The new place has a great indoor or outdoor ambiance! The food is amazing, as usual. Any burger, salad, appetizer (truffles fries are a must), or cocktail will not disappoint. The service from their lunch staff to their dinner staff is night and day. Highly recommend them for lunch. Attentive, fast and has great recommendations. We've visited about 4 times between 11-2 and have never been disappointed. Went in for dinner recently and if it had been my first time there I wouldn't have gone back. Service was slow, unprofessional, and our server forgot to put multiple orders in for us. I am also disappointed in their "Hoppy Hour" advertisement, it's very misleading. On the table it says to see the chalkboard, on the chalkboard underneath "Hoppy Hour" in big letters were 3 beers listed. We ordered 2 only to find out they weren't on happy hour when we got the check, and instead it was 3 smaller listed beers, nowhere indicated that those were the happy hour items (see picture). It was also surprising our server didn't mention this since we asked about happy hour and then proceeded to order those beers. Not major, but definitely have to ask them to list their happy hour and not the recommended ones on the board. Everything about this visit was perfection. I was able to conveniently make a reservation online for my party of 4 + 3year old. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. We had the pleasure of having Evan as our server and he is hands-down the best server we've ever had at a dining establishment. He was friendly, went above and beyond to meet our needs, but allowed us enough space to enjoy the food in peace. The food was also too notch! From the "Fresno Fig" to the BBQ Bacon Burger, Pulled Pork Sandwich, and the Kid's Quesadilla, everything was delicious. DO NOT SLEEP ON THE TRUFFLE FRIES! They will change your life!! We sat out on the patio on a 90 degree day it the breeze along with the shade cloths and patio fans made for a very pleasurable outdoor dining experience. It was okay. I went for lunch. It was super loud inside. So I opted to sit on patio. I had a Caesar salad with chicken and it was very average. The Caesar dressing was not great either. It could be that I should've ordered a burger. So it might be my own mistake. But I'd say don't get the Caesar salad. And lastly the service was good. Went with a friend a couple Fridays ago. I understand this is a relatively new location, but it's been open for a hot second, so I would have hoped some of these wrinkles would have been ironed out by now. To start, I waited at the bar while my friend arrived late. The host was gracious and accommodating. We didn't have a reservation, so we were thrilled that they could get us seated on a Friday night at prime dinner hour with no wait. However, the good news stopped there. It seems that there was a lack in communication between the host and the sever, and - ultimately - we were forgotten about/overlooked. It happens sometimes. So after about 20-30 minutes, someone came up to us, apologized to us for being forgotten about, and then proceeded to explain to us why it wasn't his fault that we were forgotten. Throughout the rest of our meal, he kept referencing how he had to "take one for the team" and be our server because someone went on break or whatever...It was just random and unnecessary for him to give us all these details and it made us feel uneasy and almost as if we were some sort of burden to him. Anyway, once we ordered (I got Bison Burger) and the food came out, the fries were cold and the buns were stale. The quality of the beef was good. On the plus side, the patio was beautiful and warm, with plenty of heat lamps on a chilly fall evening. The inside was nicely done, the bar and the offerings are plentiful!! I had the Double Smash Burger with signature fries, amazing. My friend ate light and loved her cauliflower bites. She drank the hibiscus Fresca and I got the charcoal lemonade, so fun to try something new and love it!! The inside is a bit smaller than expected. It is a moodier vibe inside and a more casual vibe outside. There is a good amount of seating outside with plenty of shade. A lot of the tables outside were the picnic style tables. Food: braised short rib was the best thing. So good. Napa chicken sandwich: The chicken portion was terrible. My husband got an Old Fashioned he said it was very good. I got a Ginger Lime Soda, it was delicious. Diego- was our server he was awesome. My husband had the Bison Burger added bacon he liked it. He said that it did not make him feel bloated like other hamburgers do. I ordered the 28 Day Dry-Aged Bone Marrow burger. Oh my goodness!!! When at this establishment I suggest the 28 Day Dry-Aged Bone Marrow burger. But add some lettuce & tomato. I think that would have pushed it over and made it better. We used to be fans of the Fresno location but our last few visits the food quality seemed but suffer but this one is much closer to us and I wanted to give it a try. It's MUCH nicer than the Fresno location, modern but warm, I thought the interior design was thoughtful much more upscale vibe than the other location. We've already returned! I had their espresso martini which I really liked and the second visit I tried their group margarita which was okay but not as flavorful as I anticipated. I had the Fresno Fig burger and it was perfect! The patty was cooked beautifully the bread is high quality and it was presented nicely. We also had the chicken nachos which were a really good starter. On my second visit I had the fish tacos, I found them large but underwhelming flavor wise I'll probably stick to a burger or salad next time. The tortilla was a cheap, thick flour and the spice didn't have much flavor. However we had the wings and I thought they were delicious! This place has a huge patio and our server was friendly. Came in on opening day for lunch and again recently for dinner. At lunch I had the ahi salad. I was a bit disappointed in the tiny portions of tuna but the flavors were good. For dinner I had the fig burger, the flavors are spot on but my burger became soggy mid meal the bun just did not hold up. I enjoyed the lavender tea. Service was friendly and kept our refills going and checking in on us. The ambiance was a miss for me. The space is small the bar takes up most of the indoor seating. Chairs are uncomfortable and the only two booths are also quite uncomfortable and one is taken up by employees. The lighting is dim they did not notice the table was not clean. Maybe i will be back because they are open late but not rushing in. read more

Last night was my first time at the Clovis location. It's a small modern restaurant with a cute patio. Service was good. I ordered the Eureka salad with chicken to go. This thing is smaller than a side salad and it $19. When I saw it, I thought it was a joke. The two others I was with ordered burgers that were also really small for the price but I didn't get a picture of theirs. I may go back for drinks but I will not be ordering a salad from there again. They need to either adjust the price or the size. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. read more

It was medium rare as requested but the char on the outside was mildly overwhelming. Brussels appetizer was good, truffle fries were equally as good. The beer selection today was less appealing.
