Hello..... I wanted to share the experience I had buying a car at the Enterprise Car Sales Marietta 227 Cobb Pkwy S Marietta GA 30060 On September 2nd and 4th 2024. First of all there are two things I hate most in the world...... Funerals and buying a car. Why? Because at a funeral someone is lying in a casket and at a dealership someone is lying to your face. Well, my experience with Enterprise Car Sales was the total opposite of what I just described. Andrew was my salesperson. He was great. I came there looking for a Toyota Highlander XLE that I saw on the website but it had been relocated to the Duluth location. Then I saw and test drove this black 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited RWD with the panoramic sunroof. That I believe was on September 2nd on September 4th I drove off the lot in the Jeep. Quality of the vehicle so far so good. Andrew and John were easy and a relief to do business with. If I had to nitpick the people who get the car ready could have put more effort into making the vehicle look brand new. The water spots on the windows and around the vehicle could have used more energy and effort but what ca ya do. I give them a B- /C+. I purchased a Chrysler 300 on 3/5/22 from your enterprise car sales location at 227 Cobb parkway in Marietta GA.. horrible location horrible customer service to say the least. First of all there were about 4 men total handling my application Jamari Devon Kevin a guy with the last name Wesley. I had to return the vehicle on 3/22/22 because my loan " couldn't be finalized" they said I had "multiple social security numbers" I've never heard that one before. I was told by Devon that the request would be sent over the sane day I returned the car which was 3/22/22 however the request wasn't sent until 3/23/22 Devon also confirmed on 4/6/22 at roughly 10:30am that the request wasnt sent out until 3/23/22. Devon told me I should receive my refund by 3/27/22 and still NOTHING. From 3/25/22 to 4/6/22 I have been given the run around as for as a straight answer on the time frame on when I should receive my refund to wheres the tracking number.. absolutely no kind of communication from Enterprise @227 location in Marietta. 3/27 came no refund. I spoke to Jamar Embri on 3/28/22 around 2pm he said "Dang you still haven't gotten you refund yet" forwarded me to his manager Devon in which devon mentioned he would reach out to corporate and send another email to see where they are with the refund and give me a call back... no phone call back... I reached out on Monday 4/2 I spoke to Devon, Devon said he was waiting on a tracking number he would give me a call back... no phone call.. called 4/3 spoke to kevin... kevin said his manager would give me a call back... no call back from the manager (Devon) called back 4/6 Devon said corporate is responding to his emails... nobody in St. Louis are able to provide him with a tracking number. I asked for a direct number to corporate he said enterprise doesn't have one... he doesn't even have a contact for any one over him... he doesn't know what's going on.. Deepest regret of doing business with Enterprise. read more

Horrendous! We drove 3 hours to purchase a large truck after confirming availability online and calling ahead. Loan approved , signed papers. 4 days later as we were waiting for delivery, we were informed the vehicle had been sold to someone else. Manager Devin offered no apology or assistance and certainly no compensation for our time and trouble. He tried to lie to us about what happened despite the evidence to contrary. We have a loan on our credit on vehicle never received affecting ability for another purchase. Employees privately tell us this is not the first time this has happened here due to shoddy record keeping, poorly trained staff and apathetic management. Maybe some locations are better, but we would advise to steer clear of Enterprise Auto Sales. There is no one to be accountable or help if there is a problem. read more

Had a bad experience here, I paid over $500 to transfer a vehicle to this location, which is a couple hours away from me but the closest sales office they had. On the day we were to drive down and sign papers, I woke up sick with a virus and called to ask if we should wait or if I could send my husband and brother to sign part of the papers and bring back the car. I was assured TWICE that we could bring the car back that day and take care of the paperwork later. My husband and brother ended up driving 2 hrs, then sitting in the lobby waiting for well over another hour before being told I would have to come in person and being sent home empty handed. They wasted 6 hours for nothing, and wanted us to come back the next day, which was a work day for us. We decided to go to a local dealership and consider that wasted transfer fee an expensive life lesson. Get it in writing, they'll tell you whatever they want on the phone and then not honor it. read more

I absolutely had a great experience with Enterprise Car Sales! I was a frequent Enterprise car renter and when I informed Drika that I was in the market for a car she referred me to Mason Strickland. I told him about a pending deal that I had with another dealership; when I gave him the details about the deal and my credit score he immediately told me that he could beat the deal and get me financed. I went into the office and he did not disappoint. Not only did I get the exact car that I wanted but initial APR I received from Shana was beat by about 5% Once the papers were signed and the car was cleaned up I came out to my brand new car with a huge bow on it. They were sincerely happy for me and I felt the love. I appreciate Mason for keeping his word and getting me a great deal! I spoke with Phil, the finance guy, around 11:30 in the morning and, with the help of Curtis the sales guy, the car was delivered to my door by 6:00 pm. I got a great price, solid financing, and fabulous service. They had to drive to the Duluth branch to retrieve the car before bringing to me. Along the way, Curtis noticed the wheels needed balancing, so they stopped and got that done at no charge before delivering it. These guys were friendly, conscientious, and nothing short of professional. We love our "new" car and highly recommend Enterprise! read more

The salesman had me in a rental for 2 months while trying to find the truck I wanted when I picked out a truck he transferred one to Atlanta that was $5,000 more. He told me the money I paid for the rental would come off the price of the new car and it didn't. I was threatened by the salesman and the finance manager and told by a man who said he was the GM I was lying and they wouldn't do anything. Don't ever buy anything from this dealership they stole my money. read more

Never have any available cars. They don't fulfill their promises of providing transportation. I Had to end up walking and had to wait two hours for me to arrive there with the car still not being there or ready. When I arrived, I seen the transportation van pick up other customers. read more

At first, their customer service seems beyond fantastic. But really, it's the same old foolishness. Bought car there in March, that at first, I wasn't in love with because it did not have a sunroof. I was then given the BS. Enterprise works with a national reputable company that can install one. "They're phenomenal." "They'll come pick up your car." "You don't need to do anything." They coordinated everything, including delivery of my vehicle to this vendor. After installation, I've had nothing but problems. Took it back to Enterprise who told me they would get it resolved and haven't heard a peep from them. Meanwhile, overhead door lights burnt out because the visor light stays on all day and night. Took it back myself (during the pandemic!) to this company and they "fixed" it Except the same issue returned the next day. No word from Enterprise. This $26K car is now worth nothing! I'm paying for a car I can't even drive to work. Do not trust these people. Of course, the sale is all they care about. Now I'm basically stuck taking Uber back and forth to work (during the pandemic) because I can't trust this car won't conk out on me on the road. There will forever be electrical issues and Lexus will charge me triple to fix this. I should have gone to a brand dealer and known better than to trust car salesmen. If you buy a car from them do not let them up sell you on anything. Cannot trust these folks! read more

My wife and I went to Enterprise to look around and see what they had to offer. We were very happy with the service we received while we were there. I have used Enterprise rental cars more than I care to admit over the past 4 years. I have always had great experience with Enterprise with 2 exceptions(this being the second time). My wife and I decided on a vehicle that we liked and went though the whole process getting financed and all the usual expected things when buying a vehicle. As we left the lot in our "new" car we were talking about what a great experience we had. Actually my wife called her mother, grandmother and sister, who were all looking to buy a vehicle in the very near future, to recommend going to Enterprise Car Sales. about 5 days after we purchased the vehicle my wife was driving home from work as she reached for the turn signal and the whole selector broke apart and the wipers turned on and would not turn off and of course she no longer was able to use her turn signals. When she got home I had to pull the fuse for the wipers to get them to stop. We immediately called the sales person that we bought the vehicle from and she told us to take the vehicle to the Chrysler dealer because it was still under warrantee and they would fix it. She said if the dealer wouldn't fix it then Enterprise would. The Chrysler dealer told us I was about 800 miles out of warrantee and they would not cover the repair. As I left the dealer I called Enterprise to discuss getting it fixed. While on the phone with Enterprise trying to get some one who could help me it started to pour down rain. Since I didn't have wipers I had to pull over and wait it out. I ended up being late for work and on top of that I had to leave a message with Enterprise because no one could give me an answer on what they wanted to do. Three days pass with repeated phone calls to Enterprise and nothing but the run around from them. Meanwhile my wife and I are driving in a vehicle with our kids with no turn signals and no wipers(I consider that to be unsafe). Finally after almost a week of getting no where with Enterprise I had to go to Chrysler buy the part and install it myself just to ensure the safety of my wife and kids. We commute to Atlanta, Ga everyday and trying to get through traffic without turn signals is a challenge. After several calls to corporate about our experience we were told they would send us a check for the cost of the part and we would be getting a phone call to apologize for not taking care of the problem and the trouble it caused. We received a check within a few days for the cost of the part(which was about a third of what the dealer wanted to fix it) which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. We have yet to receive a phone call from anyone and it has been about a month or so since we got the check. At least someone tried to make an effort to make things right. I have dealt with Enterprise all over the U.S. traveling for work every week for 5-6 days living out of Enterprise rental cars. I have only had a bad experience at 2 locations and they were both in the Marietta and Kennesaw areas. Unfortunately this is where I live and the ones I have to deal with. read more
