Do not rent from this place. This is the worst enterprise I have ever rented from in all my years. They have the rudest staff especially the Manager named Michael who tried to make me down grade to another filthy smelly car after I had to wait almost 45min to be helped after I complained about the car I initially rented and obviously was dirty inside and out and Michael the Manager had the worst attitude along with trying to make me downgrade to another vehicle that wasn't clean also and instead of being mad at whoever responsibility it was to make sure all the vehicles were up to standard he takes it out on customers. Everything went very well! Early check in.. all I had to do was verify my info. The young man that assisted me went beyond. I drive a Cadi and didn't want to put extra mileage on her. So, he recommended a Malibu because 'easy to handle and great gas mileage'. Took the time to show me a few features And set my CarPlay. No other company I have rented from has been that curious. First, - - -Great Job on solving problems Ariana! Second,--- we had a bunch of problems with our rental. 1. We were told to come by and pick up our van the night before and Kate said she would wait for us. We drove there only 6 minutes past closing--everyone was gone. No Kate --waste of time problem one but we chalked it up to a miscommunication. 2. We have our van scheduled for pick up at 8 am and arrive on time at 8 only to see our van driving off to drop someone off. Why? no answer-- so now we have to wait 30 minutes and we were supposed to leave for Cincinnati which is a 4 to 5-hour trip and we expected to be in and out in about 15 minutes. Waste of time number 2 3. The car was filthy inside when it finally arrived and zero gas. We had to clean the inside of the car and stopped by the house to do so. So we have now driven to Enterprise twice, waited and additional 30 minutes for the van to return as a drop-off vehicle, had to clean the car, fill it with gas and leave an hour later. To the rescue came Ariana who took care of us by: 1. Paying for our gas up and back to Cincinnati 2. Giving us a free day 3. Calling me to make sure we were happy with her solution. I am sure that the car-rental business is a tough one and things must go wrong from time to time in a service industry. I have had a long and very professional relationship with Enterprise. For me this was the first tie I have experienced these kinds of problems But I want to say in the end Adriana resolved professionally and to my satisfaction. Problems are going to happen and while I am sure there are people who have had problems worse than mine but I wanted to write and say--- in the end, Ariana did her best to make us happy. Everyone here was super helpful! I rented a car while mine was being repaired. They picked me up at the auto shop and had a car ready for me when I arrived. Due to the warnings of a snow storm, I decided to drop my car off early and ask for a ride home. When they found out I was outside of their radius, they offered to let me drop off the car at a location closer to my house so I could get home. They went out of their way to help me get home and provide quality service. I will continue to get my rentals from this location (and their donelson location) due to their excellent service. Today I dropped a car off at the location and I have a minor issue with the pricing but the associate manager worked with me to make it fair for me and Enterprise. While I am talking to the agent the senior lazy manager is sitting in his office staring at me. I asked him why he keeps looking at me and he gave me a lame answer. He in no way wanted to get up from his chair and help with the situation. I found the old man to be rude and crude for an Enterprise employee. I have been in this location before and I see NO value to have him just sitting in his lazy chair. Someone has got to teach the young men that work here some genuine customer service. I came in Saturday morning with my daughter, there was one other person in line, and three employees working the counter. Not one employee said one word to me as I got in the queue. In the fifteen minutes it took for me to make it up to the counter the room was filled with people and not one employee ever greeted any of us. It was so awkward that I started telling new customers, "welcome to enterprise," as they came through the door. Once I was at the counter the guy that helped me was nice, helpful, and quick. Second they charge you for things that make no sense, like charging me a one way fee when I returned the car to the original place I picked it up. Made a reservation for a certain model a week in advance. Told them numerous times I wanted a particular model. They were suppose to contact me the day before pick up and confirm they had one. Got a call the day before telling me a different car was reserved. Reiterated I wanted a particular model, they were kind enough to call around and check. They never called me back to tell me if they found one. I had to call them and had to reiterate for a fifth time I wanted a particular model. They said they couldn't get it. I tried to move up a pickup time from 12 Noon to 8:30 am. They said that they would not be able to accommodate my request because they were "too busy". I made an online reservation, and then called to ask a question about payment. They told me that -- regardless of what the online system said -- they had no car for me. Apparently, the online system will never stop making reservations, even if there are no cars to fill the orders. I made another reservation for the next day, for the last possible moment, and planned to call to make sure that they had a car for me. They called me first thing in the morning to tell me that they weren't sure they would have anything, but they would call me to let me know. They never called me, so I called them about 2 hours before I was due to pick up the car, and they said they had a car, though not necessarily the one I had requested. When I showed up, however, it turned out that the payment arrangment I had cleared with them over the phone was not actually ok. I could have switched to using my debit card, but I would have had to have had a utility bill or something. Had they told me this any one of the three times I had talked to them that morning, I might have had such a bill with me. But nope. Steer clear. read more

Nice cars. Got a good deal on a weekend rental--when we picked up the car we were in and out by 7:31 am. The drop off... Not so much. End of the summer really should be staffed MUCH BETTER. stopped in without a reservation and they fixed me up with a rental quickly, gave me my choice of car, and here's a good one that's never happened before with another car rental agency........i had to be brought to a place 12 miles away (20 minutes by car at least) to pick up my car. I decided to try to get a ride with one of them thinking they might save me an Uber ride. She asked me how much the Uber ride would be and i approximately guessed $15 and she reduced my rental bill by $15 to reimburse me for my Uber. I was amazed and impressed......and will be a loyal customer. PS- the Uber was $14.91, so i came out $.09 ahead even! read more

I came in distressed with some family news, no appointment (my own car in the shop) and no way to get to Florida. Since it was spring break, most of the cars were already taken on the lot, but the manager noticed my distress and worked so quickly to get me a ride with a discount. He was able to provide for a need when I had no other options and I truly appreciate all the help he offered. In addition, when I noticed that the car didn't have a USB port for charging, another colleague offer his OWN cigarette lighter charger so I could keep my phone on and in contact with my family during the trip. Just returned a SUV to the Brentwood location & manager, Stephen Ryan, claims there's a 4" baseball size dent on roof of SUV. After 90min of searching for this non-existent dent, he refused to admit he was wrong. We called location where it was rented from & guy who helped us said he never inspected roof. As we're searching the roof for a dent, that doesn't exist, another employee brings out a customer to give them the suv the are renting. She walks the outside of car for damage & let's him leave W/O inspecting the roof! I have the whole thing recorded on my phone. Manager then admits she messed up & should've inspected to roof. All morality & decency was thrown out the window today. If this is how business is run & customers are treated here, the integrity of this company has been majorly compromised! After all this, I couldn't get a single person to talk to at the local corporate office in Franklin, TN. It was 30min of recordings & when someone finally answered, I was disconnected. NOT HAPPY!!! Do not use Enterprise....not this one anyway! They did not tell my husband that the truck he was renting was costing more than the insurance company was paying. Nowhere on the contract was a price that we were being charged. It was not until I received my credit card statement that I discovered almost $200.00 in additional charges above what my insurance paid to Enterprise. When you call them all you get is the run around and "someone" else will call you back....never!!! This is nothing more than someone robbing from you. After I pointed this error out, They changed my rate but said they showed the keys were returned on Monday. The staff was courteous & pleasant. The car exterior was nice & clean. However, the car smelled heavily of cigarette smoke which was worsened by the even heavier smell of air freshener. This is increasing becoming a problem. I rent from Enterprise monthly and at times weekly from several locations. Despite the warnings, people continue to smoke in the cars. This is a major problem for those of us with respiratory conditions. The car details must include more that an interior wipe & air freshener. read more

Making the reservation online was easy and quick and the staff were mostly friendly but lacked some professionalism. One guy came out of the back room with his shirt wrinkled and untucked. I stood at the counter for some time before anyone acknowledged me. They talked amongst themselves (while serving me) but didn't have much communication with me other than getting my required information. The rental car smelled like smoke.
