Everyone was nice, and my nails didn't come out bad, but I was very disappointed with the pricing and overall value. I went in for a fill and a gel pedicure with glitter on both my toes and nails. I asked for a soft ombré look, and while I didn't mind how he did it, I do mind being charged $15 for a "design" when all that was done was simple glitter polish halfway up my nails. No special ombré technique or tools were used -- he literally just polished halfway up the nail. What really upset me were all the extra charges. I was charged for long nails even though I only got a fill and barely needed one. I honestly don't understand how there's a long nail charge when the work is only being done near the cuticle area. To make matters worse, it has been exactly one week and one of my nails has already broken. I ended up paying $99 total for a fill and pedicure. Meanwhile, I recently paid $108 at another salon in Lake Elsinore for a full set and pedicure, and that included an actual design on all 10 nails. The pricing here honestly just did not make sense for the amount of work done. I usually tip well and really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately I will not be returning.

My daughter and I got pedicures and she got a manicure. They have complimentary drinks and great customer service. The only thing I'd wish is for them to have a kids chair because my daughter had a hard time reaching the foot spa in an adult chair. This is my new favorite place I would highly recommend them! As I waited to be seem, I posted a story on ig and immediately got negative responses regarding the quality of their work. My appt started. Vee was my tech. I told her, "I don't like long and skinny, I like wide at the bottom and pointed on top". I also mentioned, I don't want thick bulky 1st picture was the shape I wanted and the 2nd was the style/color. I thought this was going to be straightforward and achievable. Right away I was informed I had to get a new full set if I wanted to do ombré'. I agreed even though I only needed a fill. She began the 1st set. They were thin, skinny, and narrow. She had to take them off and start all over. Second set wasn't much of a difference. I showed her the 1st picture again. She couldn't file the shape. Christy the manager had to come and take over. I was trying to make small talk with Christy, but it was apparent that she was bothered as she ignored me. She was rushing and was rough. Meanwhile, her client patiently waited and was friendly. Christy got closer than Vee, but the encounter was uncomfortable Christy asked if I liked them and I responded replied "it's better". I told her I liked her clients shape. Some of my nails came out close to what I wanted .The 3rd picture is what I ended up with. As I paid, the receptionist Candace who approachable and welcoming asked if I liked them and I said I wasn't happy but they tried. I was honest and thought they would make it right being it was my 1st visit. I responded to everyone asking how they did. I was advised to call and talk to Christy. They saw what I saw. I called back today and Christy declined to fix them. She said I told her I loved them. I never said I loved them. Anyone who knows me know I am honest about what I like. Color was off, nails are different shapes and sizes, and the professionalism/quality was not there. I really wanted to support a business in Lake Elsinore, but this is not the place. UPDATE: RESPONSE TO OWNER I called you prior to posting a review. I gave you the opportunity to hear my concerns. You said you would not make any changes to my nails. I had to pay another salon to get them fixed after asking you if you could fix them. Not the way to treat a new local customer.

It was the worse gel manicure of my life, I had politely asked him to remove it. Instead of a soak off he began removing the gel with a drill bit. I told him that my nails were going to be thinned out too much. I requested a soak off 3 times and he finally partially fill it and then continued to file the top of my nails again. I had to pay $20 at the end for this. Mind you I left without cuticles and my nail beds extremely thin. It was such a disappointment overall.
