The locksmith was quick, honest, and fair, and did not try to up-charge me for the late hour (as people have tried to in the past, from experience). When the screen came up for tip, he even voluntarily swiped past it so that I wouldn't feel pressured to provide one (which was nice, given how much people are asked to tip these days for all kinds of things). I called Eric about our antique mortise lock that had gotten the cylinder twisted and made it unusable. Right away he sent a picture of a mortise he was currently working on to confirm if it matched ours and it did.
