The space is huge and tables are wide and comfortable. The ingredients buffet table is spacious so that people flow and are not crowding. There's ample parking outside. Hot pot is one type of Chinese cuisine and the soup base is extremely important. Tonight we are very happy to find a good hotpot place here in Dublin, Ohio. We ordered the Herbal Tonic, Pork Neckbone and Spicy Malatang soup and they all tasted very delicious and well seasoned. There's a lot of ingredients for hot and BBQ alike. Am surprised to see abalone and crab too, huge prawns in a skewer. Wish I had a second stomach to try all of them.

The service for this place was pretty good. The food for the most part was good! I got a lot of their blue crab to cook in the hotpot. It also comes with AYCE Korean bbq on top of hot pot. It comes with ice cream. I will definitely be back.

ER-GE Buffet is the hot pot/bbq place that took over the former PJ Hot Pot & BBQ place before. We did the hot pot and bbq AYCE for $31.99pp. It was so worth it. It's all inclusive - hot pot veggies and freeze dried meats (alas no tofu), beef/chicken/pork/shrimp/fish for bbq, hot dishes and cold dishes, hot and sour soup, rice, skewers of meats, and ice cream cups. Drinks include sodas, sparkling waters, and fruit tea all included. Fruit and desserts too. My wife, daughter and I feasted. Service was attentive and often to clear our plates and refill our drinks. Ambiance is still the same as the old PJ's and it's clean. They have robots that bring dishes to your table. For a $100 meal, big thumbs up from our family. We got value for our money (and you can't always say that about other restaurants).

This place blew me away! I've been to a lot of hot pot places globally and I'm legitimately impressed by this new restaurant in Columbus. First of all, the weekday lunch price of $23 is unheard of. This includes AYCE hot pot, BBQ, cooked to order skewers, and the hot food buffet. There is also unlimited white rice, fried rice, milk tea, green tea, and ice cream. Everything was delicious, especially the skewers, which you select from the fridge display and the wait staff will take it to the back to season and cook. Then it is delivered back to your table by robot. The inside is huge and clean, and the ventilation is better than other KBBQ restaurants I've been to. Dying to go back already!

Best hot pot and BBQ place in Columbus, hands down. Hot pot and BBQ are automatically part of the deal; they aren't requested separately. The produce sections are exceptionally fresh. One of the largest varieties of produce and raw meats I've seen in years. They have a cooked food station also, and free bubble tea and ice cream as part of the deal. Highly recommend.

Minor update based on our visit on 9/24: Removed: - Snow crab legs (none on our visit + another noted their absence on a recent google review) - Self Serve sparking water/tea fridge, you must now order from your waiter if you want these (there is no menu) - QR code to order soup doesn't seem to be a thing anymore Added: More signage about fees/restrictions - $2-3 fee for ice cream / drinks taken out of restaurant - $2 per uneaten/wasted skewers over 3 - $12.xx/lb wasted food - 2 hr limit (they are counting seconds based on my previous visit/review and will remind/pressure you to leave) Overall things on the decline compared to their opening, which dulls the edge they have over similar spots in the area- still could be worth it if you prefer the buffet style and/or always do kbbq+hotpot combo.

Really enjoy the food which was fairly fresh and constantly stocked on a Sunday (around 4pm). They provide an option for hotpot but will start the grill too so you can grab whatever food you want. Milk tea and fruit tea is included in your cost as well. So overall, while it feels expensive initially, it's arguably a better deal then other places that charge you for extra for the grill and hot pot duo and for drinks as well. Parking is easy to find as well. Already ready to go back.

We went for lunch today, didn't have insanely high expectations as I noticed that the location is fairly new, but wow! The lunch price is nice considering that you get both hot pot and grill at no extra charge for both (whereas some places charge for both). We were nervous about the hot pot as grill can already be a lot of food, and they do charge for leaving a certain amount leftover or uneaten (up to 12.99 per lb!). We got the Japanese Miso soup base and as it was our first time, we just added some basic meat and veggies from the cold bar options. They have a pretty extensive selection of vegetables and meats, which is lovely! Not to mention the grill's selection as well. This is slightly less than you'd get at other all you can eat locations, but it's still a good basic selection. They also have skewers with vegetables and meats that you can cook either in the hot pot or on the grill. What's more, they have a section with premade entrees (orange chicken, garlic green beans, spring rolls, etc) you can grab as well. There is a station for frozen meat for the hot pot, which is next to rice and soup as well. The self-serve mode is excellent for controlling the portions to your liking, and they have a self-serve sauce bar as well. This was my second time ever getting to use one of these and they had a great selection of fresh ingredients. Next to that is a self-serve drink station with milk tea and fruit tea (the fruit tea is a nice citrus mix that's delicious with the grilled meat). They also have fountain drinks you can order. Just overall really great options! The restaurant itself has a nice open layout with wide walkways and plenty of space inside, so you don't have to worry about it being cramped. Our server was nice but seemed a little standoff-ish, though I preferred being left to figure it out myself so that was no issue for me. Overall, it was a really fun experience and I'd love to come back! As a bonus, they offer mouthwash in the bathroom :)

I would say this is probably the best hotpot & Korean bbq buffet in the town so far. It's one price $31.99 all day on the weekend. It includes hotpot, Korean bbq and soft drinks. There are 6 bars of food including cooked food. There's also skewers that they cook for you and finish with mala seasoning. Service was good. It's not so smoky like other Korean bbq. It's great and recommend to try.

Omg this is so amazing!! This is such a great concept having all you can eat hotpot kbbq and skewers. The food is all so flavorful and delicious and the service is so efficient. Even the drinks are included with the price like I cannot think of any other place that does this. And the decor, omg it is so beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

Wow! Combo hot pot AND KBBQ? I am in heaven! This AYCE has all of the best items and everything I never expected. Don't plan on eating anything else all day!

It was not crowded when we arrived around 2 pm, but apparently they just recovered from a huge opening rush that had people waiting to be seated. On one side of the restaurant there's hot pot tables (burner in the middle for your broth), and the other side is regular wooden table for people that want regular dishes and/or dim sum only. We got seated right away at a hot pot table because we wanted to get stuff from both menus. There daily dim sum offering is on a separate paper menu that you mark down how many servings you want of whatever tickles your fancy. Our server Kwan was fantastic! This was my parents first time for hot pot, and he did a great job explaining the process, what the sauce bar was all about, and how to order from their dim sum menu. We picked their mushroom broth, which I liked. For protein, we got the Supreme Beef & Lamb Combo for hot pot. Meats were displayed on a separate board (beef on one end, lamb opposite). Loved the assortment of veggies that come along; also liked that those veggies are served separately from the meat so it makes it easier to pick and choose what you want to eat. It was a super fun experience. I've done hot pot one other time many years ago, and I would make the same one suggestion for here, too: Wish there were dividers given to put in the broth to make it easier to ascertain which items are yours after dropping them in the liquid; it's hard to keep an eye on your very-thin beef shaves because it sinks before floating and easily gets pushed and mixed around. The dim sum was absolutely delicious! I got a few of the same things I got on my last (1st) visit, and shared a few new dishes. Their Black Truffle Siu Mai were excellent! Fantastic mushroom flavor, and each were big and filling. I highly recommend those, mmmm. Also loved the Crispy Minced Pork Dumplings! A thin fried outside around a bao-like wrapping, with minced pork and I think Kwan said mushrooms. I think Coco's is a new favorite. Their menus are full with a lot of flavors and dishes to pick from. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. There's plenty of free parking, and in my experiences, staff are friendly helpful and efficient. I'll definitely be returning to try more!

The service is, well, a little disorganized; friendly, but perhaps with some confusion from the language barrier. And I think they mostly do carry out and don't have too many dine-ins. Very interesting menu, loads of things I wanted to try. I went with one almost at random. "Sauerkraut braised beef sirloin noodles with soup." It's not sauerkraut, it's bok choy and vegetables, not fermented. And the beef is mostly beef tripe. Very tender, but still, of course, a little chewy. Excellent broth, excellent noodles, loads of veggies. Huge, steaming, fragrant bowl. I wish I could've captured the scent in addition to the photos. So good. Involuntary moans. It was so big I couldn't finish it, and I came in hungry. Price was reasonable for quality and quantity. I will definitely be back to try other things.

The portion size was massive, possibly the biggest bowl of soup I've had in Columbus, and it was absolutely full of the ingredients I chose (lamb, lotus root, crown daisy, enoki mushrooms, two kinds of tofu, bean noodles). I chose the 'regular spicy' option but didn't find it spicy at all. The employees were happy to bring out a huge bowl of good quality chili oil for me to add, and it really made the dish. To be honest, I probably wont get malatang here again since it's so expensive, I'll wait for a restaurant that specializes only in malatang (I'll be on the lookout in NYC and Tokyo soon). But, I'm very interested in coming back to try their other dishes, since this one was such high quality. Bathroom was a bit shabby but the food is good enough that that doesn't matter.
