    Huge portions!!!
    Jan E.

Omgggggg talk about love at first bite. I will keep this short and simple. It's authentic. It's old school. It's delicious. Huge portions. It's very reasonably priced!!! You cannot find places like this anymore. We need to continue to support local mom and pop old school places like Evergreen Panda because it's hard to find hole in the wall places nowadays!!!! I love the old school vibes!!! You cannot duplicate this!!! The Mongolian beef was so freaking good. The orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken were so good too!!! I cannot wait to try everything here!!! The portions are huge too did I mention? I've always had this place bookmarked but only recently made my way here and now I am kicking myself for wasting all these years of not eating here!!! I would even say this is the best Chinese fast food I've ever had in my life!!!!! 1000/10!!!!! You can play with card there are no fees. You order, pay, and wait for the food. There is a restroom and if you gotta go, you gotta. Overall this place easily became my new favorite Chinese fast food restaurant!!!!!

Evergreen panda has been a favorite for a lot of individuals for a while. I went and ordered fried rice orange chicken. It came out quick. The food was decent, I believe it could have been better, but was unique and has a like able taste. Quantity is where evergreen panda excels. The plate was overflowing and was filled with food. I enjoyed it and was somehow able to get everything down. I would come back to this place, especially if i'm very hungry.

The food is tasty and large quantity for the price. Plus it definitely fills you up; great comfort food. But the downside is it is super greasy and the meat dishes don't have very much meat. They are civil and give matter-of-fact customer service but I guess you're not ordering from Evergreen Panda for the service. There are places to sit but most people pick up to go. Pro tip: At peak times you should order waaaay in advance. They get so many orders it could take 45 minutes sometimes.

I thought this place was going to be similar to Panda Expreess or other Chinese takeouts with all the food prepared for you to look at and they just add whatever you want to the plate. But they make the food in the back after you order. I guess it's made to order and makes your food fresher? I got the three plate dish. Peking pork (5/5): This was definitely my favorite food from the plate. It was sweet and super soft, so packed with flavor! Chow mein (3/5): This was very mushy as it tasted like cafeteria food. Wonton (3/5): The wontons were very dry. The meat filling was dry as well. I think place surpassed my expectations, but I think I'd prefer Panda Express

I can't believe I'm just reviewing my local Chinese takeout. I've been coming here for years. Food is average but portions are huge. Today I ordered 4 entrees and the total was around $60. Prices are creeping up as of late but it's still a decent value. You can feed a family of 5 adults and then some for leftovers. My Ratings: + Salt and pepper spareribs is what got me to frequent this establishment as they are greasy good. Any of their salt and pepper dishes are very good here. (5 stars) + Orange chicken has a little spice as far as for kids but I find it sweet and crispy for adults. But overnight or if you have a long drive back, it softens up and you lose the crispness. (4 stars) + Any combo item here is very generous in portion but I prefer the single entree and just make rice at home (4 stars) - Beef chow fun is a humongous portion but you better consume it all or else the rice noodles will stick together the following day. This order unfortunately had a strong beefy flavor which my wife couldn't take. (3 stars) - Service is non existent as this is mainly a takeout place, but they do get you in and out quickly if you ordered by phone. (3 stars) - The decor and ambience is also nonexistent but who really cares for Chinese takeout I've ordered various items here but above are my regular orders. Hope this helps!

Place is a takeout Chinese food. No indoor seating. Walk up to counter and order or pick up your food. Best to call in your order and pick up. Make sure to take picture of the menu as the don't hand any out. Price on the website is not accurate but still very good price for the amount of food you get. I ordered party trays for daughter's wedding reception as went for the medium size and trays were filled to the rim. Today we went with honey walnut shrimp, salt and pepper fish fillets and 3 item combo. Food was all great and the amount of food you get is enough for two. Yes this is no Panda Express. Will be my new fast food Chinese take out and party food place.

To save you time, if you order a party tray for pickup, make sure to order ahead and pay in advance. They will not make your food until you pay. So there's no point to order ahead unless you are gonna pay in advance. Other than that, they make good delicious food and the portion are big. Price are really good comparing to other places too. I would totally get this over Panda Express anyway. 4 stars for the food.

This is hands down still one of my fave and go-to spots for cheap and GOOD Chinese food! Even with the unfortunate inflation situation, the prices here for the amount of food can't be beat. The food has generous portions and always comes out piping and I mean PIPING HOT! My go-to is the beef chow fun (hold the bean sprouts and carrots). The walnut prawns are also good too but sometimes, they're skimpy with the sauce. I have also recently tried the crab rangoons and while they're not my fave since I prefer thinner wonton wrappers, the cream cheese rangoon filling is generous (as expected). The orange chicken portion is also huge and to me, tastes better if it's air fried afterwards to achieve necessary and respectable levels of crispiness. As for the service, they're usually pretty prompt on the estimated food times if you order in-person or over the phone. Now if you order by phone, be prepared to potentially wait because of a busy tone and have the patience to call back since they don't have call waiting (yeah, even to this day (side eye roll)). But this aside, the food is good and has big portions so it may be worth the calling game. The inside is actually kind of big since there are no tables to eat at but it's a fast-food joint so no surprises there. Definitely try this place out if you're looking for good and affordable Chinese grub!

Huge portion and affordable prices. Highly recommend for a quick Chinese food meal. Ordered and food was ready in less than 10 minutes!! Got the 3 item combination with sweet and sour pork, chicken chow mein, and fried pork wontons for around $13. I would pass on the fried pork wontons but sweet and sour pork was on point, super crispy!

You place your order through a QR code, which makes the process quick and easy. This visit, we ordered the salt and pepper chicken wings, Tidu Sliced Beef Pot, and Tianjin Eggplant. The wings are a must-order here. They're always perfectly fried and crispy on the outside while still staying juicy and tender inside. The Tidu Sliced Beef Pot reminded me of a dry hot pot. It had a great mala flavor with a subtle numbing sensation, and the peanuts added a nice crunch and texture to the dish. The Tianjin Eggplant was simple but delicious, with flavorful pork that paired really well with the soft eggplant. Overall, the food here is comforting and satisfying. It's a place I'll definitely keep coming back to.

We walked in right at opening to a completely empty dining room. Instead of leaving, we browsed the menu and ordered XLB, pot stickers, jelly fish, and pea sprouts (my personal fav) so glad we didn't leave! The XLB are a nice size, with each precious dumpling cradled in its own foil wrapper for maximum soup retention. The potstickers were full of flavor, packed with protein, delicately wrapped, and had the crispiest, golden bottoms! Jelly fish was fresh and the pea sprouts were a hit! The poor owner answering the phones made sure (in all languages) to inform folks calling in that there were a different May Flower than the other place-felt terrible for her but also understood the importance of differentiating right up front. I can only imagine the number of misorders they have probably dealt with. This is one of the handful of American Chinese restaurants that stood the test of time. As is typical of these places, there was an old lady manning the counter and also acting as the server. I mean I am used to oily noodles but this one exceeded some limits. *crispy salt and pepper eggplant-3/5- I had a stellar version of this dish at another restaurant in Sunnyvale and was stoked when I saw this on the menu here. Unfortunately it was a poor representation of the dish I loved there. The batter was too much and the dish felt heavy. The hot oil or sauce they had felt old and extremely vinegary as well, I would recommend avoiding it.

The restaurant wasn't too big inside and there was a short line outside while we're there. The line went away pretty quickly, though. Food came out within 10 minutes after placing our order. I had their Signature Free Range Chicken Big-bus Miishien Soup for the "crossing the bridge noodles" experience. The broth was piping hot and very flavorful. I put all the fixings and noodles into the broth except the cashew nuts and the chicken, which I put in right before I was about to eat them. The chicken was very lean and tender. I even ate the skin as there's no fat attached to it. I also loved the texture of the noodles. The mushroom was great, just too little of it. I wish they had used corn ribs or another vegetable as the corn kernels were very hard to fish from the broth. While it was a delicious and satisfying bowl of noodles, the "Big-bus" version was a bit overpriced. Our daughter liked her Small Pot Spicy Ground Pork Miishien Soup (Less Spicy), especially how the mini Chinese donuts soaked up the broth. I had a bit of her broth and ground pork, and it was yummy with just a bit of numbing spininess. We both liked their pickles from the sauce bar and at the table. My husband enjoyed his Small Pot Spicy Ground Pork Miishien Soup with free extra miishien as well. After selecting Checkout on Chowbus, payment was done via a staff who came by. I signed up for their rewards program when I ordered, and got 10% off. I would love to come back and try their spicy beef noodles. I noticed a promo sign outside the restaurant for some of their noodle dishes (@$12.99) from Monday to Thursday, during specific hours.
