Approached the order taker and he was very nice and apologized for the wait. Another 5 mins passed by I went up and asked them to cancel my order and asked to speak to the manager. So my husband and I came here for dinner, on Thursday 3/28. We ordered the bone in wing double meal. We had our food and ate it there. While eating we see a promo for fries and a drink when you order a double meal. The cashier did not mention any promo they had nor did we know about it prior to ordering. I forgot to order a drink so I went to order a drink. I mentioned to the person working the cashier (who was different from earlier) That I just purchased a double meal and was not aware of any promo, nor did the cashier at the time offer it. I kindly asked if he can honor the fact that I just ordered one and still offer the promo fries and drink. He said the cashier should've offered it, I said she didn't. He said well she should've and began to charge me for the drink. I thought he could've handled this situation a little better and was disappointed in this visit. SMH. read more

We ordered on line and checked to make sure we didn't miss this. Well, despite it being clearly marked EXTRA WELL DONE PLEASE! we still got soggy floppy wings. I wouldn't normally complain about something so petty but it's just sad that this place used to be so good and has gotten to be that place that we would rather just forget about.
