I used to love Eureka and it was always my go-to after a long day of adventuring. But the last 2 times I visited, I was sorely disappointed. Last night I got the veggie beet burger (which is what I typically get, my favorite thing on the menu). This time, the patty was burnt and crumbly throughout, to the point of falling apart. On top of it, there was 0 flavor. When I brought this up to the server, she just shrugged her shoulders. A few weeks ago I'd gotten the tuna salad, and again was incredibly disappointed. A teeny tiny piece of tuna, with again, very little flavor. It's frustrating to pay upwards of $20 for items that disappoint. Furthermore, it's not made up for by good service. Everything was spot on, the location, the vibe, drinks, food and the staff was on point too. The Chicken nachos were a great start to my amazing Cowboy Burger. We were a party of four,everyone was happy, and the Bourbon Barrel Cake was the topper. This place will see us again!! read more

Tried Eureka again today. A much better experience than my last visit. Fresno Fig burger had excellent flavor and hot fries. Fish tacos were good as well. Outdoor patio with misters was a great area for lunch. read more

Y u m m y!!!! On our first visit I was looking for lower calorie lunch and found the blackened mahi mahi mango tacos!! Phenomenal flavor paired with an arugula salad with lemon vinegrette. Wow!! Ordered takeout tonight. What a disappointment. Have dined at the Fresno location several times and loved it. I had the French dip. Bread tasted so undercooked. Lots of meat. Couldn't detect the horseradish sauce. Given about a 1/4 cup of the au jus sauce to dip it in. Sweet potato fries are limp, dry and flavorless. Hubby had the cowboy burger and said it was equivalent to a Carl's Jr burger only much smaller. Spent over 50 dollars for this meal. Won't be back to this location. read more

We were the first official customers of Eureka Clovis! I'm a huge burger fan ( I wear a burger hat everyday and I even dressed as Bob Belcher from Bob's Burgers for Halloween) so I take this review seriously. I got the Fresno fig burger, wife got the cowboy and baby got the kids mac n cheese. We also got the mac n cheese balls. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly to order (medium). The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! Checked on us frequently and made us feel well cared for. The patio seating is really nice with privacy, shade, heaters, water features and a big olive tree in the center. This will be a regular spot for us!!! read more

I ordered a margarita, honestly I'd skip it next time there were other fun drinks I may try but the margarita was a dry not very sweet and not my cup of tea. We order wings which were great we did half BBQ and half Orange Chili Glaze loved both flavors. Not too bad but it's noticeable mismanaged by unprofessional management. The servers are casual and lax are don't seem to have any guidance on special customer service. The music is horrible and loud and the servers congregate at the beverage fountain as if this place is for their personal entertainment next to the kitchen door. The food is pretty good but the lax atmosphere ruins the experience. This will be the failure of Eureka and only people that don't know any better will keep going here. On cooler nights, the patio seems nice but no one knows how to operate the heaters. And if someone is out sick and they're short of help, don't expect management to figure out how to compensate to make things go smoother. And the Dorks at the front door podium hardly know how to act to make you feel that you're at a special place. This place isn't special!! read more

Terrible, I ordered a chicken Caesar salad to go, $21, for basically Romain lettuce, about 4 pieces of bit size chicken, a handful unflavored crotons, and the dressing taste like mayo! Another great time at Eureka! Perfect spot for a date night or girls night! Sat inside this time, and it was just as fun as outside on the patio. Our server was very attentive And made sure we knew happy hour was coming to a close and if we wanted to order anything now is the time I thought that was really nice he gave us a heads up! I will always recommend Eureka when someone is asking where to meet for dinner especially this location! I know it's a burger place but the Napa chicken sandwich is the best ever! read more

Visited this new Eurkea branch. The inside is modern and clean. They have an outdoor patio as well but the Clovis weather was way too hot for that. I ordered an espresso martini and the chicken sandwich. 10/10. Chicken sandwich was delicious but what really surprised me was the espresso martini. It was so good. Our server was super friendly and checked up on us a few times and ensured we always had water. Will definitely be back! read more

The place was very nice looking. We went in around 830pm on a Wednesday evening. The experience started out great! Drinks came right out and so did the food. After that I have no idea what happened to our server. My wife and I sat there for about 45 min after we were done with our food until we asked the car tender for our bill. I think our server had left or had duties else where and the bar tender just let us be. It was great at first but then turned into a sub par experience. Just a little more communication could have gone a long way. I give it a 5 out of 10 score. Pass on the adobada fish tacos. Get the wings and fried pickles. read more

Can't believe we have two Eureka! Restaurants here in the Central Valley now. My husband and I decided to go to the Clovis one since it just opened. As usual, the ambiance was a little dark and moody (but fun) since it was the dinner time. Can't remember the type of music was playing, or blaring, in the background. We were greeted promptly by the hostess. Inside seating was similar to the Fresno branch one but the patio seating was bigger! They had plenty of seating outside under heaters which were very much welcomed. Service: our waiter was friendly ... kind of cartoonish friendly; nonetheless, he was accommodating. We ordered Mac n' cheese balls but the order was wrong and brussel sprouts came out. He apologized for that and got us the Mac n' cheese. I do have to note that the party that sat next to us had the same waiter and they could not get the correct wine she ordered three times! (Maybe they're ironing out kinks still?? ) Food: I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Nicely breaded but not seasoned well overall. The spicy aioli that was supposed to be in the sandwich was offered to me to be put on the side, which was much appreciated. I did not like the aioli. My taste buds picked up a medicinal quality at first taste then just buffalo sauce. My husband's chipotle burger was not cooked correctly. He ordered it medium rare and it came out to medium well to done. Flavors were good though. Side of fries were plenty .. I couldn't finish it. Overall, for now, it's 3 stars. Visited this restaurant for the first time for my mother's birthday. I'm gluten free for medical reasons and appreciated the gluten free burger swaps that are available. But the fries, the fries are to die for. I loved the sweet potato with the honey and cinnamon. And especially the truffle and cheese fries. Would come again for the fries. read more

We have been to the Clovis location approximately 10 times since they opened. Always a great experience. That was not the case on Friday 3/28. We arrived around 725pm with no reservation and we were told the wait would be 20-25 minutes. No biggie. We got a text about 10 minutes later(735pm) that our table was ready and we were seated at the round tables inside. Unfortunately, nobody came to our table for almost 15 minutes. We finally stopped a hostess at 750pm and told her we were just going to sit at the 2 open seats at the bar because we hadn't been helped. Food and service at the bar was good, as usual. When we were leaving, a blonde, bearded male employee with a man-bun, told my wife to have a good evening. She did not hear him, so she did not respond. The employee then sarcastically said "or don't then" in her direction and rolled his eyes. Completely unprofessional behavior and unacceptable. Again, we have always had good experiences at Eureka, but this was so bad we are unsure if we will be returning. read more

From making the arrangements with Kyle, the manager, through the luncheon, everything was easy for us and very well done. The food and service were fantastic. This new location is very impressive! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The Spicy Crispy Chicken was great. I would only suggest it be a little more crispy because they use thighs, which are more tender. Sauce and everything else was fantastic.
