I submitted an online request for a quote and the next day Mike emailed me requesting pictures of what our project wanted to include. Originally we just wanted to pull out our front yard plants and redo just the front but there is a $5000 project minimum. After deciding to redo our turf and also include our backyard, Mike came out the next week for a free in person consultation and got me a detailed quote within 2 days. The turnaround time for everything was just amazing, I've never seen anything like it. Our lot is about 3615 sq ft to give a reference point. Our project included: all the labor to demolish/uproot all of our plants including a very large 20 year old tree in the backyard + all the roots (completed in 2-3 days), redid our front and backyard turf (completed in 2 days by Backyard Golf Company), added a veneer stone and cap on our retaining wall (1 week) and replanted all our plants/installed a drip sprinkler system/installed lighting front and backyard (1 week). We have an HOA and Mike had a complete detailed plan and diagram ready for us within 3-5 days. Once HOA got back to us, the project was started within a week and finished in the estimated time frame. Workers came promptly at 8 AM and they were actively working all day not just sitting around. Very respectful, even blowing all the dust at the end of the day to keep the area clean, no garbage left anywhere. The entire project was $30,000 and there weren't any surprise or unexpected costs. Invoices are sent every week on a reasonable schedule and I just loved our experience. I'd recommend Seabreeze to anyone wanting to do their hardscape landscaping in a heartbeat!

Jake and his crew completed a rather large project on our new construction home that took…read moreapproximately 10 months (pool , spa, firepit, outdoor kitchen, custom pergola, front, back and side yards, water features, landscaping, etc...etc.., but it was well worth the time and cost. We purchased a home in a new development, so we vetted many different companies to build all the features we wanted on an empty canvas (ie: dirt lot). Our budget was around $290-$360k. We got around 6 bids, which we narrowed down to 3. Out of the 3, Jake gave us the most confidence in his knowledge and eye for details. We visited some of his previous projects and were thoroughly impressed. A lot of our neighbors used competitors that were cheaper, but when we saw their completed projects, you could see a lot of corners that were cut and the shoddy quality. Some look down right terrible. The majority were unhappy with the work provided by those companies. The crews were constantly changing on the same projects (subbed out to 3rd party) and there was no post-completion support. I know that there have been lawsuits filed on some of the projects. Our home, on the otherhand, has been the highlight of our neighborhood and we have people constantly taking pictures and asking for details on Jake. Not just because of the design itself, but also because of his hardworking crew. We've been beyond happy with Jake and his team and love showing off our new outdoor space. Echo was at the top end of our budget, but the quality is A+++ and 100% worth it. He didn't cut any corners and his crew pulled 10-12 hour days, 6 days a week, for 10 months. Best thing is that Jake personally checked the quality of the work on a regular basis. If anything was off by a tiny bit, Jake redid it to make it perfect. I consider myself to be detail oriented, almost to the point of being unbearable, but I never had to worry about the work being done because of the QC by Jake. This in itself was worth it. The crew was consistently the same people and HIGHLY skilled. Some of the best work I'd seen. Ricardo was our project lead and so talented and friendly. All the team was very respectful and thoughtful. They cleaned up after every day and never blasted music or talked loudly or cursed. (Which was very important to me because my neighbor and I work from home). They were kind to my wife, kids, and neighbors as well. My parents also hired Echo to fix various issues around their yard and pool and had the same experiences we did with very proficient and highly skilled crew members that worked hard. Also, the small issues we had after completion were addressed immediately. Most contractors rarely come back after you've finished paying them, but Jake really values his clients and takes pride in making sure they're taken care of before, during, and most importantly, after the project is done. There are tons of companies out there, but nobody really does it like Echo and I HIGHLY recommend them. It's worth the investment, not just financially, but also the time and memories you will have enjoying the beautiful space and features.

After removing our swimming pool and building an ADU that now serves as my home office and gym, we wanted to redesign the entire yard into a peaceful Mediterranean style retreat. We also wanted to replace our old metal fencing with masonry walls to help reduce the noise from our busy street and neighboring homes. Oscar was the first person who came to assess our project, and from the very beginning we were impressed. He was incredibly patient and took the time to understand every detail of what we liked and what we hoped to achieve. In less than a week, he designed our entire yard and presented us with a beautiful 3D rendering, complete with the color palette, so we could visualize exactly what the finished landscape would look like. After that, Oscar and Victor met with us to review every detail of the project. They discussed the hardscape, explained what would work well, suggested adjustments where appropriate, and made sure we were completely comfortable with the final plan before construction began. The crew started the very next day. I've honestly never seen such a professional operation. My husband has an architectural background and has spent many years in the construction industry, and even he commented on how organized, efficient, and professional the entire team was. During the first couple of days, when the old concrete was being demolished and the site was being prepared, there were several large specialty trucks working in our cul-de-sac. Even with such a large operation, the crew was always considerate of our neighbors. If anyone needed to get through, they immediately moved their vehicles without hesitation. One thing that especially impressed us was Victor's management. He taped the project blueprint onto the wall of our ADU so every member of the crew could see exactly what needed to be done. Every phase of the project was completed systematically, and everyone always seemed to know exactly what their responsibilities were. It was obvious that this was a very well managed team. Ours was a fairly large project, yet the entire landscaping was completed in just a little over two weeks. Every morning the crew arrived promptly around 8:00 a.m. and worked until about 4:30 p.m. At the end of every day, they didn't just clean our yard--they also swept the sidewalks and even the street so everything was spotless before they left. I consider myself a perfectionist, so I naturally notice the smallest details. To my surprise, I honestly think Victor's team outdid me. Every concrete line, every planting, every finish, every transition between materials--everything was completed with incredible precision. Their attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The quality isn't just what you can see. According to my husband, the grading, drainage, irrigation, and underlying construction were done just as carefully as the visible landscaping. They even installed three separate irrigation systems for the different planting areas so each zone receives the appropriate amount of water. That level of planning and craftsmanship is impressive. Although Oscar's 3D rendering was already beautiful, the finished project somehow turned out even better. What used to be an ordinary backyard has become a peaceful Mediterranean retreat. The new walls noticeably soften the surrounding noise, and every morning when I open the curtains in my office and look outside, I still can't help but smile.
