Shahar and Jacob originally came out to clean our lint trap for our dryer. We were so impressed with their work and professionalism that we hired them again to clean all of our air ducts and service our furnace! They were professional and efficient, kind and courteous, explained everything they were doing in detail, showed us before and after photos of their work (that was a lot of dust and debris!), and left the house clean and put everything back in order. They were very transparent about the costs (when we scheduled the appointments and again when they arrive to do the work) and asked for permission before adding any other services. I was quoted a price with unlimited vent cleaning. When they showed up, they said that there were 2 vents that weren't included that would be $200 each, in addition to the $474 that they quoted me. I called the office, all they would do is lower the two additional vents to $125 each, I declined. They also said that they give before and after pictures/video. They have yet to do that, even after I called. The work was done with a shop vac and what looked like a chimney sweep. I could have done it myself. The work they performed was worth about $200 in my eyes. I wouldnt use them again. read more

Well I had a big issue of too much dust in my house for a long time, I never thought it could be from the ducts and furnace ( which makes sense now) so I decided to get them cleaned. I did my research like usual and decided to call these guys. They did a very good job and they showed me step by step what they cleaned and what was inside the vents and the furnace. I was shocked! Warning - they are 2-3 weeks backlogged even in sales calls for heating solutions. That is before they order parts and schedule an install. So if you are looking for heating solution and cannot wait months, you may want to check other sources. Nice customer service tho. read more

I called Envirosmart to get a quote for three projects. #1 Remove and replace rat damaged insulation in our crawl space #2 Identify rat access points and block them #3 Clean air ducts and dryer vent The quote was reasonable, and they offered to throw in the air duct cleaning for free. Danny was polite and good at his job when he arrived at my house to perform the work. Unfortunately, the new insulation had a bad smell from day one. Within a few weeks, the rats had returned. When I called the owner of Envirosmart, he said there was nothing he could do about the return of the rats to the crawl space since this was not included in the contract. After begging him to assist, he agreed to send Danny back to help. Danny returned to my house and said that it sometimes takes two or three visits to identify and block all the rat access points. Danny did some additional work and provided me with his direct phone number in case there were any more issues. There were no rats for a few months after Danny's second visit, and then the rats returned again. My advice to Envirosmart customers is to make sure your quote includes high quality (not foul smelling) insulation material, and ask to view a sample of the insulation material. Also, hire a professional rodent exterminator first before hiring Envirosmart to replace rat damaged insulation. read more

Daniel did a great job to figure out my problem of adding duct work for my bathroom and kitchen fans to exhaust to the outside of my condo unit. I had a difficult situation of needing over 20 feet of 6 inch and 8 inch ducting. There was lots of drain lines in the ceiling to maneuver over and Daniel stayed persistent to complete the job which took longer than we thought. I am converting a shed into a workroom and it needed insulating. Andrew came out promptly to asses the scope of the work. He took pictures and measurements and had knowledge and suggestions. I had been gathering estimates from several companies in the area that could do the work. The estimate was one of the least expensive but not rock bottom. What made a difference to me was the commitment to what was, after all, a rather minor project. Accepted the bid, made the downpayment and an appointment for the work to be done. The work crew arrived with everything needed, surveyed the worksite, set up equipment and proceeded to complete the job. My soon-to-be shop is now completely insulated and ready for me to move on to the next step. This entire process, from estimate through completion was timely, professional, well planned and completely satisfactory. I hired them for a quick dryer vent clean-out (which was super smooth), but when he asked if there was anything else I'd like him to look at while he was on site - I had him take a look at the vent for the bathroom fan since it seemed like it wasn't working well. Envirosmart was on time, professional, clean and courteous. I have an older house so they ran into some unforeseen problems gaining access to parts of my attic. Their project manager met with me proposed a solution that took an extra trip equipment and crew. They did get my entire attic insulated without any additional charges for the extra trip. I am giving them 4 stars because a few packing boxes were left behind so their post work cleanup was not at an excellent level. Overall I would recommend and reuse them for insulating jobs. read more

I hired Envirosmart to clean my dryer vent. The company communicates quickly and kept me up to date on a change they needed to make. Nathan, the technician, called me 30 minutes before arriving. He wore a mask and was polite and professional. He cleaned the vent from the outside (they don't clean it from inside the dryer; you have to do that). My home/dryer are just under 3 years old, so there wasn't a tremendous amount of lint to remove. I paid $140; he was here for about 15 minutes. Nathan gave me a brochure regarding their annual maintenance packages, which would lower the cost to $100. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to others. read more
