Both photographers were very quick in providing the edited photos, and I have had a great experience both times. In 2018, my photographer was Ross, and right off the bat, he's good at communicating with me (especially since I had booked about three months in advanced). He was prompt and very professional. He was very good in balancing out candid and posed shots. Even though I was the birthday girl and had the most shots, he was really good with making sure every guest I had were represented enough in the photos (I had less than 20 guests). What I especially liked about Ross was there wasn't a lot of idle time, and he was really good with taking every opportunity and catching the right moments. In 2019, my photographer was Madeline. She was great as well, especially with balancing out candid with posed shots. Her photos were very well edited and she got to capture a lot of awesome moments! My only tiny complaint about her is that in comparison to Ross, she seemed to take a lot less photos and spent plenty of times just sitting there. For comparison, Ross gave me about 230 photos, while Madeline only gave about 170. Regardless, her photos were great, so I can't complain much haha. I will continue to use Eversnap in any events I host because it's super easy to use. I also like the flexibility of paying 50% of the price upfront, and 50% after the event.

Even though we booked on short notice, we were still able to find a photographer. I booked and paid online, which was very simple. Then the photographer emailed me about the details. The photographer, Tomas Demenis was very nice and we had a fun experience. After he put the photos on the Eversnap website and you can download which ever photos you want! As COVID took the world by storm and special events began to diminish, it was so important for me to be able to document my extremely hard-working years in college with something other than a diploma. Sergio took my senior grad pictures at SJSU, I am so happy I decided to invest in these pictures. The full hour was filled with great locations and Sergio is a true expert when he sees a location is filled with many others taking pictures he finds a way around in order to still get the location and we don't lose any of our session time waiting for our turn. Sergio offers great directions, hand/foot placement, and shows you the pictures! During the session we were able to visit good locations for the photos and he explained how the environmental elements played a role. I received my photos sooner than expected and the entire process was seamless. The website was intuitive, easy to use and very well organized. Sergio EXCEEDED my expectations! He took my grad pictures at Sac State, while doing my research his work got my attention right off the bat. His work is all over my school's social media, so I knew he was a good one. I am sure I was asking for a lot but he did not hesitate and worked with me the whole time. He made the experience great and made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera, some people are great at capturing moments but he was the whole deal! Trust him with his vision! My family and I are so happy with my graduation photos taken by Sergio! I found Estrada Photos page on Instagram and was please to find out Sergio would be so helpful, professional, and attentive during the shooting process and made it a great experience to remember. Sergio made sure that the shots were what I envisioned and he was great at guiding me through the photography process. He even made sure to move our appointment time back so that we had more daylight for the shoot, something I was really concerned about. I was super nervous about having my photos taken, given that Estrada has such a great line of amazing work. The moment I walked up to my first location and met Sergio, I felt as ease and super confident. Sergio took my grad photos and he is amazing! He is amazing to work with and the photos are amazing. He made me feel comfortable and is super professional. He is incredibly kind and the best photographer I have ever worked with. My original photoshoot day rained out and Sergio was so kind that he got me rescheduled for the next week, even with a very tight schedule. He truly cares about his clients. I'm so happy with all of my graduation photos! Sergio is super friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera. I'm not a photogenic person but with his help and the people I brought along, my pictures came out so pretty. I'm very grateful I found him through instagram and signed up for the priority registration. I will definitely be referring him to friends and family if they ever need pictures taken. We let him choose the location, and we ended up in an abundantly green and shady park that was ideal for the casual, outdoors-themed pictures we requested.
