If I could I would give this place 0 stars, This place is scandalous, they are fake and terrible people for tricking people, if you ever come here be on the alert as they said they needed my id but withheld it , even when I asked to leave they continuously told me it will take me a couple more minutes, what was supposed to be a 30min free facial, turned into a 3 hr waiting period of them taking photos of my id and credit card. When they had me check out my total came out to $36,700, because of the products they made me use! On top of this they tried to keep my ID and lied that they do not have it, only when the cops came they gave my card and tried to change the story, this was on June 8, I was lucky enough to have it reversed, but moving forward to today without even ever stepping into this spa again, they have charged my card again for 6,110. This is an updated review from last time, I just came in for my very first facial which is part of my 12 month treatment. I have 4 free facials included in the package and today [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was scheduled with Vicky as my esthetician, she is the best and the sweetest. She is very gentle, kind, and I felt no pain during the entire process.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. I walked into a cute little room, lights dim, spa music in the background, perfect for a self care experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She handed me a towel with Velcro that I could change into as well as a headband to keep my baby hairs out of the way, she left me alone to undress and offered if I wanted something to drink beforehand.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had laid onto the bed which was very comfy, she had opened up the blanket so that I could get underneath, which was also very warm. For the duration of my facial she had a steam machine, keeping my face soft snd moist for the whole routine, today I received some light therapy, organic peel, and some exfoliation, everything had a very cooling sensation and with the warm steam blowing onto my face it wasn't cold at all. She finished with a light massage around my neck shoulders and upper arms. Overall it was a wonderful, rejuvenating experience and I walked out with a super soft, clean, glowing face. I was walking to a different store and the worker caught my attention with a free sample, but wanted me to try some products. I ended up coming in and buying a scrub a body butter as it seemed interesting. However, the customer service is not good. They're very pushy and trying to get you to buy more + start on treatments asap. I said multiple times that I was okay and within a certain budget. The women who work here give you dirty looks and when I brought up my eczema to one of them she kept telling me how it's eczema is always caused by bacteria. I lived with it my entire life and I know there's more to it, but she was very adamant and told me how I could resolve it with a service they offer. When I said I was OK and she kept pushing me and trying to book it. I basically said no, and she gave me a dirty look and told me that my skin will continue to be dry without the treatment. Also, they almost gave me an open product that I purchased because the other woman was trying to rush me out. One of the workers caught it, but it was very annoying because as soon as they couldn't sell me on more, they started to be very rude. I don't know how the products I purchase perform, but even if they're the best thing ever, I would never come back here. I honestly want to avoid this entrance altogether in great mall because the workers make me feel so uncomfortable. Excellent service!! Dean is the Skin Care King, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. He gave me a complimentary facial scan, which showed bacteria under my skin. Jordan was just as helpful. They both gave me the VIP treatment. I purchased the Infrared Light Therapy, a 3 step skin care routine, a moisturizer with SPF, and a skin scrub with hand cream. After only 3 days, my face, neck, and hands feel smooth, hydrated, and supple. My face was super dry, and my hands were also rough and dry. I have a few facials scheduled, too. I would definitely recommend investing in Esthetix. I was approached by them in May and have been struggling with keeping up with my skin and prioritizing my health at the time. After receiving a skin analysis, they went into specifics of my skin concerns. They recommended that I enter into their program through an installment program, that allows me to receive 12 facials each month. They also gave me a complete skincare regimen with serum, moisturizer, spf, cleanser, toner, and body butter/scrub that can get replenished every time it gets empty. At first, I was skeptical because I am a college graduate trying to invest my first full time job earnings into something worth it, but I've honestly been seeing results with consistency! I also just had my first facial here and it was a good deal! It's a pretty good investment for me, being that facials at most salons charge $150+ for facial services and I get an entire regimen + facials at Esthetix ;) I also recommend Carolina for facials! This was my 3rd or 4th visit here for facials. I had one esthetician twice who was experienced and did a good job. my pores were closed. My face was very clean. lifted. I had the exact same facial the third and fourth time with completely different results. My other 2 or 3 visits given by very nice young women (they change who you are scheduled with) who were following a computer monitor as to what they should do and for how long and what product to apply. that is experience and training ???? The rooms are small and utilitarian. it is not relaxing. All you can hear is the heavy base beat from the mall music which is very loud and overstimulating. I had one extraction which I was told was successful that my pore size would be reduced. The extraction was unsuccessful when I got home it had not changed. pore size still large. I did not have a healthy glow and I paid $90 extra to get a hydra facial which I have gotten many times before without having to pay an extra $90 and with great results but not from Esthetix. Do not go there, it's a sham. Do research before you sign anything or fall for their money making trap. I've never been any place worse. read more
