I had heard this location in a strip mall often didn't have the vehicles they said they would, but I took a chance anyways with the fallback plan of heading to the airport location. We wanted a standard suv for a roadtrip when one of our vehicles decided to illuminate its check engine light. I arrived and the woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. They did indeed have the vehicle I reserved and also offered a discounted upgrade to a larger vehicle, but we didn't need a large suv for this trip. The vehicle ran like a champ and had no problems on the trip. A different agent did the check-in upon return but there was a scuff/rub that they said was not in the checkout report. Luckily I had taken my own photos when I picked it up which showed the scuff as pre-existing. So my advice is to definitely take your own photos of the vehicle on checkout. I'm kinda surprised that that damage wasn't documented. I'm pretty sure the person checking me out noticed and documented several paint scuffs as we did our walk-around but that scuff never being documented on the vehicle is sus. read more

Prior to our fleet vehicle being delivered we were instructed to pick up our interim vehicle from this location. When we arrived the vehicle selection was extremely limited (2 vehicles) as this location is located in the strip plaza on the side near Peter Piper. The 1st vehicle we picked up in the morning was the only vehicle option available to us so we had to take it. Note this was a vehicle that was going to be in our possesion for at least 1 month so it needed to meet our needs. We noticed another vehicle in the lot and asked about it and the service rep said that we could take the vehicle however no keys were dropped off. We were able to look inside and literally it looked like a family had been living in the car for a long duration. The service rep informed us that we could change out from the initial vehicle up to 3 times so he would informed us once he received the keys and got it clean we could swap (nice) When we got the call we returned back and thats where all the issues began. We noted that the vehicle was filthy dirty and needed to be cleaned. When we arrived to get the vehicle, we open the door and it showed signs that the vehicle's trash was pulled out but nothing was cleaned or wiped down. The new agent seemed reluctant but later said they would take the vehicle to Cobblestone so I sat in the lobby and waited... and waited. When they returned (some 40 mins later), i looked over the vehicle and saw the same grime on the outside and same spilled stains on the doors... Literally it was similac... How do I know, the can and bottle were in the backseat buried under the drivers seat. I was not happy but invested too much time so I took the vehicle as I needed to return to work. Over the next day I noticed a strong odor when getting in the vehicle and decided to inspect with greater detail and sure enough it was another pile of garbage under the seats and trapped around. At this point I'm irate and return to the location to discuss with the manager (who was actually there while I waited for the car's initial cleaning). When I showed them the vehicle they could only apologize. I wanted to express my frustration to the person who took the vehicle to Cobblestone as her attitude the 1st time around was very nonchalant to get it right the 1st time and my return back seemed like I was more of a nucince than anything. Because this location really doesn't have a wash station I was directed to take the vehicle to the location near Priest & Elliott as they were about to close. The Manager contacted the manager at the location to advise that I was coming and to clean the vehicle with extreme care. 4 star is really for the initial service agent (gentleman) who helped up and contacted us when the 2nd vehicle became available, but the overall experience was one of the worst ones we've had with a car rental location. Please do not go to this location especially if you're a person with color. I was racially profiled by the manager JACOB. I called prior asking what I need, when I get there I show him my identification which he asked for a second one (who does that) I rented here before for months. I guess that changed management so he told me that I couldn't rent the car with a certain card that I previously rented with at the same location. I told him to show me the email that stated he couldn't rent with the card. He spent 20 minutes looking for a email that was non existent. I had a reservation made for the car through my insurance company close to a week prior, I arrived to picked up the vehicle and still had to wait almost an hour because they didn't have a car available, the person checking me in for the reservation failed to mention that, she told me it would be, "a few minutes because it was two other customers ahead of me" , but really a car had to be bought from another location, when the vehicle finally arrived, the car was on 64 miles til empty another inconvenience, so I had to stop and put gas in the car when I'm sure the person who bought it over passed by a gas station or two. Also, the car wasn't cleaned properly, it had stuck on sauce stains on the visors, which I wiped cleaned and the car smelled horrible, it smelled like nasty cats and had a stale stench, thank God I had no where to go, the car was parked the entire time due to me not being able to tolerate the smell. I have been renting a car for the past 6 months from this location. During the holidays I misplaced my credit card that was on file and needed to cancel it and have a new one issued. I gave my temporary card number to the agent. I forgot to update my account with the permanent card number. So when it was time for the next payment, the card was declined. Your manager tried calling my cell phone throughout the day, but I was working and was not able to answer the phone. As a side note, my business is 4 doors down from this rental location. She then sent an extremely rude and terrible text message demanding the return of the car and that they were going to contact authorities. Immediately after sending the text she finally called my receptionist and gave me the message. I don't know why she didn't do that part first when I wasn't answering the phone. So I went in and dropped off the car and gave my new card information to pay the for the last week of my rental. Then I contacted the regional manager Nicole and left 3 messages. She never returned my call. The new manager that is running this place is terrible. Bring back, Ashley. She was kind and was great with the customers. Never had any issues. read more

Wow. Customer service to the max! When your car starts randomly leaking coolant on the freeway it's never a good thing, especially when your engine starts overheating. I was luckily able to park at a safe location and get my car towed to the car shop, but now I was left without a car to drive to work. I had used Enterprise in the past and decided to go with them again while my car was being repaired. Booking online was easy and I got a confirmation e-mail shortly after I made my reservation. When I got to the Enterprise office I received excellent service from David the branch manager who was very personable and thorough. The car itself had a shiny spotless exterior and was sparkling clean on the inside. Returning the car was easy as well. There is a Fastgas station in this shopping plaza which makes it easy to replenish the fuel that you've used up while driving. The associate here was extremely courteous and I had no problems with check out. While I didn't use this service for my latest rental, Enterprise does have offer pick up and drop off to or from any local location (Up to around 2 miles away). I don't have a lot of experience with rental cars so I don't know if this is a typical service but I appreciate that they have it here! After being rear-ended on the hwy and having my truck towed to a shop, I needed a rental car. State Farm referred me here and after setting everything up for me, an associate, Evan, came to pick me up at my house so I could get my loaner. I visited their office 3 times during my truck's stay in the shop. First to get the car, 2nd to cancel the voluntary insurance I'd gotten for the first day of driving a new vehicle and the 3rd to return the car. Every time, Evan was super kind and efficient. I'd definitely rent from Enterprise again, and hopefully this location. Maybe next time I'll get a car just for fun! See ya there! read more

Where is the negative star rating? I have been renting vehicles from enterprise all over the country for over 20 years and this location has been my worst experience ever. Paige the branch manger called me, texted, emailed, had the regional manager call and text me; them she Facebook messaged me also, all in the span of 8 yrs. My phone is off limits while I am at work so I was in able to respond to any of her forms of communication plus I didn't get any of them until I was off work. Not even going to bring up all the times that I spoke to other employees of this branch. However the thought of harassment floods my mind constantly. We had the rental car due to a car accident, we had some issues with our insurance, needless to say this was just the icing on the cake. Now we need to go rent another vehicle so the wife has a way to get around for another 3 days until she gets her van from the body shop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! read more

Awful experience. Had to use this establishment because Chapman Chevrolet uses them for "loaner cars" while one of our cars was getting warranty work done. Took an hour. Tried to force us to take the smallest cheapest car in their fleet. Made ME call to get an approval from Chapman to get them to pay upgrade charge (which they immediately did) as we have 2 very high end chevy cars. Paige the "manager" was awful. Very short and rude. I'll never go back there except to return their vehicle as long as she's there. Least it wasn't just us. Rented a 2016 Nissan Sentra. Car smelled terrible of smoke, and had white dog hair all over the back seat. Car developed a 2 inch stress crack in the windshield due to temperature change and I was held responsible when this was environmental. Management at this location is not willing to work with customers at all. I paid the damage over the phone with credit card and it was never relayed to the damage center, so now collections are coming my way with more fees. I am totally unsatisfied all around. So, apparently the reason they charge you $35 to if you return the car to a different location is because we had the 3-day special. The 3-day special has lots of restrictions. We had to pay $6 per day for an extra driver, plus gas. So, the initial quote of $65, tax included for 3 days, for an economy vehicle was far from right. We ended up paying $106, taxes and gas included without returning it to a different location. Get the 3-day special only if one person is driving, and you are returning it to the same location. Anything else and you end up paying double the quote. read more

I have rented from this branch numerous times in the past and they have been great. Today I wanted to rent a car for the weekend and when i called the central reservation, they said that this branch has the weekend rate. I just called this local office, and Rachel could not be more non-caring. she felt out said that they do not offer weekend rates and when i asked i i could rent a car fore the weekend, she said that the are only open for ten more minutes and she is going to transfer me to one of her co-workres. I specifically asked her if she is going to transfer me to a co-worker or ventral reservation and she said that she will be transferring me to a co-worker in their local office, well, that was a lie. She transferred me to central reservation and when i called the office back, she would not pick up. Really? If you are so unmotivated to be there, then do everyone a favor and quit and go do something else. How can someone like that have a job in customer service? I have rented several times from this Enterprise. I rent cars semi-frequently and from other carriers as well. One of the employees was exceptional and I thought it would be worth recognizing. Tristan handled the transaction perfectly. He was helpful, communicated thoroughly, and could not have handled this transaction better. As we were getting in the truck we rented, he noticed the tire pressure sensor was on. We were okay waiting a few minutes to have it looked at and he was quick to get it checked. He bought us coffee from the coffee shop next door during the extra wait. He later retrieved us from the coffee shop next door when the truck was ready. I don't think I have received better customer service as far back as I can remember. His effort seemed unwarranted, as I made no issue with any of it and was totally fine with waiting. He pushed to make the entire experience pleasant just the same. I appreciate the added effort and I am writing this review a week later because I still remember his efforts. read more
