Never thought I'd be renting a car twice this year but oh well. That's just how it goes sometimes. I was first here earlier this year when I got into a car accident in February and was really surprised by the friendliness, the fast and polite customer service, and how smooth the process went so I came back again. I recently needed to have my car serviced and the mechanic told me the car would be in the shop for a few days, boo. So I called AAA, got a reservation set up for this location, and someone from this location was calling me within a few minutes to tell me they'd be picking me up. Upon arrival, I was checked in and processed quickly then they told me I was upgraded to a nicer car - Hyundai Sonata with all the bells and whistles. Woohoo! And a full tank of gas to boot. I kept the car for two days and when I returned they were also great about checking me out, dropping me back off at the mechanic and give me back my deposit. My husband and I had such a great experience with Enterprise car sales. First, they were able to bring the van we were looking at from Long Beach to the Orange location. This already was so amazing so we didn't have to make the drive all the way to LB just to test drive the car. Once the car was there, we got a call from Perla letting us know that the car is ready for us to test drive. Funny story, I was sent to the hospital when she called, and we weren't sure if we could make it because it was possible we might have our baby that day. Perla was very understanding and let us know they'll have the car there when we are ready. Luckily, I did not have to have my baby early, and was sent home from the hospital. We called Perla right away and went straight to Enterprise. We were greeted with a very nice attitude, and Perla was just so great with us from beginning to end. What was best was that she was so patient and explained all the features of the car with us very thoroughly. She also showed us other vans to help us make a better decision. We definitely loved the van we went there for! It was so much nicer than we saw in the pictures! The approval process was so easy and pretty quick. And at the end before they handed us the keys, they made sure the car was clean and ready for us, and Perla went over all the features again and showed us how to start our new minivan. This is not something we are used to, because the last place we bought a car, the sales guy did not even go through any of that. Needless to say, our overall experience was so great and everyone was so nice and helpful, including the general manager, Mike. Definitely recommend going here to find quality used cars!
