These are absolutely my go tos for heating, cooling and electrical. I first worked with the team at EnergyWorks in 2021 when they installed radiant floors, a new boiler and HRV system, and updated the wiring in my house during a remodel. They came recommended by my General Contractor and were super easy to work with. Rich geeked out with me about heat pumps vs. boilers, and made great recommendations for what we should do. James and Tompall, the lead electrician and hvac/plumbing folks were always friendly, easy to work with, and did a wonderful job. There were a couple of issues at the end of the project. The heat distribution in the flooring wasn't perfect on the first pass, and an electrical circuit needed to be rewired. But as someone who works in construction, I judge contractors not by the issues - because there are always issues - by how they deal with them when they come up. In this case, Tompall and James both came out and fixed the issues within 24 hours of me calling. And in the case of the radiant heating, there were a couple of trials and errors, but we ultimately got the distribution just as we wanted it, and Tompall was an absolute gem to work with. When we needed a minisplit tune up (an old one that had come with the house), they set up an appointment, came out as scheduled and serviced it, and it's been running great since. So, when I decided that my biggest mistake in 2021 was not installing A/C on our first floor, I called Rich. He gave me a well priced quote for a new minisplit, walked me through all potential locations, sent me a few quotes when I asked for revisions, and then, scheduled everything once I was ready. I was told it would take 3 days to install the minisplit, plus another small exhaust vent in a different room. Their team of 4 showed up today and did it all in one (long) day. Plus, they cleaned up after so I didn't have a dusty mess on my hands. And now, in the middle of a heat wave, I am sitting pretty in my cool house knowing that I got great service, a great price, and if I need anything, they'll be there to help. read more

Our experience with Energy Works was very professional, informative and gracious from start to finish. Ken Norton walked us through the different options/pros and cons for heat pump, new gas furnace, air conditioning. It's complicated and because Ken is very knowledgeable with years of experience, we were able to make an informed decision. We decided on a new higher efficiency gas furnace which was the lesser expensive option but met our needs. So no high pressure selling by Ken! Kira our contact at the office was so gracious and as a first point of contact so important to our experience. Installation techs crew Marq, Clay, Lukas and Nathan were professional, efficient and kind. It takes skill and experience which we respect and value. I recently had Energy Works install a Daikin mini-split air conditioning system in my home and had a great experience. When they first came out to provide an estimate I appreciated that Ken was very detail-oriented and took the time to explain and talk through some of the potential installation details with me so that we were on the same page about what it would look like and how things would be routed. I also liked the different wall-mounted unit options with a more stylish contemporary look that they suggested for some of the rooms. The install team did a great job - thanks to Tompall, Mark, Clay, Jamie and the rest of the team. They even took the time to clean out our very hard-to-access dryer vent and fix some of our other vent louvers while they were using the lift for the AC install. I'm very happy with how things look. The system works great and is very quiet. I also use Energy Works for annual maintenance on our hot water heating system and have appreciated Caleb's work and his explanations whenever he is here. read more

We just replaced our 20 year old furnace with EnergyWorks. They were efficient, polite, on time, and extremely personable. The new furnace works so much better than the old and we are very happy with the results. We also got air conditioning and now are waiting for some hot weather to enjoy it. All of the guys that worked on the install were great. Special shout out to Beau who took special pains to make sure we understood the new 'Smart' thermostat. We greatly appreciated it. We had the best experience with Energy Works! We got top notch, friendly customer service, knowledgeable servicemen that did quality work and explained things clearly, and super quick replacement of our furnace. Our furnace died and Energy Works came out that day to try to get it working while we scheduled a replacement. They couldn't get it going but gave us 2 space heaters to keep our house warm in the meantime. By some miracle they had a furnace that could be installed next day and the installers were there at 8am. They were friendly, efficient, and left the area clean when they were done. I could tell they really cared and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to restore heat to our home. Can't recommend them enough! read more

We recently purchased a new home and needed to have our furnace inspected to make sure we'd be good to go for winter. I'm an OCD type of guy that does my homework before selecting a product brand and/or the company doing the work. With that in mind, it took several weeks of study and multiple visits from possible installers before the decision was made to go with Energy Works and the installation of a Daikin Ductless wall mounted heat pump. Owner, Rich Vullet, and the team members I met, are knowledgable, very responsive, very competitive and just plain nice guys. Our sales representative, Mr. Pat Brake, spent multiple times with us during the decision making period, re-working the proposal as we compared differing units. Energy Works replaced my old water heater with a tankless heater, and we were extremely pleased with the service! The owner, Rich, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and he felt so much more competent than the other HVAC vendors we considered. Everyone I worked with was very polite and competent, and the price ended up significantly lower than those of comparable options. Right after installation, there was problem and the water heater unexpectedly stopped working. I called the technician Caleb (it was about 7 PM) and, to my surprise, he came right back and fixed it that night. It turned out to be the manufacturer's problem and not the technician's fault at all. Great customer service! I would highly recommend Energy Works to others with HVAC needs. read more
