First stop on my Birthday trip - so far, so good. Enter: Akeem, a.k.a. Keem! helped me at pickup and he was great from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, explained everything clearlyz. He just had a really kind energy about him. I rent cars often for work / pleasure and I'm a President's Circle member, so I've been to PLENTY of rental locations - this was absolutely one of the better pickup experiences I've had. When I brought the car back, the inspector didn't immediately look at it but instead went STRAIGHT back to the office to retrieve a reflection panel and magnifying glass. She then claimed there were hail damages, which were not visible to the naked eye. This inspection is totally a setup. As I didn't encounter hail throughout my rental and the car was in the garage most of the time. My guess is that the car had those minor dents before I picked it up, especially since I initially picked up the car in the dark. And of course, they were not using reflection panel and magnifying glass to examine the care when I picked it up. The process is like a SETUP, as the inspector's method seemed excessive for what are typically normal wear and tear issues not easily visible without special equipment. Overall, this experience left me feeling worried about this store and renting from Enterprise in the future. I hope this review helps others to be cautious about this store in their future rentals.

The leasing agent I worked with was honestly one of the least communicative people I have ever dealt with. I would respond to her emails or messages and then wait DAYS to receive a response. When I finally did hear back, I still couldn't get clear answers about the actual terms of the approval. I was told that my application had been approved, then asked for a down payment. After that, I was repeatedly told that I needed "more" of a down payment, but no one would clearly explain exactly how much was required or what the actual terms of the approval were. How are you supposed to make an informed financial decision when you can't even get basic information about the deal? What made it even worse was that getting an answer to any of these questions could take days. I work in customer service, so I understand that people get busy and responses aren't always immediate. But communication is one of the most basic parts of doing business, especially when you are dealing with something as significant as financing a vehicle. There is a major difference between being busy and simply failing to communicate with a customer. The entire process felt like a waste of my time. It was poorly communicated, unnecessarily confusing, and left a very bad taste in my mouth regarding Fair Lease as a company. I genuinely hope other customers have a better experience than I did, but based on my experience, I would not recommend Fair Lease.

They worked directly with the Insurance company on filing a supplement request when additional damage was found.
