Driving up to the property, we were like... oh boy, living in the Chicago land region the industrial areas are typically not the best places to be at night. I was a bit concerned about my rental car's safety as well as the appeal on the exterior but it was different world interior wise. I would recommend snagging a room via a third party app like Priceline or Expedia as we got a decent rate. Everything was up to mark in terms of cleanliness and comfort

I accidentally booked this while In Boston on my way to Encore. I called immediately that evening but couldn't contact anyone. I called the following day and they denied a refund. I'm absolutely pissed off that they have no empathy for a mistake. It's clear it was a mistake as I booked it at 11pm and never showed up for the booking. Bad customer Serivice. Will not recommend or ever visit and will continue to send this review.

Stayed here for 2 nights for business. Boston hotels can be notoriously expensive, so I found this place at a relatively good rate. It was about a 15 minute drive northwest from the airport. They offer free parking, free WIFI, but no free breakfast. They do have a small café/bar that offers basic foods for sale, and they have an overpriced snack bar. Pros: New hotel. Built 2 years ago. Really cool décor and interior. Comfortable, clean room. 1 HBO channel on a new, mounted TV. Fast, reliable WIFI. Bigelow brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Clean, spacious gym. Pull up bar, free weights up to 50 lbs. Excellent service. Gentleman who checked me in was friendly, efficient, and offered me free water bottles. Cons: In a noisy area. I could hear airplanes fly over and construction and cars outside. Room is rather smaller than what I am accustomed to. Didn't feel crammed, but wasn't entirely comfortable. Not in a great area. Gets pretty busy during rush hour. Took about 45 minutes to get into downtown during morning rush.

Hotel is updated and nice! The staff is LAZY. They are just there to pass time by. One of the night shift workers sat on her phone for 2 min before asking if she could help me. I asked for recommendations on their food items, she was a little helpful. I asked her would the shuttle be able to take me to up the street because it was dark and I didnt want to walk alone. She said no its right there and continued to watch a video on her phone. She was so nonchalant and short, which was very annoying. I would have gave it 5 stars but the employees from check in to check out were unpleasant I just expected a willingness to help since our company has a contract with them. Very disappointed with customer service. The rooms are nice. They have a rusted look. Very clean and stocked. I would recommend staying here just interact with employees as little as possible morale is at a all time low. They dont want to be there and it shows

We Love to stay here, the hotel has better and bigger room compared to the one in the 81 S. Huntington AVE. Bathroom is bright and clean. The room has a feeling of modern and rustic feeling when I got in. The front desk is very helpful, thank you! I will definitely let all my friends know to stay at this premises.

God, I love this place! I wish I had more photos to share. Staff: super friendly, not just with the guests but with each other. You can tell they love what they're doing and they adore their coworkers. Setting: Beautifully-appointed. Modern but traditional and rustic with great finishes like Edison bulb sconces, antique sewing machines atop iron-pipe shelves, and old Singer sewing tables as vanities in the rooms. Amenities: The meeting room is bright, airy and modern. Didn't spend time in there myself, aside from snooping/exploring. There's a giant scrabble board in the lobby just begging to be played with, and Against The Grain coffee shop serves Caribou Coffee. It was seriously one of the best drinks I've had in a while! Accessibility: Handicap bathroom on first floor is one of the best I've seen, with great chair or scooter maneuverability, appropriate safety & ADA features, and a sink in the stall. The hotel also features rooms with a roll-in shower, as well as standard broad walk-in shower stalls. Pet-friendly: this was crucial as we needed a place to stay while our floors were being refinished, and we couldn't leave our cats at home. Zero problems. Location: There's a busy street out front, but we never heard noise from traffic. There are restaurants nearby including fast food, casual dining, and myriad cuisine styles. For necessities, there's a Target about a mile away, as well as Old Navy, a 24-hour CVS, and - maybe most importantly for New Englanders - two Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru locations within line of sight of the hotel. Basically, I'm smitten with this hotel. In fact, some of the photos I'm sharing on here were taken because I want to incorporate them into the design of our own home. We will recommend this hotel to any out-of-town guests who come to visit us, and if we need to be out of our house again while staying local, this will absolutely be our go-to spot.

Had a wonderful stay at Envision Hotels in Boston-Everett. I wasn't sure what to expect coming into the area reading all the horrible reviews for other hotels in downtown Boston area. I was trying to save some money while going to the big game (Yale vs. Harvard go Bulldogs!!) at Fenway, but I didn't want to go too inexpensive because you get what you pay for. All the Hilton's, Mariott's, Omni, etc. were booked or extremely too pricey. Our family decided to go with Envision part of the Hotel Choice group, which I don't typically frequent. The roll of the dice paid off!! The hotel was extremely pleasant and Very Clean!! There was no free breakfast or pool, but there was a bar with menu options as well as a nice place to eat and/or socialize (we sat talked and played cards). It was very tranquil, yet friendly enough for my family to sit and play cards and not feel uncomfortable. My room was nice and clean. I would absolutely stay here again. It's not exactly in the epicenter of downtown, but close enough with Uber or Lyft. I didn't take any public transportation, but I'm sure there's a way. Dunkin' Donuts (extremely friendly) and Popeyes are within walking distance. I didn't get pictures of our room because we never kept it nice enough to show the world LOL. I did take pictures of the rest of the facility. Special shout out to the Phenomenal Staff who also made this trip Amazing Nehemie and Saad were so VERY pleasant and accommodating. Nehemie worked the food area among other things and was so Sweet and helpful. Saad worked the front desk among other things and made sure we got the extra amenities we needed as well as being extremely informative. There were other staff that helped and were pleasant (just didn't get the names). It's people like Nehemie and Saad that make hotel establishments GREAT! I wish they could travel with us to every hotel we ever go to... they were that nice!!

I scored a stay at this hotel through Expedia. The rooms were decorated so cute! We stayed in a double queen bed room with another couple, and the room had a good amount of space for everyone and their belongings. We slept great, and the air conditioning doubled as a white noise machine. The next morning, we pulled a large upholstered bench that was in front of one of the beds up against a desk that was in the room, so that we could both sit at the desk to do our makeup at this makeshift vanity table. I just love staying at places that are decorated in such a classy manner. Breakfast was not included with our stay, but there was a plethora of choices for us close by. I would definitely stay here again!

4/5 stars! Had to…read morecome to Boston for a quick fast business trip last minute, my local friends suggested to stay here since you can walk from the airport and back. Usually I don't like Airport hotels since the loud noise of planes taking off and landing right outside always bothered the hell out of me as I'm a light sleeper. But for some reason this hotel was not noisy at all. I did not hear the usually obnoxious planes taking off or landing as I usually do staying at an airport hotel. In fact it was rather quiet. They also upgraded me to a nice scenic water view of the bay in the corner so maybe thats another reason why it was so quiet? The only reason why this was not a 5/5 is because as many pointed out this hotel is rather expensive in price. Had it been a bit more competitive in price I could probably give it a 5/5 stars but it was like almost $300 for just one night! But also in all fairness, I think the FIFA games were in town so that probably drove up the cost of the prices. Also another weird thing was soon as I checked in I had to run up to my room and change for my meetings as my driver was already waiting for me outside to take me to my meetings. But as soon as I checked in some Indian looking lady comes right up to me from behind and she was like trying to sell me something as if they do for Time Share Hilton Grand Vacation Properties? I was like WTF? Is this a time share property too? I shut her down saying I have NO TIME to even talk to you right now and just ran up to my room. But god knows what she was trying to sell me in the lobby had I let her do her sales pitch to me right? This hotel comes with $18 credit if you are HH GOLD so I used the $18 to buy a few water bottles, and OJ, in the lobby. The small convenience store next to the front desk opens at 12AM midnight which is odd right? There were a number of guests trying to buy some water or soda and the front desk kept saying sorry its closed until 12am??? So I finished all my meetings and came back and it was midnight so I was able to buy those water bottles since it was midnight. But again just odd that it's not open until midnight right? The hotel itself is actually directly connected to the airport. So if you go to the 2nd floor you can walk right into the actual airport which was incredibly convenient as you can imagine. I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel thats literally directly connected to the airport like this!

The location remains excellent, and the bar is still one of the hotel's best features. Unfortunately, the rest of my recent experience fell well below the standard I remember. The shuttle service is one of the biggest issues. During my stay, I watched multiple Hyatt shuttles come and go while I continued waiting for the Embassy Suites shuttle. The scheduling and reliability could definitely use improvement, especially for guests who rely on it to get to and from the airport. Customer service over the phone also needs attention. Calls often go unanswered for an extended period, and instead of a staff member greeting you or asking if you can hold, you're simply placed into a waiting queue. A small courtesy, such as acknowledging the caller before placing them on hold, would make a much better impression. The hotel itself is also showing its age and would greatly benefit from a comprehensive renovation. The property has a lot of potential because of its location, but the facilities no longer reflect the quality many guests expect. I'm not writing this to criticize for the sake of criticizing. I'm sharing honest feedback in the hope that management will address these issues. I've enjoyed staying here for years and would like to see the hotel return to the level of service and quality it once offered.

And that's perfectly fine. For what it is, it absolutely nails it. We booked it for one simple reason, proximity to Logan International Airport, and the free shuttle sealed the deal. When you've got an early flight, convenience stops being a luxury and becomes the whole game. This place delivers on that front without making it complicated. Check-in was smooth, staff were friendly and easygoing, no attitude, no friction. The room was clean, well-kept, and had a small kitchenette. We didn't use it, this was a quick overnight, grab a bite and get some sleep kind of trip--but it's a nice option if you're staying longer. The bed was comfortable, which is really all you want at the end of a travel day. There's also a complimentary breakfast, which is always a welcome bonus when you're trying to get out the door early without overthinking it. Now, I've seen some complaints about street noise. I get it, the hotel sits near a busy area, and from our room on the fourth floor overlooking the Chelsea Street Bridge, there was definitely traffic. But for me? Not even remotely an issue. I spent two decades living in Boston through college, med school, residency, fellowship, the whole grind. Street noise at this point is basically white noise. If anything, it helped me sleep. At the end of the day, actually, scratch that, bottom line: this place gives you a lot for what you pay. Clean, convenient, comfortable, and practical. If you're flying out of Logan and want something reliable without spending luxury hotel money, this is one of the best options around.

That time due to everything going on in the world with minimal travel we enjoyed a cheap rate for an entire weekend with probably the best view offered for the hotel of TD Garden as well as the Leonard P. Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge. Which I know it's just a bridge but it was a nice sight for an in-city view. This most recent stay was due to a concert at TD Garden my wife and I were in town for. Which I will say if you are looking for a place to stay for an event at TD Garden, good luck finding a better option than here! Check in staff and valet workers were friendly and greeted us with a smile. Rates were very reasonable for end of summer and with a concert so close. Room was smaller this stay around and our view was more of just a building with a small glance of TD Garden if you looked to the side. Overall a very clean room and still a good amount of space. Can not think of any complaints for our stay and would stay here again. They offer valet parking and anytime we needed the car it was quick to get it back. Inside the lobby/first floor they have plenty of seating and what they dub "The Bistro" that offers breakfast, dinner, and full bar and I believe Starbucks drinks too. Location wise it is quite ideal, obviously if your activities/work is in this area of Boston. Besides TD Garden it is also close to North station along with plenty of food and drink options. Personally for a morning coffee or matcha I say check out Blank Street Coffee, then food wise I would say take a quick walk to the North End or closer try Tavern In The Square. Definitely a hotel worth looking into while visiting Boston!

How does someone at a hotel make you feel that? This review reflects my personal experience and opinions regarding a recent job interview process involving Raquel. I am currently going through one of the most difficult periods of my life after the death of my mother in November. The grief is still crushing me every single day. During my interaction with Raquel about a job opportunity, I was visibly upset and crying. She harshly turned me away. She told me I would be given another opportunity TO MY CRYING FACE and that a follow-up interview would be scheduled. That follow-up never happened. I felt completely dismissed and unsupported while I was literally crying in front of her. As someone grieving the loss of a parent, I expected basic human decency and honesty. Instead, I walked away feeling ignored and betrayed during one of the worst times in my life. What hurt the most wasn't just losing the opportunity -- it was believing I would actually be contacted again, only to be completely ghosted. My impression is that my situation wasn't taken seriously at all. It felt like she lied to my face while I was crying. AND THEN LONG AFTER I posted about this experience (WEEKS!) I was FALSELY accused of harassing Raquel. That accusation is unfair and false. I never contacted her personally and had no intention of doing so. I was simply sharing what happened to me. Not to mention, I ceased contact with her LONG beforehand. I will never recommend anyone work with her.
