Jon is the best! He is very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. I took my beaten up baby there for a repair on the front from a fender bender. Jon explained the entire process and called when there was a delay receiving the part (BMW is so slow sometimes). He also gave me a coupon for a free car wash when I picked her up. These folks were perfect -- repaired my Prius after a collision, they dealt with the insurance (other driver's), helped out getting a rental car, were always easy to get in touch with and talk to, did a great job on the repairs, and were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. This place is a total shit show! If your insurance company suggest this place please be advised that you might not be treated well and your car might need additional work and evaluations to ensure your property is serviced in a reasonable and honest manner. On May 18 my car was involved in a shooting. On June 9th this placed called to have me come get my car. I arrived at 7:30 and no one was even there, but the hours listed says they are open at 7:30. Above all the car was not ready and the Joel swears he called to inform me but he didn't and I'm not a fucking idiot. Moreover, I looked at my car and they left a multiple issues that have to now be corrected in the front bumper and windshield. Oh and I doubt the evaluated the mechanical issues because when I got my car back the oil and engine lights began to illuminate. The paint job is like they pieced my car together from a damn box and they left scratches and dings all over my damn car. When I addressed this with Joel the adjuster he said that the insurance company didn't cover it but he never communicated with me that any portions of my claim wasn't covered. However, when I contacted my insurance company they stated that they didn't deny any portions of my claim. Moreover, mister Joel and the staff at this place are rude as fuck and if I had to go here for business it would have to be a rainy day in hell! When I told them I didn't know what else to do. The response was, "I don't know what to tell you." ( very customer service like) They just did the work on my car without even consulting me about what was previously there or not and that's just unheard of. When I asked for a manger the receptionist declined to give me the information over the phone and was very shitty! This made me have to go to the place phicically to get a answers. When I got my car back after damn near pressuring them lol they added some tires but didn't balance them, they left my engine light on, and when I called to have it addressed no one returned my call until 6/21 after call and calling and calling. I would highly not recommend coming here even if you're insurance suggests too. I went to euro collision for a bullet that went through my car which is on the outside body of course. euro collision change some thing else in other words tampered with my car while they Had it for 2 weeks and I already notice a difference after getting it back. "The steering is loose" and they swapped my engine parts with ones that are older. When you get your car fixed and you noticed the damage internally they will tell you that it is nothing they can do because it has nothing to do with the outside body damage. This is how they fuck you over. Do not trust these ppl with your car they will leave little dents and other damages to it that you will have to take to another dealership to fix. People might give them five stars for the outer body work that they do but internally they will mess your car up. Please do not come here!!! Ever!!! I just took my car to the car wash and I have water blowing through my AC now which never happened before my car has 30000miles on it. basically brand new so I really suggest not coming ever ITS A SCAM read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! First let me tell you, I've been in sales/customer service for a long time, 10+ years. Servicing your client by following up when you say you will and delivering what you say shouldn't be an option, it should be mandatory. Neither of which are of any importance to Euro Collision. Overpromise, underdeliver is their motto. I don't know who Teddy J. dealt with but it must not have been amanda. When I suggest that instead of overpromising, and underdelivering and not even calling to say you arn't going to meet your own timelines, I was promply given a sorry ass apology and told that she's been doing this a while and pretty much she know's better than I. So let me ask, would you rather be told that your car will be ready on one day and it's not, never given a call to explain (had to call them, on every day they said my car would be done cause they never called) then told it's another day out, and then another day. Or would you rather they just say it's gonna take two week and they deliver in a week in a half? Personally I would rather have someone tell me it will take longer and come thru as a hero. Don't tell someone 4 days and then take almost two weeks and at least have the decency and respect to call them when you say you will to explain why it's taking longer. If you like shitty customer service, and being overpromised and underdelivered than this is the shop for you. Not me, never again and I hope they got everything right the first time cause I'm really dreading if I have to come back for them to tweak something. read more

My little recall machine (yep, it's a Toyota) recently met a less than desirable fate. A quick search on Yelp revealed a local gem of a car shop with a perfect 5 star rating (thus far). My car isn't exactly a Euro anything, but I did notice several of the other reviews which indicated they had plenty of experience w/ non-Euro machines. Hopefully these guys weren't just Jacks of all trades and masters of none? Setting foot through their doors gave me hope. The entire shop was clean like a shown room; the waiting area well put together. Looking around, there were badges from all sorts of makes... what's that? Rolls Royce? Is that a Keurig? Uh-oh, it's starting to look like this is gonna be expensive... Nope, false alarm! Turns out their prices were super reasonable. It took me no more than 15 minutes to get registered in while they had the Enterprise down the street come by with my loaner. The repair process was better than I could've imagined. I was constantly kept up to date with their online status check and their staff called me regularly to keep me in the loop. The car was back on the road looking like new in no time! Bonus - they even cleaned my floor mats! It's really the little things that sets a good business apart isn't it? This was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had repairing my vehicle. You can bet I'll be back (but hopefully, not for a while). Tell your friends, your mama, your friend's mama, your mama's friends to go here. It's worth the trip. read more

Unfortunate negative experience as I gave them several opportunities to make things right. Vehicle brought in for low impact front and rear end damage (mostly cosmetic, no frame damage). Went back several times in approximately a 4 wk period after stating vehicle was ready each time. 1) rear parking sensors not painted separately from the rear bumper creating a very poor paint job with one sensor not painted. 2) new tow hook cover missing and broken plastic screw to battery cover. 3) inner lining of front bumper off centered. 4) rear bumper loose on both sides. 5) rear parking sensors would beep sporadically with no objects near bumper. Issue 1 was corrected after two visits. Issue 2 was given the excuse my old tow hook cover was the new one before replacing it. Incorrect screw was ordered and still waiting to be replaced. Why order a new cover when the old one was placed next to the license plate they reinstalled? Issue 3 was given the excuse the original lining was used. Issue 4 was given the excuse it's like that on the other side. Issue 5, the excuse was the street not being leveled is what sets it off. In 8 yrs of ownership I've never had this sensor issue before as their explanation just sounded ridiculous. They further explained after a diagnostics test on their employee's vehicle it showed the same results. Maybe his/her car was repaired there as well? They did offer to take it to a dealership for further testing but by this fourth visit I was done. I was not about to trust them to drive my vehicle. At one point I was told I needed to pick up my vehicle as they no longer had room in their lot? Well if the repairs were done correctly I would have in week two. Who does that? Now dealing with my insurance company it is at another shop. After disassembly of the front and rear bumpers they come to find the real reason for issues 3 and 5. Issue 3 inner lining was installed incorrectly over a bracket. Issue 5 consisted not only one faulty sensor reading too low but improperly installing the sensor(s) at the wrong angle with one installed onto the reinforcement (improperly drilled into the reinforcement) instead of the bumper. Issue 4 loose bumper could have been simply resolved with a pair of $2 clips. After re-inspection, insurance rep agreed a new bumper, reinforcement and sensors had to be ordered. Needless to say, Euro Collision's quality control and inspection needs improvement. Hopefully this doesn't happen to you as I'm sure there are many satisfied customers but what level of quality are you really getting underneath the surface? read more

I was referred here by a friend - I had Farmer's Insurance and from the second I pulled up, from the street, I was impressed with this place. They have a well maintained facility, nothing like any body shop I have ever seen and first impressions are important. They have a rental car company within their building so getting a rental is very easy - they were exceptionally professional and reviewed the process briefly up front. Verbal communication is important to me and without having to ask a million questions they were able to set clear expectations for me. I should also mention that I interacted with several employees and they all gave me impression that they liked working there - they have a good culture. It was just under $3k in damages for my Canyon and they said it would likely be seven days with the weekend included (dropped off on a Friday) but called me first thing the following Wednesday and said it was ready. I appreciated that they exceeded the expectation set since I was paying out of pocket for the rental. I was sent to this body shop by Geico Claim Department after a minor collation with one of their clients. I arrived on a Friday morning and the process was extremely quick. While they took pictures of my vehicle, I was signing paperwork for the rental they provided me with in exchange. Shortly after, they informed me of what would be fixed and how long it would take. I have to say that it took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. 3 days later, they called me and informed me that my car was ready for pick-up. Go figure.. I did not have to constantly call and get the run around. They replaced my front bumper and it looked brand new. I returned the rental, they went through what had been fixed with me, and I was out the door within 30 minutes. Cost me absolutely nothing and only took 1 hour of my time between drop off & pick-up. Caveat Emptor: I am a pretty nerdy guy who does not know all the ins and outs of cars. Having said that, I think this place is very professional. I met the insurance rep Dan and Sergio who were both very professional. I had grazed my car while taking a sharp turn and this happened a few months back. Now the car looks as good as new. I did not have to wait too long or anything like that while dropping my car. In fact, the next day I had to travel outside state for work. They were gracious enough to hold the car when I came back to town 2 weeks later. Right after dropping the car, I also realized that I had left my GPS and some stuff in the car. Well.. it was all there when I picked it up. They also managed to somehow put the inside of my car back in shape (translation - it was not the cleanest interior). I am VERY happy for the service I received. By the way, I drive a Nissan and while picking up the car I realized that there were some smudge and (what looked like) scratches on the right side passenger mirror. These guys helped me with clean and polish there, on the spot ! No charge. This was my first time at a body shop, and if there is better service possible, then I am not aware of it. I recently moved to Chicago from Northern Virginia and I live right around the corner from the place. Since I haven't established any relationships with any auto service providers yet, I thought I'd give it a shot to see if they could help me. To my surprise, they could and did! From the moment I walked in the place I was greeted with a warm, friendy, and helpful attitude. I spoke to Raul C. who was honest in giving me "best case" and "worst case" scenarios and assured me that he and his team would shoot for "best case." Do yourself a favor. Do not use this shop. My car had a MINOR collision. Cracked bumper. No airbags went off. The worked my insurance....kept my car for almost 2 months. They charged my Insurance like 12 Grand. And claimed they "Broke the Frame" and had to rebuild it....on top of it. My car makes these terrible sounds when I turn right. AND, these collision assist sensors go off constantly and says it's unavailable. They didn't fix it when I brought it back. It was not my first time using them. I feel completely scammed and ripped off. i should give no stars, but I feel like if I left one, my comment would be looked over. So I left two. Just so YOU would actually read this. I don't care how many good reviews they have. They totally took advantage of my situation. And now my car is considered "rebuilt". shady business. read more
