    Tires were all over-inflated at 39 psi cold.  Recommended tire pressure by Toyota is 32 psi cold.  This is dangerous.

    The tires in the rental car were all over-inflated. The tires had 39 PSI cold, when the recommended tire pressure is 32 PSI cold. Over-inflation of tires causes an increased risk of blow-outs, and also a detrimental effect on braking. This is an obvious safety issue. Also, the vehicle registration/inspection sticker in the windshield expired two months ago. It is illegal to drive a car in Texas without a valid registration/inspection sticker. These vehicle issues put me at increased risk, but it was no skin off of the nose of Enterprise. I feel that these are easy issues to correct, and that the agency should require that whoever is maintaining the vehicles put the correct air pressure in the tires, and also just get the vehicle inspected and put the new sticker in the windshield. It just can't be that hard. My concern is that many other vehicles in this fleet have similar safety issues.

    Enterprise doesn't seem to understand what  "reservation" is.

    Money hungry, add unnecessary fees even though I was renting through my car warranty. I do not recommend this location

    All they do is lie about what cars are available on their lot and give you the runaround. They are slow. Untruthful. Horrid service.

He then offered her an electric vehicle, but she did not feel comfortable accepting it. I waited patiently for approximately 15 minutes while this situation was being discussed. After waiting, I politely asked, "Can I return my car?" because I realized the intermediate/compact vehicle I was returning could potentially solve the issue for the customer he was assisting. Instead of responding professionally, the attendant became dismissive and rude, replying with attitude, "Why didn't you just say that?" I explained that he had not asked why I was there and that I was simply trying to help, since my returned vehicle may have fit the customer's needs. Rather than acknowledging this, he abruptly grabbed the keys from my hand and continued acting dismissively. What made the interaction especially frustrating is that I had even returned the vehicle hours earlier than scheduled. A simple proactive question to waiting customers about whether they were picking up or returning vehicles could have helped the situation significantly and improved the experience for everyone involved. While I understand customer service environments can be stressful, professionalism and respectful communication should still be maintained. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers are treated with more courtesy and consideration.

Doesn't make sense why their website shows all these cars are available and then last minute they aren't anymore, even if you reserve it and pay for insurance. Overall bad experience I don't think I would rent a car with this company ever again .

    Writing a review based on our experience about two weeks ago…read more.. My husband and I flew in unexpectedly from LV due to a death in a family. Only anyone who has ever been in this situation understands the planning on a last minute flight, hotel and other arrangements are unbearably stressful and nothing anyone is ever ready for. Yet, here I am in a hotel room late at night, trying to piece together the next few days of our arrival. I was so exhausted that I booked the wrong date when reserving the rental thinking it was the next day. Next day, my husband and I get up early and uber to Enterprise. We checked in and found that I had booked the wrong date. Please note, the staff were not aware why we are in town. The young lady told us not to worry and was able to adjust the date and get us a rental. The car was ready to go and had just been maintenanced inspected. I was so thankful and relieved and everyone was so personable and friendly. I could not express how nice everyone was. She was able to answer all our questions including the toll fees and how they work. As far as the vehicle itself, Smooth ride, we never had any issues and we had the same great experience when we turned the car back in. When we turned the vehicle in, there were a few guests in front of us, the wait was reasonable and we received wonderful genuine service. We all made small talk as we waited for our Uber to get there and take us back to the airport and they even said good bye and wished us safe travels. This location was easy to find, Storefront is clean including waiting area and restrooms. I really appreciate this experience during a hard time and making it a smooth as possible.

    I should not have to take out special insurance to cover your car against act of God like…read morehailstorms and tornadoes. As the owner of that asset, you should be insured for this and I should not have to pay for this damage. You did not used to do this. I am not sure when you started, but that's bad customer service. You guys are forcing me to buy the alternate insurance so that I don't have to pay out-of-pocket from my deductible in the event that this new vehicle that I'm renting also gets damaged by hail. I think if I have to have this insurance, you should be billing my insurance company for it. If you rent, beware.

    Van rental was nice and clean. The first agent we had to deal with was not very helpful or friendly…read moreto me or the lady before me. Told her "if she would move then he could work with me". He didn't say any words just tapped the sign that said license insurance and credit card. He was not knowledgable about their services. This first agent was Brian Delano. The second agent was very friendly and helpful he was quick and efficient. His name was David Alvarez. When returning the van I found the office empty and saw into the back office Brian again sitting talking on the phone. I wandered around the office for awhile before trying to walk around back so that I could return the van and be on my way. I reentered the office at the same time as David and another agent who appeared to be returning from lunch. I also found Brian behind the counter this time he used his hand to signal that he wanted the key back from me and again used no words but said he had to check the mileage on the van. Overall will use again but Brian Delano could use some manners.

    What a terrible experience I had this go around at enterprise that's connected to Town East…read moreCollision. Last time which was about 2 years ago I had my rental for about 6-8 months for hail damage yes that long just for hail damage would not recommend Caliber Collision off of 80 in Mesquite but had a great experience with Enterprise off of Military in Mesquite with Brandi, I believe that's her name. Had a reservation this time but went there and they had no car ready and they had to pull out a POS that was smoked out. Tried to go to Enterprise off of Military new crew and everyone was rude there and the manager did not want to trade in my car and told me to go back to the other Enterprise and they can find me a new fresh car, why? I'm already here. I go back get another car after an hour and it happens to have a nail in the tire, I get another car guess what another nail in the tire. I get another car and this one again is smoked out but luckily no nail in the tire. I drop off the vehicle because my vehicle is ready and nobody is in sight at 10:30 in the morning so I drop off the keys in the box. I remember I forgot something in my center console (brass knuckles and they are not illegal) the gentleman said there was nothing in the car left . Hanna said she didn't look through the vehicle but the older gentleman said it was only napkins in the middle. I let him know if you seen the napkins then you seen what else was in the console. He told me he was told to throw them away. Why would you not call the customer and let them know they were left in the vehicle. He went out the back door and cursed something under his breath and went in got them. I believe in my opinion the older man tried to steal them.

    I never received any help from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at TownEast Ford in Mesquite. I just overpaid…read morethe rental because they canceled my return earlier than the date I actually returned the car. BUT TODAY - I got a bill in the mail for $80.70. The bill does not state why they are billing me an additional 80 dollars. It just says, there is an outstanding balance. I called Enterprise customer service, and they couldn't help me because this location is a 'neighborhood location'. What in the world is the problem? They can't do their own accounting, accurately? I am now going to have to call this location tomorrow, and argue, and end up filing an FTC or State's Attorney complaint....and it's upsetting. This has been my go-to rental agency for years.
