Well, I don't know how many enterprises are in Orange County but I bought a Nissan rogue 2021 that already had transmission problems when I had bought it right then they wanted to claim that there was nothing that they could do that they needed to fall on the insurance that we paid for for three years Assurant that did absolutely nothing and puts me automated system and does not answer the phone let alone respond to the reimbursement that they already owe and it's not honoring honoring our own policy hence why the BBB is now being involved, but I just got off the phone with Louis and Louis and Jackie never wanna do their jobs every time I call Jackie is the one who sold me the car but unfortunately, I can't seem to get them to give me the information off the contract that wasn't in my contract. Apparently I have enterprise care protection with the Nissan rogue with enterprise sales that's not in my contract however, I do have the windshield tire protection, and all these things that have not been honored so I would not suggest getting involved with this place and or would I suggest expecting them to do anything about it cause they will sell you a car and dodge a bullet and make you pay for it or have you not make have you pay for a warranty that doesn't honor their own policy which is being dealt with because I've spent seven years in law and I could promise you that this is unacceptable and it will be dealt with, and then when I asked for him to give me his manager he transferred me to an automated system, which I expressed I did not want to be on an automated system and then so I called back in the moment that I asked Lewis to give me manager's name cause he's gonna be yelp reviewed he claimed he wasn't the one on recorded phone call I recorded and then all of a sudden came up with the manager name, Eric, that's on a phone call. It's really not surprising, but I could tell you they don't honor anything and I would share you my contract, but it would be private information that the public don't need but I kiss you not my reviews are solid as gold. I once had an attorney sit there and asked me to take it down after screwing me out of $2800 and offered to give me back 1000 if it took off the review which she still calls and bags to this very day, but my reviews don't come down because they are valid and people need to know what they're getting into so if you want a car don't go because it's cheap go because it's not the right thing to do read more

Not Your Average Car Buying Experience - Get In Get Out Get On With Your Life ! I had been shopping around for a Nisan Rogue for 6 months or so, learning prices and features included or not, for those prices. I was interested in one at Stadium Nissan but when I called for "today's price" it was a couple thousand more than shown on their website ! From salesman to manager, same story. Goodbye Stadium ! I went to Puente Hills Nissan to check out one I found there. After the test drive, I asked for the "out the door" price. Not only were there the expected taxes, license etc but, they tacked on $2500 in "manufacturer mandatory" add ons such as black light ID, door edge protectors, sprayed on fabric protector and so on. All of which may have cost them $100. Three more higher ups/finance ministers later, all saying the same thing - "manufacturer mandatory." NOT ! Outright lie by all 4 people ! Goodbye Puente Hills Nissan ! I reported them to Nissan Corporate. I had been watching the Enterprise Car Sales website for Orange, CA when I spotted 'the' one ! It had a light grey interior with black accents. Not like most with an almost completely black interior. Hello, Enterprise !!! Eric, the salesman, Steve, the finance guy and Mike, the manager were all on hand to make me feel comfortable and happy with the process and my purchase. One fair price, no arguing over it and no stress. Repairs which were needed, were taken care of by my mechanic and reimbursed by Enterprise. They ordered a cargo cover to replace the missing one and even the emergency medical kit ! Visited their website and came across a car that caught my interest. Clicked the "Start my Purchase" button and went through the entire process, including financial steps. Received a confirmation email detailing estimated payment terms and such. The following day, I received a call explaining that the car was still in the certification process, and once completed, I could proceed with arranging delivery. However, my frustration grew when I received another call the day after, stating that the car had been requested by a dealer and subsequently sold. It's perplexing how someone else could acquire the car when I had already expressed interest and begun the purchasing process. Adding to the frustration, the car continued to be advertised on their website for sale, complete with the "Start my Purchase" button, even two days later. I've awarded them two stars instead of just one, primarily due to the positive experience I had with their employee, Gabriel. He consistently kept me informed about the situation. In the past, I had a pleasant online car buying experience with Carmax, making this encounter with Enterprise all the more disappointing. Their technological systems appear flawed, inventory doesn't reflect real-time availability, and their overall organization leaves much to be desired. I have nothing but kudos to say about Enterprise Car Sales in Orange. Both employees that helped me, Bass and Mike, were fantastic. I was looking for a particular pickup truck to purchase through them. It wasn't easy to find because this particular model sells quickly once it's posted online. Together, we found one at another Enterprise Car Sales on the East Coast that wasn't even fully posted on their website. After paying the transfer fees right away, it took a couple of weeks to have it shipped. It arrived at the Orange lot after a deep inspection was performed first at an off-site facility. Due to a car crash I needed to go through my insurance to rent a car through enterprise. Once it was confirmed a total loss enterprise was kind enough to refer me to the orange location to check out some cars to lease. After the referral they reached out to me quickly. Once I arrived Javier Zarco asked me a few questions about make or model, features I wanted and deal breakers. He grabbed a dozen keys based on my answers. We looked over those vehicles and test drove a few. I'm a pretty good read of character and I don't like being put in situations where I have to make decisions right away without enough time to evaluate the situation and next steps. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, I strongly advise you to explore other options. Throughout my interactions with this company, I have encountered consistent issues with communication and a lack of accountability. Despite my efforts to address concerns and seek assistance, my requests were largely ignored, and the company failed to follow through on promises made. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with such an important purchase. Unfortunately, my experience is not unique--many other customers I spoke with reported similar frustrations. Enterprise has room for significant improvement in customer service and communication. For these reasons, I will not be doing business with Enterprise again and would not recommend it to others. I sincerely hope that the company listens to customer feedback and takes the necessary steps to improve their processes. Great service...looking for a used car for my 16 year old son. Carina Carrillo made it a fun experience. Enterprise had very nice used cars on the lot...interiors were impecable and no odors. Exteriors flawless. My son wanted the blue car, which was in the Enterprise used car lot in Riverside. That particular car was brought down to Orange, to compare and make a final decision. Joe, the financial officer assisted us in getting the loan...Very helpful and knowledgeable. All of this occurred within 3 hours.... looking at specs before going to the lot made time more efficient and effective. I have bought 7 cars in my past history, and this was, by far, the most pleasant experience that i have ever had!!! We had 7 days to change our minds and have 1 year to bring the car back if it wasn't working out...and 4 year warranty on parts!! Phone calls from Carina came through a few days after the purchase...asking how we are enjoying the car. My son is so happy, and the car payments , over a months time, are cheaper than an uber. Car is only 2016 and 40,000 miles with warranties. Can't beat that!! read more

I saw a vehicle online and set up an appointment for the next day. I was contacted by Carina Carillo-Colorado right away to confirm and went in the next morning. I am also one of the few people that actually takes their car back within 7 days - YES, after driving away, I had buyer's remorse - I was not happy with what I bought. This is a review in progress, as I am now in my second attempt to aquire simple small parts that were not included in the Grand Caravan I purchased a few days ago. We noticed 1 missing cupholder the night we purchased, but were shown the vehicle in the dark in a poorly lit parking lot, and did not see other missing inserts and parts. Pretty much anything not bolted down was gone. Luckily we are renting the exact same model from our local Enterprise, and can compare them. That showed us exactly what was missing. General Manager and Salesman have promised to make it right. Stay tuned. That was 3 days ago. GM Mike, and salesman promised to fix things. I was told I'd recieve an update 2 days ago, now crickets. Our 2020 Elantra was at the Vista lot, but our salesman Eric drove down, picked up the car and we drove it home from the Orange office the same day. There is no pressure and trade in values are fair. Documents are now easier to sign and with a credit union loan pre-approval made it even a quicker process. Courtesy and knowledge are quality traits of these gentlemen.
