The bottom of the roll is also coated with shredded lettuce. The lettuce is an awesome touch, as it keeps the roll from getting soggy and also adds an additional fresh crunch. The location of Petey's is awesome as well. It's located right on a little stream that leads to the beach. My favorite thing to do is bring a cold Petey's roll to the beach on a hot summer day.
