The service was great too! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience felt easy and enjoyable. The atmosphere was fun, casual, and lively, with lots of cool details to look at around the restaurant. Everything we tried was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. I've observed employees preparing food without wearing gloves, and at times it appears that they may not be washing their hands after cleaning or handling other tasks. I visit many of your locations, and unfortunately, this particular location consistently stands out to me due to concerns about cleanliness, food-handling practices, and overall friendliness. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and address them with the staff.

My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich- as you can see from the picture, he enjoyed every bite! I ordered the chicken and waffles with a side of bacon. The chicken was thick and juicy, just how we like it, and the powdered sugar with strawberries on top really held that nice, sweet and savory fix I needed! The cook even threw in a side of hash browns, which were excellent. (Hint: dribble some of their queso on the hash browns!) I ordered a single pancake on the side and it was huge! Their pancakes are excellent. Clarissa was my server and she did a fantastic job! She had no problem taking my order back to be redone, and she did a great job of checking up on me and keeping my coffee cup filled. The dining room and the restroom were both clean and inviting, and they had both the music and the air conditioning set at just the right levels. Overall a very pleasant experience and I'm pleased to give them five stars.
