad I listened to her! I just bought my first home and needed to replace all the windows and slider. Energy Core was able to get my windows ordered and installed in a month, whereas another company I got a bid from said it would be at least 8 weeks. Energy Core also submitted the required architecture application to my HOA management company on my behalf. Zachary and Richard from Energy Core are wonderful. First, Zachary came to my house to give me a quote and was super helpful explaining everything. Energy Core installed a total HVAC system replacement and a new Anlin Freedom Patio Door with a doggy door insert. Our new HVAC system has improved our energy efficiency and comfort. All went well. My front bay window and the two sides were not a common size, therefore they did have to reorder the windows so it did take a few more days to complete.
