The individual who served us, identifying herself as "Nothing," was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. Not only was her demeanor unfriendly, but she also made disrespectful comments that were completely uncalled for. She stated, "Maybe you should know what you ordered so we don't have to correct it," and, "Maybe you shouldn't have come closer to our closing time." These remarks were not only offensive but also showed a lack of basic customer service skills. My wife and I understand that it is late in the evening, but as regular customers, we expect to be treated with courtesy and respect regardless of the time. Her comments and attitude created an uncomfortable and unwelcome environment for us and for two new guests who were visiting for the first time. Needless to say, they were not impressed and will not be returning to Euro Caffe in the future. After spending sometime studying the manager Stephanie came up to me and told me that I had spent an unreasonable amount of time studying even tho the restaurant was more than half empty.
