Tony came out personally and diagnosed that the condensation line was not able to drain at the right angle. After thoroughly cleaning and servicing the unit, he explained how he was going to change the angle of the condensation line to prevent drips while the unit was operating. NEVER HIRE TONY!!! We just bought a house with new AC unit , however the AC has a humming noise. When I open the furnace I saw EVENFLOW business card sticker on the furnace. I called tony to fix because I thought he installed. He told me $267 to replace the transformer will stop the noice, I agreed. then, he showed me there was smoke came out from my furnace, I immediately told him this unit is brand-new, he must did something wrong to cause the fire hazard. he then told me he needs to take the control board back to check the warranty, I agreed, then he disappear for over 4 weeks , he must stole it to resell. HORRIBLE BUSINESS DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!! I made one appointment with Evenflow mechanical for a Saturday and they never showed up after I called them multiple times and left message. So after not getting a call back I called them and ended up making a second appointment because they claimed they never had my first one in the books. Today was my new appointment date and I called them multiple times leading up to today to get a cfm email that they will they have my appointment on the books this time. I NEVER GOT ONE! I then call yesterday to confirm my appointment and they said that I'm scheduled and someone will show up between the time I was given. Evenflow doesn't show up again today! I called them 3 times during my appointment time and they claim they can't get a hold of the person and he should be on the way. I finally get the number to the boss and he says he didn't know he had to go to property and he was sorry he stood me up twice. On Monday 8/12, the person in the office did not return calls and stated "I don't know" when asked if service rep was on his way. We called and left messages for Tony, we NEVER heard from him. Tony came by to relight our water heater pilot. He was incredibly professional & fit us into his day after we had cold water for the entire weekend. He then offered us a great deal to replace our old 40 gallon water heater. Luckily we went ahead and bought a new one as Tony's team found that someone had put a rock in the vent. Ugh! I recently had EvenFlow Mechanical install an air conditioner in my home. On installation day, three workers arrived on time, donned their booties to prevent leaving tracks in my carpet. After showing them where the install was to take place, they went right to it. Put down drop cloths and went about their work. They were pleasant and friendly, and were more than willing to share with me what they were doing at each stage of the install. When they were done and showed me how everything worked, they grabbed their shop vac and cleaned all the areas they had worked in. Install 2 years ago went well. But since then service is abhorrent and downright rude. Two service calls where they no-showed with no call to advise or reschedule. And that was after waiting weeks to get on the schedule. Dozens of emails and voice mails ignored. Promises of a call back from the office assistant, with no callback. I even left messages to let them know that if they couldn't do the work to just let me know. No response. Complete disregard for business ethics or etiquette. If I would have know that the follow up post-install would have been this, I would never have used them. If I can't get them to do routine service, I really hope I don't have any operational issues because I have no doubt I would get ZERO assistance. I recently had a Mitsubishi Air Conditioning system installed in my home by Evenflow Mechanical, and I could not be happier. Evenflow Mechanical did a fabulous job for me. It started by me receiving a detailed estimate from Brittany, their sales consultant, after she visited my home. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. She obtained the city permit and ordered my system. Next, Oscar and Nahim installed the system and they were both very professional and courteous. They took the time to answer my questions and gave my wife and I a quick course on how to use the system and some practical maintenance tips. As far as the installation, it was neat and clean. When the system was turned on, I could not believe how quickly it cooled the rooms; and it is super quiet. Additionally, the condenser unit on the outside of the house is so quiet, that I had to get down on my knees to hear it running. Gone are the days of noisy window air conditioners. In summary, I could not be happier with my new Mitsubishi system or the service that I received from Evenflow Mechanical. These guys are AWESOME! They are literally right next door to my gym Brood 9 Martial Arts and are always such great people. We had our Sink, literally fall down during one of our training sessions (not at all fun to deal with, but kind of amusing at the same time). They instantly were totally cool coming over and helping us out. Getting it re-attached to the wall and making sure the pipes were connected correctly. Wow...used these guys a while back and they were great so I figured I'd have my AC serviced before the hot weather came. Called left message and got a message back 3 days later. I called back and left another message...no call back. 4 days later I called again and set up an appointment...it was a Wednesday the appointment was for Friday June 29th. No one showed up. Omar responded immediately with a great professional and courteous demeanor. My air conditioner was blowing warm air at the time, then Omar explained what he needed to do to get us up and running again. He advised me that there could be a leak or two. His honesty was forthright and well received. Now mine you, it was already 90+ degrees outside, but he climb up in my attic which had to be over 100 degrees, found the problem and after a few hours or hard earned work, he resolved the problem.
